SB RESOLUTION NO. 015-2015

CONCURRING THE HEREIN ATTACHED GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT (GAD) PLAN AND
BUDGET FOR CY 2015 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY IN
THE AMOUNT OF PHP7,677,700.00.

WHEREAS, the GAD Technical Working Group through its Focal Person, and duly
approved by the Local Chief Executive, has submitted to the Sangguniang Bayan, through the
Committee on Finance, Budget & Appropriations, for its consideration and concurrence, the GAD
Plan and its Budget for CY 2015;
WHEREAS, said GAD Plan and Budget embodies the funds which are necessary and
beneficial for the realization of the various programs and projects necessary to address gender
issues and concerns within our locality for the benefit of our constituency, particularly for social
development;
WHEREAS, this august body is one in thought and essence with the Gender and
Development Council considering that its plan and budget are in accord with the mandate of local
government and in line with the LGUs development plan;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay in
session assembled, to concur as it hereby concurs the herein attached Gender and Development
(GAD) plan and budget for CY 2015 of the Local Government Unit of Guinobatan, Albay in the
amount of Php7,677,700.00.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished such concerned
offices/agencies, for their information and appropriate action.

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that the above-mentioned GAD Plan and Budget for CY
2015, is hereto attached and marked as Annex A.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY on motion of the Sponsoring Committee Chairman,
Honorable Councilor Ricky S. Matza, and duly seconded by the members present this 26th day of
January, 2015 during their 4th Regular Session.
