LETTER OF APPOINTMENT

We are pleased to offer you as ________________ at ABR HOLDING on contract


basis for one (1) year with effect from Monday , 1 Disember 2014, based on the
following terms and conditions as set out below:
1.

COMPENSATION

Yours commencement basic salary shall be RM900 ( Ringgit Malaysia : Nine


Hundred Only) per month, payable in accordance with the companys usual payroll
procedures. Any annual increment and/or bonus is as approved bt the Management.
2.

PROBATIONARY PERIOD

You should be required to serve a probationary period of employment of two (2)


months during which your performance will be reviewed from time to time. The
Company may at its discretion extend your probationary by another two (2) months.
You shall not be deemed to be confirmed notwithstanding completion ( satisfactory
or otherwise) of the periods of probation as provided for in the above until you have
been officially confirmed in writing.
3.

TERMINATION RESIGNATION

During the probationary period, one (1) weeks notice will have to be given by either
the Company or yourself in the case of termination of employment.
After confirmation of employment and unless guilty of misconduct of an extremely
grave nature, either party is required to serve thirty (30) days notice, or one (1)
months salary in lieu of such notice. An employee may be required to take any
unfinished annual leave as part of their notice period at the Companys discretion.

4.

STATUTORY CONTRIBUTION & REMITTANCES

The Company shall contribute to the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) at 12 % of


the employees salary, make the necessary deductions for the employees
contribution and remit the said amount to the relevant authorities, according to the
laws enforced from time to time by the relevant authorities.
5.

ANNUAL LEAVE

Annual Leave with full pay granted 17 days during your contract period. Such leave
must be taken at times convenient to the Company and subject to approval from the

Management. No leave may be carried forward to the following year without written
permissions from the Management.
6.

WORKING HOURS

Your normal working hours are:


Saturday to Thursday : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
You shall present yourself in proper business attire at work as stipulated by the
company.
Not withstanding the above, the company may vary the prescribed working days and
hours depending on operational needs.

7.

MEDICAL BENEFITS

The Company will provide your outpatient consultation and medicine at the
Company-approved general practitioners. The medical benefits are RM300.00
(Ringgit Malaysia : Three Hundred Only), which may be revised from time as
deemed fit by the Management.

8.

REPORTING LINE

You will required to report directly to the Executive Chairman, or any other personnel
the Company, as deemed fit by the Management.

9.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The company recognizes that you will have privy and access to vital information,
which are valuable, special and unique assets of the Company. You are not to, at
any time or in any manner either directly or indirectly, divulge, disclose, or
communicate to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
You are to protect the information and treat it as strictly confidential. A violation by
your good selft of this paragraph shall be a material violation and will justify legal
and/or equitable relief.
