Significado:

MODULO 2.PRESENTE Y PASADO PROGRESIVO.Para formular oraciones en Presente o Pasado Progresivo, se necesita combinar una forma
del verbo To Be con un verbo en Gerundio.
Para lograr un verbo en gerundio, hay que agregar la terminacin ing a la forma bsica
del verbo.
Ejemplos:
Walk - walking
Read reading
Study - studying
Cut cutting
Al combinar una forma del verbo To Be en Presente Simple y una forma en gerundio de un
verbo, se obtiene el tiempo Presente Progresivo o Presente Contnuo.
Este tiempo se usa para hablar de una accin que se est llevando a cabo en este momento.
Es distintiva la palabra now al final de la oracin en Presente Progresivo
Ejemplo:
Mike is reading a book with Susan now.
Al combinar una forma del verbo To Be en Pasado Simple y una forma en gerundio de un
verbo, se obtiene el tiempo Pasado Progresivo o Pasado Contnuo.
Este tiempo se usa para hablar de una accin que se estaba llevando a cabo en algn
momento del pasado.
Al final de la oracin aparecern palabras que informan de tiempo pasado.
Ejemplo:
Carol was reading a book with Ernesto at 7:00 a.m. yesterday.
