That the Defendant, Cedric Williams, is charged with 3 cts of Armed Robbery.

That this Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter and parties herein.

That on or about September 16, 2010, the Jackson Police Department arrested and

charged the Defendant with 3 cts Armed Robbery.

That the evidence in this matter does not suggest that the Defendant is a flight risk
