Sika Latex is a high quality emulsion that substantially improves the qualities of cement
mortars in applications such as:
o Thin layer patching mortars
o Renders
o Floor screeds
o Concrete repair mortars
o Abrasion resistant linings
o Tile fixing mortars
o Masonry mortars

Characteristics and Advantages

Sika Latex is simply added to the mixing water to provide the following properties:
o Extremely good adhesion
o Reduced shrinkage
o Greater flexibility
o Excellent water resistance

o Increased abrasion resistance

o Improved chemical resistance
o Non-corrosive
o Ready for use
o Sika Latex does not re-emulsify, even under highly alkaline conditions.

Sikagard-720 EpoCem
SikaGard-720 EpoCem is a three part, epoxy modified cementitious, thixotropic, fine textured
mortar for levelling and finishing of concrete, mortar or stone surfaces. Suitable for use in hot
and tropical climates.

As a levelling layer over concrete and mortars in 0.5 - 3 mm on vertical or horizontal surfaces, in
new works or repairs, particularly in aggressive chemical environments
As a pore sealer for the reprofiling, smoothening and levelling of concrete surfaces In the food
industry, as a levelling and smoothening layer for walls and covings, prior to the application of a
suitable Sika epoxy or PUR finish

Sikadur-52
Sikadur-52 is a low viscosity, free flowing and fast curing injection resin and primer/coating
based on a 2 component solvent free epoxy resin; ideally suited to a wide range of building and

civil engineering applications where highly penetrative material is required. It is available in two
grades, Normal and Long Potlife for moderate and high ambient temperatures respectively.

Use
Sikadur-52 may be used to inject and fill cracks between 0.2 - 5 mm wide in a wide variety of
constructions applications. Sikadur-52 does not shrink on curing and forms a rigid, high strength
product which exhibits excellent adhesion to most construction materials enabling the restoration
of structural adequacy to columns, beams, foundations, decks and water retaining structures.
