Scope of Work and Deliverables (Service level and KPI required)

1.
Completed radio access network expansions, software upgrades and accepta
nce test within deadline, and no human error or outage.
2.
Completed new SW/HW verification and HW retrofits support within deadlin
e, and no human error or outage.
3.
Completed interconnection network element integration and troubleshootin
g support within deadline, and no human error or outage.
4.
Closed customer s trouble ticket within deadline and customer satisfied
5.
Provide support to customers for operations and maintenance of RAN Netwo
rk elements to fulfill customer s requirement, including competence transfer to cu
stomers operations teams for local and remote operations and maintenance tasks.
6.
Provide Engineering/Care support for radio network.
7.
Provide Technical support tasks including Help Desk and 24x7 emergency s
upport service
8.
Analysis of KPIs, investigation and improvement of network quality probl
ems
9.
Completed the RAN parameter change implementation within deadline, and n
o human error or outage.
Requirements (Qualification or Specification)
1.
At least 7 years telecom experience
2.
At least 5+ years NSN 3G RAN experience and RU30 system experience.
3.
At least 2+ years NSN eNB experience and RL40 system experience.
4.
Able to independently carry out commissioning, integration, acceptance t
ests and HW expansion for eNB and iOMS.
5.
Able to independently execution of eNB and iOMS SW upgrades in the live
network.
6.
Able to carry out eNB and iOMS troubleshooting through Alarm indicator a
nd KPI Analysis
