Description of FOIA Request:
I am submitting a request for the release of any and all information;
documentation; records; reports; emails; memos; voice messages;
dispatches; government and public communications, and contacts
including all written, computer/data, audio, and video records, related
to any and all individuals; and any and all affiliated government
agencies and departments; and related to or regarding:
Crystal Rose Starheart (and AKA Susan Diana Elmes); and any
and all legally authorized, or warranted entries at any of my
residences, vehicles, and storage units ; and any and all unwarranted
or illegal entries; and any and all searches; and any and all burglaries;
and any and all removal or removals, theft or thefts, alteration,
damage, and seizures of property at any of the residences, storage
units, to any of the vehicles, by any and all Federal Government
personnel, Homeland Security personnel; State of Washington
personnel; Ferry County personnel; and any and all other individuals or
agencies; at any and all locations of property of Crystal Rose
Starheart (AKA Susan Diana Elmes), including the residence(s),
and storage unit(s)listed below:

departments and personnel, individuals, operatives, agents,
informants or contractors that have been permitted, warranted ,
authorized to enter, have entered, searched, removed, stolen, or
altered property at any and all residences, storage units, included in
any and all of the above listed locations at any and all times;
Any and all current or former government agencies and
departments, their current or former affiliated individuals,
agents, operatives, informants, contractors and personnel,
and any and all other individuals that have had possession of or
obtained keys or a key for entry / entries, or locksmith tools at any
and all residences, storage units, including the locations listed
above, at any and all times;
Any and all individuals, personnel, informants, agents,
operative, contractors, their job titles and positions, who have
been authorized, permitted, warranted or allowed to enter, search,
remove property, leave property and/or alter property at any and all
of the residences, storage units, including the locations listed above,
at any and all times;

Any and all agencies, individuals, contractors, informants,

operatives, personnel that have had unauthorized, non-permitted,
non-warranted, and/or illegal entry or entries at any and all of the
residences, storage units, including the locations listed above, at any
and all times;
Any and all locations, and any and all dates and times that any and
all authorized, warranted or permitted individuals; any and all
unauthorized individuals have entered; searched; removed property,
left property and/or altered property at any and all of the
residences, storage units, including the locations listed above, at any
and all times;

Any and all property which was removed from any and all
locations listed; any and all current or former individuals, personnel,
contractors, operatives, informants, agents, and their affiliated
agencies who have removed any property from the identified
locations; placed items in any or all locations listed above, and any
and all dates and times that property was removed from any and all
residences, storage units, including the locations listed above, at any
and all times;

The purposes of the entry or entries of the individuals;

The activities during the entry or entries of the individuals;
The property altered, vandalized, or damaged at any and all of
the listed locations;
The property left at any and all of the listed locations.
I am also requesting any and all information; documentation;
records; reports; emails; memos; voice messages; government
and public communications, and contacts including all written,
computer/data, audio, and video records, regarding:
Any and All Complaints and Requests for Investigation of
government agencies, departments, or personnel, agents,
operatives, informants, contractors or individuals that have been
involved in any entry or entries, at any and all of the listed
locations.
And I am requesting the identification of any and all current or

former agency, personnel , agents, contractors, informants, and

operatives in consulted, advised, connected to or involved, OR
in conspiracy with the Ferry County Sheriffs' Department; in any
way in my arrest on October 1, 2012.
I request an estimate for the processing of this request. Please
inform me if the estimated fees before processing my request.
Please contact me for any additional information or clarification.

If you deny all or any part of this request, please cite each
specific exemption you think justifies your refusal to release
the information and notify me of appeal procedures
available under the law.
