Induction of all new joinee. Preparing induction calendar, plan on-job training to ensure highly
motivated and properly guided employees.

Training & development Planning & Execution of the T&D programs as per guidelines
received from Nokia Academy on Monthly P&T & Soft skills training to Regional FF Team. Also
identify training needs of team, formulate training calendar and evaluate training effectiveness

Appraisal - To formulate the parameters for FF Team and coordination with HO for online
appraisal, implementing the process and fixation of salary hike based on appraisal scores.

Employee relation, welfare and motivation- Conducting annual employee engagement program
fixing budget for that. Coordination with the State Heads to identify and to Nominate and announcing

special awards to recognize efforts and ideas. Conducting Open house to listen to people in different
locations.

Handling employee exit and grievance Addressing employee grievance over phone or during
market visit. To ensure that Exit interview is taken place for every employee leaving the organization
and to ascertain the reason for leaving the organization.

Statutory Compliances: Regular audits of outsourcing agencies to insure that all the statutory
compliance are done in specified time in accordance under various acts of labour laws.

Manpower planning, budgeting and succession planning- To take active participation in


manpower planning, budgeting and succession planning based on organizational requirement.

Formulation of HR policies and directives- Active participation on formulating various HR policies


on leave, attendance, employee joining and exit, reporting structure, expense entitlement etc.

- -HR Operation includes Coordination in Manpower Budgeting (for off rolls


only), Recruitment, Induction, Employee Engagement, Coordination in Trainings
& development program, PMS, Attrition Analysis and Management, End To End
HR Service Support to 600 Employees.

On HR Front
Analyzing the Manpower Requirement and bridging the gap.
Designing the Recruitment process and developing Job Description for each
position (Off roll & Middle Management).
Sourcing, and screening and short listing candidates from Portals, Database &
References.
Lining up the interview of the shortlisted candidates with the line manager and
the HR Head.
Ensuring joining formalities are complete.
Induction of the new recruits.
Ensuring timely payout of salary, reimbursements including, incentives etc. of On
Rolls/ outsourced employees.
Handling statutory compliances in accordance of requirement of labor laws.
Generation of Various MIS Reports on Weekly/Monthly basis
