Job Description:
Provides personalized services and acts as multi-skilled staff in charge of
providing a hotel within a hotel concept of services at the Traders Club,
Trained to perform various tasks namely Front Office, Food and Beverage,
Business Center, Guest Relation and Reservations.
Responsibilities:
Front Office:
Prepares and checks-in all arriving guests.
Coordinates with in-room dining, housekeeping and transportation for
the amenities and transfers of club guests.
Reviews, prepares and checks out all guests departing.
Performs other cashiering functions i.e. posting, foreign exchange etc.
Performs concierge responsibilities such as restaurants reservations,
golf bookings, luggage delivery and pick up.
Facilitates guest room reservations for the club floors.
Coordinates with the in house travel agency for tour bookings and
specific airline transactions.
Food and Beverage:
Prepares daily requisitions for perishable and non- perishable items
used at the Club Lounge.
Serves welcome drinks to arriving guests.
Understands and follows all policies and procedures on SFSMS
(Standard Food and Safety Management System and HACCP)
Business Center:
Assists guests in airline reservations or confirmation, transmitting
faxes, photocopies documents.
Guest Relations:
Escorts Club guests to their assigned rooms.
Conducts show rooms.
Secures comments and suggestions from Traders Club guests through
courtesy calls and feedback forms
Handles guest complaints swiftly and professionally.
