NEW MEMBER CLASS - On February 15th at 12:45 PM, Pastor Daryl will host a new member class in his office. If you have been attending Druid Hills for several months and would like
to take that next step and become a member of this church, please call 629-5688 or email the
church office, druidhillsocala@gmail.com, to sign up. We will discuss what it means to be a
United Methodist, what it means to be a member of Druid Hills, and get a little background on
history of this church. If this interests you, we hope you will make plans to attend.

UNITED METHODIST MEN (UMM)Starting in February, and continuing through

the year, the UMM will be meeting during FAD Night on the second Thursday of the
month. The first gathering will be Thursday, February 12th at 5:30pm. All the men of
the congregation are invited. This will be an opportunity for you to learn about our programs here in the church and the community. See you there!
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Sometimes Gods wisdom comes in moments of quiet
solitude. Do you dominate the conversation with God giving lists of requests and praises. God gives us this command in Mark 9-7: This is my Son, whom I love. Listen to
him!
Prayer: Dear Lord, forgive us when we do all the talking. As we pray, help us to pause
and listen to you. Amen.
