Following documents are required for Enlistment in AA/A Class( Civil) Contractors.

1.

Application form along with three Passport size photos (An application form may be obtained after depositing
Rs.50/- in the concerned Zone office or down load from the department web site www.cepwd.gov.in).

2.

Address Proof of the firm verified by Police Station/Chowki/ Panchayat/ Municipal Council.

3.

In case Partnership firm, deed should be registered with Registrar of firms.

4.

In case of Pvt.Ltd. Memorandum & Article of Association & Resolution passed by Board of Directors required.

5.

Affidavit on Rs.10/- Non Judicial stamp duly notarized stating that none of the nearest relative of the
Partners/Proprietor is working in PWD, Rajasthan. Reply of the following points may also be mentioned.
(a) Whether the applicant is a shareholder or Partner of any firm enlisted in this department.
(b) Has the applicant or any of his partners or share holders been black listed or removed from the approved
list of Contractors or demoted to lower class or orders passed banning/ suspending business with the
applicant etc. by any department in the past.
(c) Contractors will be required to certify that they will not get themselves registered under more than one
name.

Registered Power of Attorney if any, The attorney should be signed by all the Partners. It should be ensured that
POA should be registered by Sub Registrar concerned.

For AA Class Civil enlistment:(a)
2 Nos of works costing more than Rs.1.00 Crore completed satisfactorily during past 3 years.
For A Class Civil enlistment:(b)
2 Nos of works costing more than Rs. 50 lacs completed satisfactorily during past 3 years

Valid S.T.C.C. issued by Govt. of Rajasthan.

9.

List of T&P with the proof of ownership.

10.

Civil Engineer affidavit duly notorized along with a copy of degree with two photos.

11.

Original Confidential Report of Bank.

12.

Enlistment Fee For AA Rs.10000/- For A Rs.7500/- each only non refundable.

Enlistment security for AA Rs.4.00 lacs For A Rs.2.00 lacs each only duly pledged infavour of CE, PWD &
also discharged. In case of FDR an undertaking issued by Bank should be submitted mentioning that the
payment/premature payment of the said FDR will be made as & when demanded by enlisting authority
without consent of the contractor.

Following documents are required for Enlistment in E-EWSD-I/ER-I/LE-I/AC-I/FF-I/

( for electric) P-I( for painting/F-I( for furniture/S-I(for Sanitary) Contractors.

For E-AC-I Class Electrical enlistment:(b) Two works of Rs. 25.00 lacs each of Central AC system/Air cooling at least one work should be with
centrifugal/screw type air conditioning Compressor system during last 3 years. Contractor should submit
Electric License/Electric Engineer Certificate/Wire Men certificate along with a copy of Degree or Diploma
& undertaking of Electric Engineer mentioning that he is working in the firm since......
For E-LE-I Class Electrical enlistment
(c) Two works of not less than Rs. 25.00 lacs each. The firm should be original manufacturer on the date of
application and should be maintaining at least 50 lifts satisfactorily and should have Maintenance centers at
leas at 5 locations in Rajasthan during last 3 years. Contractor should submit Electric License/Electric
Engineer Certificate/Wire Men certificate along with a copy of Degree or Diploma & undertaking of Electric
Engineer mentioning that he is working in the firm since.....
For E-FF-I Class Electrical enlistment
(d) Two works of not less than Rs. 15.00 lacs each of Alarm System works out of which one should be of
addressable fire Alarm System. Two works of not less than Rs. 15.00 lacs each of fire fighting system works
during last 3 years. Contractor should submit Electric License/Electric Engineer Certificate/Wire Men
certificate along with a copy of Degree or Diploma & undertaking of Electric Engineer mentioning that he is
working in the firm since.....
For E-ER-I Class Electrical enlistment
(e) Two works of Rs. 15.00 lacs each during last 3 years. Contractor should submit Electric
License/Electric Engineer Certificate/Wire Men certificate along with a copy of Degree or Diploma &
undertaking of Electric Engineer mentioning that he is working in the firm since.....
For S-I/F-I/P-I Enlistment :
(f) 2 works costing more than Rs. 5.00 lacs S-I Class contractor should submit valid Plumbing license.
(g) F-I Class contractor should keep sufficient stock of Timber, Paint, Polish & other finishing equipment in
their work shop .They must possess properly fitted workshop. They should have arrangements for seasoning of
Timber. They would employee Designers, who are capable of producing well thought out scheme for
furnishing large buildings.

Enlistment security for EWSD-I/LE-I/FF-I/AC-I/ER-I/P-I/S-I/F-I Rs.50,000/- each only duly
pledged in favour of CE, PWD & also discharged. In case of FDR an undertaking issued by Bank should
be submitted mentioning that the payment/premature payment of the above FDR will be made as & when
demanded by you without consent of the contractor.
