 Remote Control Gas Burner

As you know we are working on remote control gas burner. For this we arrange five meetings to
discuss the project. We talked further about industry analysis, product design, and its different
manufacturing items.

Description of venture
The product, service, and office equipment is in stage of finalizing. The size of the business is
depending on manufacturing of the product. When the product will be manufacture, the
concern people will be hired as needed and further expansion plans will be taken as under.

Industry analysis
We took an online survey, and local market’s survey to get information about any present
competitor in the market, and we are glad to know that there is no any present competitor(s)
right now.

Product
In the last month we finalized the design of the product. We decided that we will not
manufacture gas burner. We will purchase it to the local market and then we will make it
controllable by remote.

Value addition
We just manufacture remote control system which will be adjustable with the burner, and
market this as value added gas burner.

Material selection
The materials and other necessary things will be arranged when needed.

Assessment of Risk
We are working on it to evaluate the weaknesses of the business. What are the technologies
available we can use in this project.

Furthermore we are working on the project, and we hope we will succeed.
