1. Rationale
In recent years, tourism has big developing step and become head
economic sector in the economic development strategies of Viet Nam in
general and Da Nang in particular
In Viet Nam, it brings the revenue to the state budget, creates job for
worker contributes to preserving and promoting Viet Nams culture with
strong national identify. Travel companies meet the needs of domestic
tourists and foreigners. In order to attract tourists, travel companies must
have suitable strategies and all of us realized English is very important in
serving foreign guests at travel companies.
The language of communication in travel companies is English, so
English becomes an extremely important factor. In travel companies, English
is an important language to communicate with foreigners.
Communicating in English in travel companies is a crucial factor to bring
customers satisfaction with ensures the existence and development of
Travel Company. English is the universal language. It is important to us. We
use English to read books, to write letters, and to communicate with
foreigners and to use computer. English is a language which I like learning
most.
From the above reason and the process of training in Viet Da travel
company. I decided to choose the topic: The importance of using English in
serving foreign guests at Viet Da travel Company
