Basic knowledge and understanding of the medical insurance
billing process, familiarity with insurance billing forms, rules

Learn the critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first
aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few
minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. We
have broken down this valuable information into two classes:

Health Aide course is an approved 190+ hour training
program developed in cooperation with and endorsed by
nursing home facilities and home health care agencies in the
Muskegon area. It includes classroom lecture, laboratory work,
and on-the-job clinical training in an area nursing home facility.
