Coconut water, regular or flavored

2 bananas, peeled and sliced

2 mangos, peeled and sliced

1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

1) Fill ice trays with the coconut water and


freeze until solid.
2) Place the fruit, honey and 12 to 14 coconut
water-flavored ice cubes into a blender and
blend until smooth.
3) Serve immediately

2 cups buttermilk

1 pound whitefish or other mild fish, cut into


strips, each about 3-inches long and 1/2inch thick

1 1/4 cups finely grated Parmesan

3/4 cup Italian-style seasoned bread

Olive oil, for drizzling

1) Mix everything
2) Put it in the pan
3) Cook it in the oven at 3 degrees

1) Put an oven rack in the center of the oven.


Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.
2) Spray a heavy baking sheet liberally with
vegetable oil cooking spray. Set aside.
3) Put the buttermilk into a large bowl. Add the
fish strips, stir to coat, and let stand for 15
minutes.
4) In a medium bowl, stir together the
Parmesan, bread crumbs and salt.
5) Remove the fish from the buttermilk,
allowing the excess to drip back into the
bowl, and dredge in the bread crumb
mixture to coat completely, pressing to
adhere.
6) Arrange the coated fish in a single layer on

the prepared baking sheet.


7) Lightly drizzle with olive oil and bake until
golden and crispy, about 14 minutes.

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 bay leaf

1 cup alphabet pasta

Put carrots in pot


Put tomatoes in pot
Put spaghetti in pot
Cook for 5 minutes, stir

Baby Bam Seasoning:


3 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons dried parsley 2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1) Heat the oil in a large, heavy pot over


medium-high heat.
2) Add the onion, celery, carrots, and Baby
Bam, and cook, stirring, over medium-high
heat until the vegetables are soft, about 5
minutes.
3) Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1
minute.
4) Add the chicken stock, water, pepper, and
bay leaf. Stir well and bring to a boil.
5) Reduce the heat to medium-low and
simmer, uncovered, for 35 minutes.
6) Add the alphabet pasta and stir well.
7) Simmer until the pasta is cooked through,
about 10 minutes.
8) Using oven mitts or pot holders, remove the
pot from the heat. Ladle the soup into bowls
and serve.

1 small Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored,


cut into 8 (1/2-inch) slices

3 tablespoons butter, melted

1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated


crescent dinner rolls

1/3 cup packed brown sugar

1 orange
5 apples

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon apple pie spice

1) Heat oven to 375F. Line cookie sheet with


cooking parchment paper. Set aside.
2) In small bowl, toss apple slices in melted
butter; set aside.
3) Separate dough into 8 triangles.
4) In small bowl, mix brown sugar and apple
pie spice.
5) Divide mixture evenly among triangles.
6) Top each triangle with apple slice.
7) Starting at long side of each triangle, wrap
dough around apple.
8) Place on cookie sheet. Brush with
remaining butter.
9) Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crescents
are deep golden brown and apples are
softened.
10)Cool 5 minutes before serving.

1) Melt the butter in the pan over low heat
2) Carefully break the egg into the pan
3) Cook egg until it looks good to you (you
may flip it over and cook two more minutes
if you like it over-easy)

3 tablespoons peanut oil

3 ounces popcorn kernels, approximately


1/2 cup

1/2 teaspoon popcorn salt

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1) Place the oil, popcorn and salt in a large, 6quart, metal mixing bowl.
2) Cover with heavy-duty aluminum foil and
poke 10 slits in the top with a knife.
3) Place the bowl over medium heat and
shake constantly using a pair of tongs to
hold the bowl.
4) Continue shaking until the popcorn finishes
popping, approximately 3 minutes.
5) Remove the bowl from the heat and
carefully remove the foil. Stir in any salt that
is on the side of the bowl.
6) Melt the butter in the microwave. Slowly
drizzle over the popcorn, while spinning the
bowl.
7) Serve immediately.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Open muffins and put them on cookie sheet
so they dont touch
Open tomato sauce and spread 1-2
tablespoons on each muffin half
Grate the mozzarella and sprinkle on each
muffin half
Put 2 pieces of pepperoni on each muffin
half
Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on each
Bake in oven until cheese melts, 15-20
minutes
