RESULT
We add up the FS plus ES to get the y axis, then we do the same with CA plus IS
and the result will be the x axis.
Y axis= FS + ES = 4 -3 = 1
X axis = CA + IS = -5 +3 =-2
As we can see, the points evaluated and graphed fell into the second quadrant of
the graphic, giving the result that the company is conservative.

SCENARIOS
POSITIVE SCENARIO
If the company OBRACOM accepts the proposals we made them for
improvement, you would find at a competitive level with other companies,
since accommodate your beliefs, values, its mission, vision and see all the
strengths they have and which must seize him will be allowed to grow in the
market and could expand to be recognized, besides that their workers will
be able to be more comfortable working in a company that knows what it
does and so could increase their profits significantly.
REGULAR SCENARIO
In this scenario is where we place ourselves because the company heard
our proposals but few apply them and not others, which makes the company
does not have such a radical change and continues to be at the level it was,
does not help much paara grow as a company, but still on the market
remained stable
WORST SCENARIO
Failure to implement the proposals and do nothing for your business this
better and go improving continuously OBRACOM could close, say this in
bankruptcy because did not demand that expected and left without capital
by not know what you agree your company. that's why we recommend while
not implement all proposals, shooting into account as an example for
minimum OBRACOM begin to work where are your weaknesses and so be
competitive
Conclusions
CAHUANTZI RODRGUEZ DAVID:
I think that in industrial engineering, business policies are of great
importance for the successful development of a company. Since these can
be both guides and rules, which must not only abide by the workers, but
also the different departments in a company. Because we can do both a
policy of behavior and quality as a political turn warehouse or finished
product. One of the most important parts within the cusro views, was in
analysis of a problem within a company, and take from the general to the
particular, that based on this it is seeking a solution to the problem. We also
saw what a matrix analysis not only helped us see how this inside our
company, but rather than weaknesses have both internally and externally.
See how this company in compraracion other, in order to reach a decision
making process to solve these problems or weaknesses within a company.

opportunities
and
threats.
Having said this, I am giving my point of view about the signature we took in
English Language; it is useful because, for me, because I learned how difficult is to
present a project in other language, how to use different words or terms, how to
use it in a real situation what we are exposed as Engineers. However, I suggest
having an advance level of English if a student wants to take this class in other
language. In sum, it was perfect and satisfactory.
flexible to tap the knowledge about the environment, and have a systems
approach to guide a company for a while through its environment and
achieve the goals indicated.
Then businesswomen policy is strategic planning is the administrative
process to develop and maintain a viable relationship between objectives,
organizational resources and changing market opportunities, understand
that the purpose of this tool is the modeling and remodeling business and
products company, so that combine to produce a development and
satisfactory profits. And be aware of course you know the company and
make decisions in a changing environment.
