Plan provision

The scheme namely Capacity Building of Tourist


Services Wing, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Sports,
Archeology, Museums, Tourism and Youth Affairs
(Presentation to PDWP) ADP2012-2013, reflected at
serial no. 607 with computer no.120092, having cost
of Rs:35.000 million on the revenue side as well an
allocation for rs.35.000 million for CFY.

Project objectives:

The scheme has been prepared to enable the


department to collect the licensing fee and ensure
registration under the Hotel & Restaurant Act and
Travel Agency Act as well as Tourists Guide Act of the
province.

6.

Description and Justification:

The proposed scheme is in line with the policy of the


provincial government and it aims to build the capacity
of the Tourist Services Wing in the Department to
streamline the registration and licensing through
creation of offices dully manned by competent
professionals in Hazara region, Malakand region
including Chitral with an office southern region of the
province.

Commerce /Economics / Statistics/Public administration/Business
administration with 3 year experience in the relevant field, fix pay of

10 inspector having Bachelor's degree preferably in
Economics/Statistics/Public administration/Business administration
with 2 Years experience in the relevant field, fix pay of Rs. 30,000/Per Month for Senior Inspector and Rs. 28,000/- for Junior
Inspector.
In Peshawar office(2 Senior & 2 Junior, 720000+672000)
Hazara office (1 Senior & 2 Junior, 360000+672000)
and Kohat office (1 Senior & 2 Junior, 360000+672000)
Six Computer Operator having qualification of BSC/Diploma in IT
with 2 year experience in the relevant field, on fix pay @ Rs.
25,000/- per month. Two in each office.
Three Admin Assistant, Bachelor's degree preferably in
Commerce/Economics/Statistics/Public administration/Business
administration with 2 Years experience in the relevant field, fix pay
of 20,000/- Per Month.
Three Accounts Assistant, Bachelor's degree preferably in
Commerce/Economics/Statistics/Public administration/Business

Procurement of 8 latest Branded Desktop Computer system with
LED & HP Laser Printer including Windows 7/8 in which 4 to be
issued to Peshawar Office, 2 each to Hazara and Kohat office @
Rs. 130,000/- per set.
Procurement of 4 UPS with Batteries for Computers (5hrs backup)
@ Rs.60,000 per set in which 2 issued to Peshawar and one each
to Hazara and Kohat Office.
Multimedia with Screen Latest 3000-3500lumens
@ Rs.150,000/Procurement of 3 Photocopier Digital mono with Stabilizer @ Rs.

Acquisition of 1 kanal house with 6-8 built-up rooms and road
access for TSW office including TIC at Hazara.
Hiring of office with 6-8 built-up rooms and road access for TSW
office including TIC at Kohat @ Rs. 15,000/-.
