Automated monthly close process from manual process to automated process, leveraging Microsoft
Excel and SharePoint. The new solution standardizes process of receiving accruals and
automatically forms journal entries, saving significant time and effort.
Developed consolidated submission forms for project managers and cost center owners to deliver
financial forecasts each period. The newly developed templates return the team with automated
summaries, while also routing journal entries directly into an SAP database.
Designed, constructed, and implemented a team SharePoint site that streamlines period close and
forecasting processes. Developed a team calendar that establishes financial accountabilities within
the IT department, automating previously manual tasks.

Organized and assisted in managing the 2014 Celebration of Giving and Adopt a Family program,
which provided Christmas gifts for over 700 families and 6,000 underprivileged children n the city
of Chicago.
Manage online database that houses intake of all volunteer requests, inquiries, and opportunities
for volunteering and any current programs within the organization.
Assist in managing funding and volunteer intake for annual Celebration of Giving program.
Manage and oversee weekly supper for over three hundred local homeless and in-need individuals
