Naruto is being transferred across the state cuffed in the back of an ambulance. The people who
have him are part of the Weapon XI program, a subdivision of the Weapon Plus program; a group that
wants to create super soldiers.
They want Naruto because he has special abilities thanks to a mutation in his brain; however
Naruto did not hold the X-gene. The people at Weapon Plus found Naruto through the internet, as a child
Naruto did many amazing things that was recorded and uploaded to the web. XI captured Naruto a little
over a year ago.
XI named Naruto Alpha and recorded all know powers. Alpha is an ordinary person with
extraordinary abilities. Specifically, he possesses a brain anomaly that has imbued him with superhuman
ability.
His brain anomaly gave him the ability Hyper-cognitive. He has a perfect mind to body
connection. He posses the ability to control one's brain and everything the brain controls. Due to this, he
is able to heal from any injury, even including death. As seen when small wounds will regenerate new
tissue. He also has, in theory, an extreme expanded lifespan. The ability can restore biotic organisms to
optimal health.
The human brain performs a series of functions; autonomic, or involuntary bodily functions,
somatic, or voluntary bodily functions, and cognitive, concerning the use of the mind to solve problems.
The brain, while able to use many of these abilities simultaneously, segregates the systems. So while you
may be able to pump blood, read a book, and walk up stairs all at the same time, the appropriate parts of
the nervous system work separately. In Alpha, the systems have perfect synchronicity and are under
completely voluntary control. But with the hyper-cognitive, all systems are given the energy they require
and can work at peak efficiency simultaneously. Alpha could climb a mountain, read a book, and lower
their heart rate all at the same time.
Alphas abilities recorded so far using hyper-cognitive is:

Hyper-adrenal: possess extraordinary physical abilities that are activated by elevated levels of
adrenaline. He can flood his body with adrenaline at will. It gives him a temporary boost in
speed and strength.
Hyper-kinetic: possesses flawless aim, perfect balance, greatly enhanced motor skills, perfect
aim, perfect balance, and perfect synchronization between thought and action.
Influencer: able to disrupt the specific neural pathways in the cerebral cortex that leave the
brain vulnerable to suggestion. Alpha does this through micro expressions, which studies have
shown that the brain focuses on a lot. Influencer can flood the target's sensory inputs with only
its intended data. With no other sensory data, the person has to make decisions based on the
influencer's commands.

Synesthete: able to enhance one of their five senses such as sight or sound, while rendering
the remaining senses temporarily useless.

XI wanted to make Naruto stronger so they decided to enhance him. In order of Narutos
augmentation through the following process as they do not have the super-soldier serum:

Adamantium- Advanced material grafting onto skeletal structures to make bones virtually
unbreakable. Recommended coverage not to exceed 3% total bone mass because of
significant white blood cell necrosis.
Muscular Enhancement Injections-Protein complex is injected intramuscularly to increase
tissue density and decrease lactase recovery time. Increases strength and stamina.
Muscular Enhancement Lining-Compound applied to the exterior surface of all muscles,
allowing them to flex and strengthen far more quickly, also allowing the muscles to operate at
great speed without the risk of breaking bones to give user faster reflexes.
Catalytic Thyroid Implant-Platinum pellet containing human growth hormone catalyst is
implanted in the thyroid to boost growth of skeletal and muscle tissues. Increase strength.
Pulmonary Polymer Lining-Greatly increases oxygen intake and retention, helps process
toxins from the air and allows user to breathe certain non-oxygen atmospheres for up to an
hour.

Naruto is under guard by three soldiers, two in the front and one in the back with him. He analysis
everything around him and forms a plan. He sees a saline drip, a door latch on a cabinet that has oxygen,
a connection pin, the ambulances velocity: 64.8 kph, the speed of the car behind the ambulance: 59.3
kph or 16.4722 m/s, and loose equipment behind the car.
He first uses the quarter he stole to hit the pin which causes it to fall on to the door latch. The door
latch opens and releases the oxygen tanks that hit the soldier with him. When one of the soldiers in front
turn to see what happens; one of the oxygen tanks open up and spray his face. The spray also causes the
driver to swerve and get hit by a car coming the opposite way. The car behind the ambulance hits it,
while the truck with the loose equipment hits the car in front of it. That sends one of the pipes flying into
the ambulance hitting the chain part of Narutos cuff. Naruto then takes the keys of the cuff, unlocks
himself and leaves.
