Subbing Ingredients for Allergies!
-My family has every allergy under the sun! I feel it is so important to
include substitutions!
-peanut butter sub: sunflower seed butter (look at ingredients)
-trying subbing soaked seeds for soaked nuts of any kind
-eggs: depending on the recipe you can sub eggs with a
multitude of things. Applesauce, squash/pumpkin puree, bananas,
flaxseeds, tofu
-onion/ garlic free, use veggie stalk for flavor, spices
