Chapter II

FEASIBILITY STUDY
Feasibility study is quite simple and can be done in a few hours. If the request
involves a new system or a major change in design or in the flow, however, extensive
fact-finding and investigation is required.
Feasibility studies aims to objectively and rationally uncover the strengths and
weaknesses of the existing business or proposed risk. The feasibility study is an
evaluation of the probable impact of the proposed project.
OPERATIONAL FEASIBILITY
Operational Feasibility means that a proposed system will be used effectively
after it has been developed.
Operational feasibility is a measure of how well the computerized payroll system
solves the problems, and how it satisfies the requirements identified in the requirements
analysis phase of system development.
To begin, the Researchers assessed the business profile and operations of SPJ
Gasoline Station attaching the details on the next pages.
HISTORY
The school was first conceived during one of the sessions of the Sangguniang
Bayan, when its members passed a resolution regarding the need for a Municipal high
school. Vice Mayor Rogelio Dazo with the blessing of Mayor Nestor B. Magno made the
first move to organize a municipal high school. He went through the process from the
basis of the barangay charter to the different requests and resolutions addressed to the
superintended, regional director, and to the Undersecretary of Education. Finally, after
some discussions and debates on the matter regarding the funding, housing, etc., the
proposed teachers were advised to accept enrolees. The proposed high school (Pulo
High School Annex) started with one hundred (100) first year students. Salaries of the
Three (3) full time teachers were funded by Provincial Local School Board Fund under
resolution No._____ August 8,1993. The students were housed in two dilapidated
classrooms, repaired through the effort of Mr. Ben Lucas and Vice Mayor Rogelio Dazo,
and funded by the municipality of San Isidro.
At first, the students were sitting on the floor using jute sacks. The Limited
number of books used by the students was borrowed from Pulo High School Main.
Some parents resorted to have some parts of the books Xeroxed for their Childrens
needs.

After some time, some ninety (90) armchairs arrived from the office of the
governor, the n after two years, a building from the Governors Office again. From That
time, the Honourable Governor became the Godfather of the school.
Due to the tremendous increase in enrolment from year to year, the school needs
a new site for its expansion. Fortunately, through some linkages, the school
Administrator and other important persons from Malapit, San Isisdro, Nueva Ecija were
lucky Enough to meet another Godfather in the person of Paulino Ador Dionisio (Tiyo
Puling) who was kind enough to donate a piece of land equivalent to 10,754 sq.m..
Titling of said lot is still under negotiation. The school curricular offering is centred on
the new Secondary Education Curriculum (NSEC) of the Secondary Education
Development Program (SEDP).
It aims to develop and prepare the youth to be physically strong, mentally awake
and morally straight so as to make `them socially and economically fruitful for the next
millennium.
Like other schools, Pulo High School annex aims to produce better Filipino
Citizenry who was well equipped with knowledge and technical know-how to cope with
the ever world.
The school works cooperatively with the community, the PTA, government and
non-government agencies who work hand in hand for the improvement of the quality of
