ITAT Fast Track Workshop

This workshop will offer medical professionals a full day of academic
training on Sports Concussions and ImPACT. Topics covered will include:
ImPACT's Raw Data and Composite Scores
Clinical Trajectories (3 EBP Credits)
Return to Learn/ADL
Wrap-Up: Clinical Implementation
Clinical Interpretation: Treatment Options
This course will satisfy all requirements of the ImPACT Trained Athletic
Trainer (ITAT) program. The workshop includes an eBook and completion
certificate.
7.75 CEUs (including 3 BOC Approved EBP CEUs) will be available to Athletic
Trainers.

4. After registering, an electronic confirmation will be sent to the email
address you provided us when you registered.
Please note: Registration is not complete until you receive the confirmation
email for your pre-registration. If you do not receive this message within five to
seven days of registration, please contact us at (412) 567-8400 x908.
You do not need to bring your confirmation with you to the workshop.
Cancellation: All cancellation must be in writing and sent to us via email.
Registration fees for cancellations received before May 1, 2015 will be
refunded in full. After May 1 a $50 administrative fee will be assessed. No
refund will be made after June 1. Cancellation requests can be made to
training@impacttest.com.

Athletic Trainers
The courses offered throughout this workshop fulfill all of the requirements for
the ITAT program. ITATs must fill out a brief application, separate from the initial
workshop registration, in order to be approved. ITAT certificates will be available
at the workshop for those who apply one week prior to the event.
