Representative Yoho and I had a brief discussion about this issue at the conclusion of the Tea
Party meeting at Countryside Baptist Church on March 14, 2015. Knowing that Obummer sits
illegally as president, he indicated he was going to author a bill regarding this subject. Our
conversation revealed he is unaware of the Natural Born Citizen requirements as they apply to
Senator Rubio and Senator Cruz, both of whom fail to meet the requirements because their
parents were not US citizens when both candidates were born.
The following document is the product of an online discussion between a Jewish Lawyer and
others regarding the Constitutions meaning of Natural Born Citizen. This lawyer and her
husband are ardent advocates for Israel; both belong in Isreal. . Both are lawyers and
members of the BAR (British Accreditation Registry). She argues the 14 th Amendment and
Wong Kim Ark changed the rules; we disagreed as the following reveals.
During the course of the discussion, her agenda became obvious. Knowing that and she and
her husband both swear an oath to the BAR (British Accreditation Registry) in order to
practice their trade I finally told her I picked up on the fact she has an agenda that seeks to
destroy this constitutional republic via end runs around the Constitution.
Knowing where she stood on this and other issues inquired as to her loyalty to the
Constitution since the Constitution prohibits dual loyalties. (It prohibits a loyalty oath to the BAR
the Constitution and a foreign entity Israel in this case.) Needless to say she squealed like a
stuffed pig because nobody like me would ask such a question. Her protestation to the
contrary spoke volumes to what she was going on.
Realizing that the goal of public education is to dumb down Americans to the point they have
no knowledge of their history and heritage and the ultimate goal is muting and rendering

meaningless the constitutional oath public servants take its obvious the goal is to ultimately
destroy this Constitutional Representative Republic, Knowing ignorance breeds, I wrote an
open letter to the Florida Legislature, same subject that follows.
Representative Yoho indicated he was unaware of what I was telling him since Rubio was born
in this country. He had no idea Rubios parents became naturalized citizens four years after his
birth which renders him ineligible for the presidency. Likewise, Obummer mother is the only
natural born citizen in his life; his father was Kenyan and at the time a British subject at his
time of birth.
Anyone who has watched Obummer betray this countrys history and heritage should be able
to understand why the founding fathers required both parents to be citizens of this country
making their offspring the same at birth. There is no record of a court decision or amendment
to the Constitution that that alters removes the Natural Born Citizen Requirement.
Representative Yoho said he wants to research the issue. I hope this helps.

An open letter to the Florida Legislature, Governor, and Congressional

representatives.
Establishment talking heads, pundits, the news media, and politicians are once again perpetuating fraud and priming
the American people for another assault on the Constitution. They ignored President Obamas three years as an
ineligible1 and illegal president and now they are trying to repeat this fraud by pushing Senator Rubios 2 candidacy for
vice president. Senator Rubio can do the ethical and honorable thing by telling the media and the party he is ineligible,
but that has not happened so it is time to put the Constitution and country before party, ideology, and politics and set
the record straight to honor the millions of veterans who have sacrificed so much to protect and defend it.
Article 2, 1, paragraph 4 sets the natural citizen requirement for the presidency. New world order advocates,
ambitious politicians with their own agendas, political hacks and enemies of the Constitution vociferously assert the
Supreme Court decision in U.S. v Wong Kim Ark 169 US 649 (1898) altered Article 2, 1. They lie. The justices in Won
Kim Ark left untouched and did not overrule Minor v. Happersett 88, US 162 (1874) which established that a person
born in the United States to citizen parents is a natural born citizen.
The word natural is a statement regarding natural law in legal documents like the Constitution. The founders identified
a citizen by the law of nature as a citizen of a particular nation. The law of nature appears in the declaration of
independence stating a natural born citizen is a citizen of a particular nation. It is the law of the nature of things, not a
particular custom at a particular time.
The law of nature dates back to the formation of nations. The concept of nationhood implies citizenship based upon a
father, mother, and a child with the child having the citizenship of the father and the mother. If the father and mother
are citizens of a particular nation, the child takes the citizenship from his parents.
The founders were concerned with dual loyalties.3 In Deuteronomy chapter 174, Moses prophesized the people of
Israel would reject God as their direct ruler and want kings like all the other nations. The founders understood the
necessity of maintaining the integrity of the nation, thus including the requirement Natural Born Citizen in the
Constitution. They did this to insure the person who is head of the nation has an allegiance not divided between one
nation and another.5
1 Barack Obama Senior was a Kenyan Economist and British citizen who never became an American citizen. His mother,
Stanley Ann Dunham was born in Wichita, Kansas. Obamas place of birth aside, Article 2, Section 1, requires both parents of
an aspiring presidential candidate to be Natural Born Citizens. Also at issue are two forged birth certificates and a forged
selective service card. Notwithstanding the outcome of these issues, the meaning of Natural Born Citizen still applies.
2 Senator Rubio was born in Miami on May 28, 1971. His parents, Mario Rubio and Orea Garcia emigrated from Cuba to the
United States in 1956 becoming naturalized citizens in 1975 four years after Senator Rubio was born.

The natural born citizen requirement applies to the president only because he is the chief constitutional officer and the
only person who takes the oath to preserve, protect, and defend the constitution of the United States.6 The judiciary,
senators, and representatives take an oath to support the Constitution only.
Public education insures politicians and most Americans do not know what Natural Law and Natural Born means.
Americans hear news anchors; pundits and politicians talk about and push the benefits of a global economy so it is not
a stretch to assume the same pundits and politicians are trying to convince Americans we are part of a global society
making national boundaries artificial constructs. The argument against the ID requirement to vote revolves around this
construct and is equivalent to politicians trying to reconstruct a modern day Tower of Babel.
Supreme Court justices choose their words carefully. Court rulings are based on what is said, not what is not said.7 All
trees are plants, but not all plants are trees. All citizens are citizens but not all citizens are natural born citizens. The
Court precisely said Minor was a natural born citizen because she was born to citizen parents. This is the historic
definition of citizen and this definition has never changed by the court or the required Amendment process approved
by of the states and their legislatures. It is a legally binding precedent on every court in this country.
It is easier to make Obamas fake birth certificates the center of a national circus than to approach this Supreme Court
precedent. Politicians and the court do not want the truth of this legal precedent to be at the forefront of public
discourse. They evade this issue because they know what the law is and fear the consequences of upholding
precedent and the rule of law. Never in American history, have our leaders been so afraid of the rule of law.
Nevertheless, the rule of law made this country different and great. The usurper Obama and Senator Rubio do not
meet the constitutional qualifications for the presidency. I refuse to allow you or any public official to shirk your
responsibilities in this or like matters thus rendering the rule of law to no effect without sounding the alarm. I also
refuse to allow this country to go the way of every other country that has succumbed to fear. This nation stands only as
long as our Constitution stands. As a retired military veteran and oath keeper, I refuse to surrender my country and its
Constitution without a fight.
