1968.Pope Paul VI thought of issuing an encyclical on contraceptives, people thought it was
already a mandate.an insight originally appointed by Pope John XXIII and nodded, expanded by
Paul VI in the early and mid sixties,a report to the Holy Father that artificial birth control may not
be right on evil.Copies of this report leaked and the press was in for a feast! . On the regulation
of birth. The first part of the encyclical states that procreation is the ultimate goal of marriage,a
responsibility between man and woman to God the Creator. But the rapid increase in population
defines the role and status of women, where society values conjugal love in marriage and the act
that centers on creation.meaning it is still based on choice, that both party must agree. And on
man's superioriority that contradicts the laws of nature. . The authority of the church to teach
about the laws of life and of the moralities of marriage, must reflect and guided by the holy
scriptures. That ultimately pass the power to the natural laws and through God's grace. The
nature of married life and responsible parenthood. It is about the the communion of spouses
faithful and true that exercises monogamy. That married love must be fertile and so on towards
parenthood. Thus responsible parenthood can either have more or a child.the church respects
this nature because of its sensibility, that parents not be only responsible to themselves but to
sustain livelihood for the future of the children, thus giving just to our responsibility to God. .
Inseparable connection between Union and procreation.as stated in the Old Testament, the most
powerful line to marriage and Procreation, that a married man must plant his seed to his wife to
extends his bloodline as many as they can.this Union must be,as of today with agreement and
done with love.Love is the ultimate basis of procreation sanctified by marriage. . . Natural family
planning as the moral alternative.Everybody is familiar with this method.the Catholic Church is
adamant about this natural way of choice for couples.but of course, this method still is being

stoned with questions.people question this for its stability and efficiency. . As to my own stand
about this,it's all very sensible.Marriage is all about monogamy, and most of all love.If a couple
love each other, they are sure to be good parents, with over flowing love to give to their
children. And addressing the issue of over population, hunger and like, man is responsible for
it.God gives us the power to create life.He trusted us.its our job to meet His expectation
