INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please note that Import duties, taxes and

charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges
are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs
office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to
bidding/buying. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark
items as 'gifts' - UK and International government regulations prohibit such
behavior
POSTAL COSTS: Based on the weight of the item which is listed above we
have shown two options (unless the item is likely to sell for more than
46.00) for postage in the UK, one for European destinations and one for
the rest of the world.
INSURANCE: Any item, or combination of items, that sells to one buyer for
46.00 or more will only be sent using an insured method of post.
Insurance for China, Stamps or Coins is only available in the UK
using Special Delivery. If an item does not have an insurance option
(Recorded or Special Delivery in the UK - Airsure or Signed For outside the
UK) then please wait for me to send you an invoice before making the
payment. If you are outside the UK and require Insurance on an item that
sold for 46.00 or less then please ask me.
POSTAGE & PACKING PRICE PROMISE: Please see our feedback to
confirm the items are packed well and please bear in mind that cheap
packaging is not good and good packaging is not cheap. The postal costs
we show include a small cost towards the packaging used. This is usually
1.00 per item although for small items that will go in a jiffy bag or boarded
envelope then it is usually 0.50. We have to guess the weight of packing
and therefore occasionally we incorrectly estimate the amount - if you think
we have overcharged you please tell us and if we have, based on the
above, then we will give you a refund AND THAT'S A PROMISE. (N.B. This
does not apply to Multiple Purchases unless you have requested
and/or been given a COMBINED price for the items bought).
SHIPPING TIME: Items purchased will be sent within 3 WORKING DAYS
(this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays) after receipt of cleared funds.

COMBINING ITEMS: If you are buying more than one item I will be happy
to combine these where possible to reduce postage costs. Any item over
2KG will be expensive to send to addresses outside the UK and it may be
neccessary to send it in two parcels.
I will only combine Ceramic Items up to a maximum of 2KG as above this
weight the cost (for UK Special Delivery) jumps from 9.05 to 22.70 and
the risk of breakage, in my opinion, increases dramatically.

We often list other plates in the same series at the same

time so please look in our shop for similar ones to this one.
Buying & Shipping more than one plate at the same time
will always give you Cheaper Postage than if you buy them

Please note that any stand shown in a picture is for display
purposes only and is not included in the sale. However, we

Stands in stock both as single and multiple items that give
you better value the more you buy.

BUYING AND SHIPPING MULTIPLE PLATES

If you are a Plate Collector you can save money by buying multiple plates in one
transaction. Not only can you (in most cases) negotiate a discount on the cost of
each plate but you will also save money on the Postage/Shipping cost if you buy
more than one at a time.

If sending Plates outside the UK then the maximum cost effective weight (including
packing) that can be sent by Royal Mail Air Mail is 2KG. It is usually more cost
effective for you if plates weighing over 2KG but less than 4 KG are sent in Two
Packages. However, if buying plates that weigh more than 5KG then an alternative
courier can be cost effective and plates can be sent in one package - please contact
us for a quote if you are buying this amount.
From April 2012 our Royal Mail Postal Service introduced FOUR Shipping Zones.
1.....UK
2.....Europe
3.....Australia & New Zealand
4.....North & South America, Canada, Asia and anywhere else.
The prices below allow for packing weighing 300gms which is why we only show the
maximum weight of plates as 1600gms. Some plates that come in their own boxes
can be shipped without any additional (other than brown paper) packing so it may be
possible to send a slightly higher weight but please contact us to check.
