UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 19 TAHUN 2002

TENTANG HAK CIPTA
Pasal 72
1. Barangsiapa dengan sengaja dan tanpa hak melakukan perbuatan
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 2 ayat (1) atau Pasal 49 ayat (1) dan ayat
(2) dipidana dengan pidana penjara masing-masing paling singkat 1(satu)
bulan dan/atau denda paling sedikit Rp1.000.000,00 (satu juta rupiah), atau
pidana penjara paling lama 7 (tujuh) tahun dan/atau denda paling banyak
Rp5.000.000.000,00 (lima miliar rupiah)
2. Barangsiapa dengan sengaja menyiarkan, memamerkan, mengedarkan,atau
menjual kepada umum suatu Ciptaan atau barang hasil pelanggaran Hak
Cipta atau Hak Terkait sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dipidana dengan
pidana penjara paling lama 5 (lima) tahun dan/ataudenda paling banyak
Rp500.000.000,00 (lima ratus juta rupiah).

Greetings for all,
As an earth citizenship, which take a pay attention for our best life, we must have a
real thought as a base concept for arranging all about our environment. Let`s learn to respect
with nature not only cause the nature has been providing our basic need or our vital need like
food, water, air, light, heat, and many more, but the nature also have a right for life
continuously.
When we realize that we are as the part of nature which can`t separated and have an
authority of it, so let`s begin to realize about an urgency or an importance from protecting all
several creature which has been building it. Look at the nature as a unity that interconnected
each other or as same as a network of life, not as a bunch of different parts. So, if we destroy
one of part from this network, finally we will destroy this network with all parts include. And
if we real to do this, essentially we have destroyed ourselves.
Most of people often do some project for a certain goals, especially for an institution,
a company, a foundation, a group, or a community interest. And can`t be denied that each
project have a target which accompanied by a certain period. For reaching a target mentioned,
we often use a several way include an exploitation that an environment recycling can
disturbed with some waste from our project pollution. So, an environment balance will
destroyed, and the reaction will reply at us above our action in exploitation. Finally, some
disaster and bad epidemic will occured at ourselves. The last solution, we must come together
to realize and do the way for saving our life sustainability.
They are an urgency why this knowledge is necessary submitted or campaigned to all
people in the world, all over age, nation, pofession, and many more. This knowledge arranged
as an encyclopedia, but we offer some difference with other one. We have a view that a
knowledge is our vital need which can`t separated. So, we mustn`t learn a high level research
or project which only academics or scientist can understand it. We have a right to know,
understand, and adressing some existing knowledge to solve some urgency problem about an
environment soon. And we also reserve the right to know and understand this knowledge with
simple and familiar speak, fun and fresh logic, and applied explanation. With that, we have
grown an awareness to all and the next generation, so they will cooperate and continue for
taking care our environment and life sustainability with the integrated and continuous act.
