ASAP (by email, for instance). The student is expected to attend the next tutorial to
make-up the assignment and get proper class work credit.

It is a fast-paced course and students must attend each class and come
prepared for oral and written activities. Homework is assigned daily and must be done
to progress in a cumulative acquisition of vocabulary and grammar.

Participation in class is valued geatly and late arrivals are disruptive to the
learning process. Three “ tardies” equal one absence.

Testing is both oral and written

Attendance 10% (An unexcused absence deletes 2 points)

(Assignments, quizzes) 30% (Late work is penalized by 5% per session)
Chapter tests (5) 50%
