With reference to your application and subsequent interview, you had with us, we are happy to
offer you the position of "Marketing Executive” on the following terms and conditions

Your Gross Annual Remuneration is Rs. 1, 80, 000.00 (Rupees One Lakh Eighty Thousand
Only), the details of which are enclosed in the annexure.

You will be on probation for six months at the end of which your performance will be reviewed.

You will be required to sign a Proprietary Information and Inventions agreement on joining. Your
employment with us will be governed by the terms and conditions of the organisation.

Employment as per this offer letter is subject to you being medically fit, and subject to
satisfactory references and background verifications. Date of joining will be informed separately
by an appointment letter, if such letter is not been issued your offer would be under hold and
this offer letter is not a guarantee for your employment with us. Please sign the duplicate copy
of the letter and return it to us at the earliest as a token of acceptance of this offer.

1. Employment Agreement
a. Secrecy
During the period of your employment, you will work honestly, faithfully, diligently and efficiently
for the growth of the organisation. You are expected to maintain utmost secrecy in regards to
the affairs of the Company and shall keep confidential any information, instruments, documents,
etc.. Relating to the Company that may come to your professional knowledge as an employee of
the Company. You will be required to sign a Proprietary Information and Inventions agreement on
joining.

b. Conflict of Interest
Your position with the Company calls for the whole time employment and you will devote
yourselves exclusively to the business of the company. You will not take up any other work for
remuneration (part time or otherwise) or work on advisory capacity or be interested directly or
indirectly, (except as shareholder or debenture holder) in any other trade or business, during your
employment with the company, without written permission from the company.

2. Certificates

At the time of joining, you are requested to submit photocopies supporting Educational
Qualification, Data of Birth/ Age, Relieving letter in original from your previous/ present
Organisation, Service Certificate (if any). Two copies of Passport/ Voters ID card/ Pan Card/
Driving license, four color passport size photographs and two color stamp-size photographs
should also be submitted. Two passport size photos and date of birth of your dependants are
required to include in the Medical Insurance Nomination. You are also required to get your
originals, which will be returned after verification.

3. Transfer

Though you have been engaged for a specific position, the company reserves the right to transfer
you to any other location, India or abroad, establishment factory or branch of the company/
Group. In such a case, you will be governed by the terms and conditions of service applicable to
the new assignment without any financial loss.

4. Signing of Agreement for Travel Abroad / Training

You will be required to sign an overseas travel agreement specifying the minimum duration that you are
expected to stay in employment with Roland Technology Services, as a consequence of you being sent
overseas for training or any other purpose.
5. Termination Notice

You will be on probation for a period of six months. During your probation, your employment with us is
terminable by either party with a notice of fifteen days or gross salary of fifteen days in lieu of notice.

a. After confirmation, your employment with us is terminable by either party with 1 month notice period
of one month's gross salary in lieu of notice.
b. Right to exercise option to accept Notice Pay in lieu of Notice Period shall be a prerogative and will be
at the discretion of the management influenced by business circumstances.

6. General
The above terms and conditions are based on company policies and other rules currently applicable in India
as well as Overseas and are subject to amendments and adjustments from time to time. You will also abide
by all other rules and regulations of the company as shall be in force. Only those authorized by a specific
power of attorney may sign legal documents, representing the organisation,
In all service matters, including those not specifically covered here, such as Traveling, Leave, Retirement,
etc., you will be governed by the rules of the company framed from time to lime.

Note:

1. Security Deposit of Rs.5000/- refundable after successful completion of your probation


period (Six Months).

2. Send us the signed copy of this offer letter along with Demand Draft of Rs.5000/- in favor of
Roland Technology Services payable at Chennai before 30 Dec 2009.
