Administrative Officer V (HRMO III)
Prepares plantilla of personnel, actions on appointment, leaves, transfers, resignations and reinstatement.
Assists the Chief Administrative Officer in the implementation of personnel systems, processes and other
matters concerning personnel actions such as recruitment, selection, placement and retirement.
Assists in developing and implementing policies to sustain organizational values and work ethics.

Designs and implement training programs in coordination with other units.

Strictly monitors Pre-employment requirements, Background Investigation and Physical Examination Results.
Conducts preliminary interviews and schedules qualified applicants for series of interviews.
Prepares memo, correspondences and reply letters.
Establish and maintain networks with schools, organizations, training institutions and government facilities.
Identifies sources for candidates through job fairs, referrals, directory of graduates and alumni.
Engages in reviewing applicants credentials, assess qualified candidates and partner with client hiring manager
to determine interview needs.
Coordinates with client hiring managers and applicants to schedule and conduct both phone and in-person
interviews.

32yrs. old. Married with one kid. Filipino. 5ft. 1in. in height. 120 lbs. Can speak English, Tagalog and Ilocano. Interests
include reading books, watching movies, surfing the net and singing. Educated in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
Outlook). Has a very good oral and written communication skills. Possess very good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Experienced in the administration, scoring and interpretation of Psychological Tests. Familiarity, awareness and
understanding of Projective and Counseling Techniques. Acquired a very good interviewing skill. Self-motivated,
achievement-oriented, loves dealing with people, optimistic, adaptable to people and work situations, analytical, logical,
takes pride to perform assigned tasks, can work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
