General Course Information

Pre-requisites, Co-requisites Pre-requisites: BA 3341 - Business Finance
Students should be proficient in (1) basic statistics, (2) accounting &
Other Restrictions financial statement analysis, and (3) spreadsheet modeling using
Microsoft Excel
BA 4347 integrates a wide variety of advanced topics in corporate financial
decision-making in examining the development of the financial strategy of
Course Description the firm. Emphasis will be placed on the valuation of the firm and the
impact of financial markets on corporate investment and financing
decisions.
