NOW COMES the Defendant Cedric Williams and by and through his attorney, and files
this Motion to Set Reasonable Bond and would show unto the Court the following:
1.
That the Defendant, Cedric Williams, is charged with 3 cts of Armed Robbery.
2.
That this Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter and parties herein.
3.
That on or about September 16, 2010, the Jackson Police Department arrested and
charged the Defendant with 3 cts Armed Robbery.

4.
That the evidence in this matter does not suggest that the Defendant is a flight risk
or that he would fail to appear before this Court as required.

5.
That the Defendant has immediate family members in the community to support
and assist his appearances in court.

6.
That a reasonable bond be set for the Armed Robbery is respectfully requested by
the Defendant so that he may post such bond.
