owner of the following real property:

AND, General Post Office of the Confederacy of The United States of
America, (hereinafter, "Grantee"), being the owner of easement,
adjoining or adjacent to the above cited property, which said property
is subscribed as follows:
1: Survey-metes and bounds of the Government of The United States of
America, 1781 to present day as defined in the Articles of
Confederation, as amended, May 20th, 2013, and
2: Rural Free Delivery Route and Box #
3: General Post and Box #
AND Grantor, having received good and valuable consideration,
including the sum of 1.00cb, receipt of which is expressly
acknowledged by the same, on behalf of himself, his heirs, successors
and assigns,
DOES HEREBY GRANT to Grantee, its heirs, successors and assigns, a
perpetual easement for the following purposes:
The Grantee, hereby has the exclusive authority to deliver mail to the
aforementioned property subscribed above on behalf of the American

Nationals that have properly claimed their Nationality through the

Government of The United States of America. The delivery methods
are in the form of a Rural Free Delivery Route address with route and
box #, or General Post and box #, and
Further, the Grantee is with the exclusive authority, and by the laws of
The United States of America to fractilize the Rural Route address and
the General Post address into separate boxes numbered 1-320,000,000
virtually and in reality for the purpose of providing mail delivery and
service locations for American Nationals to do business, privately,
foreign, international, and other jurisdictional business as the
assembly through the United States, in Congress assembled shall
determine, and
Further, the Grantee does not claim any easement on the independent
State of New Hampshire, nor its survey, however, each survey shall
abut each other under the rule of Public and private international law
and any other independent member State of the original Union of 1781
to present day for the exclusive purpose of delivering the mail for
American Nationals, and to go through, over and across the Grantor's
above subscribed land, and
WARRANTY
To the best of the Grantors, knowledge and belief, warrants that the
above subscribed property has not been sold to any other jurisdiction
while in possession of the property, and
