TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only.

The prices listed is valid per the effective date as published, however is subject to change without prior notice
or notification.

Prices listed are based on a per user or license basis.

All business transactions are on CASH terms basis only, until or unless credit terms and facilities have been
established.

All cheque(s) payment MUST be made out to ACA Pacific Technology (M) Sdn Bhd (168900-A).

Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed DO NOT include training, consulting, deployment, installation,
implementation or other services related charges.

Prices listed DO NOT include freight and handling charges for deliveries outside the Klang Valley. Please
contact us for freight and handling charges outside the Klang Valley.

A copy of the End-User and/or Reseller purchase order and/or cheque shall be provided to
ACA Pacific Technology (M) Sdn Bhd (168900-A) upon request.

Please note that the provision of the following information would expedite the order procession of goods ordered.
a. For any version upgrade, photocopy of END-USER's existing product license label (clearly indicating the Part

Number and Serial Number) MUST be provided.

b. Customer name; Old S/N for any version upgrade MUST appear in the PO to avoid cancellation.
c. For subscription ordering/renewal, a complete Customer Information Form (CIF) MUST be provided for

immediate processing.
d. End-User details MUST be provided for licensing purposes.

No order shall be binded to ACA Pacific Technology (M) Sdn Bhd (168900-A) until
ACA Pacific Technology (M) Sdn Bhd (168900-A) has accepted it,
and ACAPacific Technology (M) Sdn Bhd shall have no liability for any PO that it does NOT accept.

Please allow 4 weeks for delivery upon ACA Pacific Technology (M) Sdn Bhd (168900-A) formal confirmation of
receipt and acceptance of Purchase Order (PO).

Delivery is also subject to final confirmation by ACA Pacific Technology (M) Sdn Bhd (168900-A) and good credit
standing or full payment received.

Any request for PO cancellation MUST be made officially to ACA Pacific Technology (M) Sdn Bhd (168900-A).
Acceptance or rejection to the request is subject to the sole discretion of ACAPacific Technology (M) Sdn Bhd.

Any PO cancellation request made after SEVEN (7) days from the date of receipt shall incur a PO cancellation
fee or penalty of 30% of the total PO value or such sum(s) as determined by ACA Pacific Technology (M) Sdn Bhd.

Product description, version and/or specification is correct at the time of quoting, however Autodesk, Inc.
reserves the right to change or vary from time to time without prior notice or notification.

End-User licence is subject to Autodesk, Inc. software licence agreement.

ACA Pacific Technology (M) Sdn Bhd (168900-A) reserves the right to the final decision in any situation of dispute.

Please note that Autodesk, Inc. may append certain stipulation or request for end-user information prior to
order, shipping or processing approval.
