AME LICENCE EXAMINATION, FEBRUARY, 2015 SESSION

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS (Date 02-01-2015)

The last date for submission of duly completed application forms for written AME Licence Examination,
FEBRUARY 2015 session is 19th JANUARY 2015:
a)All Candidates (AME Trainees, Private, Defence & candidates of scheduled / non scheduled
operators
should submit their applications along with necessary supporting
documents (10th, 10+2, AME course completion certificate (C of C) & experience certificates and
relevant pages of log books as proof of experience claimed etc.), through speed post /registered post
only. No application will be accepted by hand / courier / e-mail. Incomplete applications / applications
with wrong demand drafts /the applications received after the last date i.e. 19th JANUARY 2015, will
be rejected and no communication in this regard shall be entertained.
b) Request for change of centre / paper / category, will not be entertained, once the application
is received in CEO.
c) The fees for written examination is Rs.500/ - PER PAPER. The draft should be drawn in the favour
of PAO DGCA MCA New Delhi, payable at New Delhi and draft should be made on or
after the date of publication of these instructions i.e. 02-01-2015.
d) Candidates are advised to mention their computer number, name and session of examination
on the reverse of the Bank Draft. No combined draft shall be accepted in case of individual
private candidates including defence.
e) Candidates of scheduled / non scheduled operators / AMO's / approved AME training
institutes should sent their applications only through their Quality Managers / Chief Instructors
respectively and NOT as individual or private candidates.
f) Quality Managers of scheduled / non scheduled Airlines A.M.O's / Chief Instructors of
approved AME training institutes are advised to send only one consolidated bank draft as
fees for their candidates along with list of candidates with paper & category mentioned against their
names.
g) Instructors of AME Training Institutes eligible for appearing in the AME Licence
Examination should send their individual applications along with necessary supporting
documents, duly forwarded by their Chief Instructors and Sponsoring organization column in CA -9
of their application forms should be filled as "Instructor (org name)". Instructors should send their
Bank Drafts individually and not clubbed with students of their Institutes.
h) Candidates who had passed their Paper 1 before 1992 should submit their duly attested result
of Paper 1 (combined paper l & paper 2) /BAMEL / AME Licence copy along with the application
while applying for Paper 3.
i) Examination dates for February 2015 session shall be published on DGCA web-site.
j) The envelope containing the applications for AME Licence Examination February 2015 session should
be super scribed in capital and bold letters as:
APPLICATION FOR AME LICENCE EXAMINATION FEB - 2015 SESSION"
