AND IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the ob0ects of the charitable trst hereinabo&e
mentioned shall not be limited or restricted to any particlar reli!ion commnity caste or creed2
NOW IT IS FURTHER DECLARED that trstees shall be entitled to tili4e and disperse
either the net income of the trst estate and3or parts of the corps thereof for maintainin! and3or
condctin! establishments for the charitable prposes and trst hereinabo&e set ot and also as
they in their discretion deem fit and proper to ma,e contribtion and3or donations to charitable
instittions and3or establishments ha&in! one or more of the charitable ob0ects hereinabo&e set

"% The Trstees shall ha&e power and shall be entitled to collect, reco&er and recei&e di&idends,

rents, profits interest and other income of the TRUST ESTATE ( hereinafter referred to as the
"Trust Incoe") and to pay all taxes, rates, assessments, expenses and ot!oin!s for a
collection in respect thereof and for the mana!ement of the TRUST ESTATE and for
administerin! and carryin! ot the trst hereof%
#% The Trstees shall be entitled from time to time to accept from any person or persons desirin!
to ma,e !ifts or donation pon the T(5STS and sb0ect to the terms, pro&isions, powers and
conditions contained therein sch money or properties as the donors desire from time to time to
!i&e on the aforesaid trst and on the terms and conditions herein contained%
$% The T(5ST hereby declared shall be desi!nated as "!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"%
6% The T(5ST hereby declared shall be irre&ocable%
7% It shall be lawfl for the Trstees at any time and from time to time to borrow moneys as well
as to sell, mort!a!e, assi!n, transfer, demise or let or lease for any period for howe&er lon! or
otherwise dispose of and deal with the TRUST ESTATE incldin! any immo&able properties
comprised therein or any part thereof either by pblic action or by pri&ate contract and on sch
terms and conditions as they the Trstees thin, fit with liberty to the Trstees to by rescind or
&ary any contract for sale, mort!a!e, transfer, assi!nment, lease or other disposition withot
bein! answerable for any loss occasioned thereby and with power also to execte all necessary
assi!nments, con&eyances, mort!a!es, transfers, leases sbleases and other deeds and assrances
for the same and to !i&e receipts and dischar!es for the consideration moneys and all other
moneys% )ll moneys arisin! from any sch sale, mort!a!e, transfer or other disposition shall be
deemed to be part of the said estate and shall be dealt with accordin!ly%
8% The receipt of the Trstees for the prchase money of any property hereby directed or
athori4ed to be sold, or for any other moneys, stoc,s, fnds, shares, secrities or in&estments
paid deli&ered or transferred to them or him by &irte of these presents or in the exection of the
Trsts or powers hereof shall effectally dischar!e the person or persons ha&in! deli&ered or
transferrin! the same therefrom and3or from bein! bond to see to the application or bein!
answerable for the loss or misapplication thereof%
9% The Trstees for the time bein! of these presents shall be respecti&ely char!eable only for sch
moneys and secrities as they shall respecti&ely actally recei&e, notwithstandin! their
respecti&ely si!nin! any receipt for the sa,e of conformity and shall respecti&ely be answerable
and responsible only for their own respecti&e acts, receipts, omissions, ne!lects and defalts and
not for those of each other, nor for that of any ban,ers, bro,ers, actioneer, or other person with
whom or into whose hands any trst moneys or secrities shall be deposited or come, nor the
insfficiency in title or deficiency in &ale or any in&estments nor any other loss, nless the same
shall happen thro!h their own willfl defalt respecti&ely )N+ )/S. the Trstees or Trstee

for the time bein! may reimbrse themsel&es, or himself or pay and dischar!e ot of the Trst
Estate all expenses incrred in or abot the exection of the Trsts or powers to these presents%
:% The Trstees for the time bein! of these presents shall ha&e fll power to compromise or
compond all actions, sits and other proceedin!s and all differences and demands and to refer
any sch differences or demand to arbitration and to ad0st, settle and appro&e all acconts
relatin! to the Trst Estate and to execte releases and to do all other thin!s relatin! thereto
withot bein! answerable or accontable for any loss occasioned thereby%
;% If and so often as any of the Trstees herender appointed or any ftre Trstees or Trstee of
these presents shall die or shall lea&e India for more than one year or shall desire to retire from or
refses to act or become incapable to act in the Trsts of these presents or otherwise, it shall be
lawfl for the sr&i&in! or continin! Trstee or Trstees for the time bein! of these presents
(and for this purpose to act in the execution of this power be considered to be continuing trustee)
or for the pro&in! exectors or administrators of the last sr&i&in! Trstee to appoint a new
Trstee in place of the Trstees or Trstee so dyin! or lea&in! India or desirin! to retire from the
Trst or otherwise to appoint new or additional trstee or trstees and pon e&ery or any sch
appointment the nmber of Trstees may be a!mented or redced and pon e&ery sch
appointment the Trst Estate shall be transferred so that the same be &ested in the Trstee or
Trstees for the time bein! of these presents )N+ the Trstees or Trstee so appointed as
aforesaid may be well before as after sch transfer of the Trst Estate act or assist in the
exection of the trsts and powers of these presents as flly as effectally as if he had been

"@% )ny Trstee may at any time resi!n by !i&in! a month-s notice to his cotrstees and pon
expiry of sch period, he shall be deemed to ha&e &acated his office%
""% The Trstees shall ha&e the ri!ht to pass necessary resoltions by circlars instead of by
meetin!s and any resoltion as a!reed to by a ma0ority of the Trstees shall be as &alid and
effectal as a resoltion of the Trstees at a meetin! dly con&ened%
"#% The Trstees shall determine all Aestions and matters of dobt in the exection of the Trsts,
incldin! the meanin! and constrctions of any of the articles and pro&isions herein contained
and do all acts and execte all the trsts, powers and athorities appertainin! in these presents,
nanimosly and in case of disa!reement, by ma0ority, each Trstee ha&in! one &ote only% The
Trstees shall be at liberty to ma,e rles and byeB laws for the de administration of the Trst
pro&ided sch rles and byeBlaws are not inconsistent with what is herein contained%

"$% 1or the prposes mentioned abo&e or any of them, the Trstees shall be at liberty to enter
into, si!n execte and deli&er all sch contracts, deeds, assrances and writin!s as they may
deem necessary or expedient% The Trstees shall also be entitled to incr all le!itimate expenses
which they consider to be beneficial to and in the interest of the Trst%
"6% The Trstees shall be entitled to in&est the Trst Estate or sch other fnds of the Trst as are
not immediately reAired, in any of the in&estments athori4ed by the Bombay <blic Trst )ct,
";7@ and3or the stattory amendments or modifications or reBenactment thereof for the time
bein! in force or the (les made therender and the Trstees shall also be at liberty to in&est the
Trst Estate or any part thereof on the Cort!a!e of any immo&able property sitated in any part
of the (epblic of India (either of Free Hold or Lease-Hold or any other tenure) and the Trstees
shall also be entitled to prchase B immo&able properties, incldin! &acant land of any tenre and
to constrct bildin!s and other strctres thereon as the Trstees may consider necessary and in
the interest of the Trst and they shall also be entitled to pll down and demolish and to rebild
any bildin! or erection as they may consider necessary and in the interest of the trst, )N+ the
Trstees shall ha&e power to alter, &ary or transfer the in&estments from time to time in sch
manner as the Trstees may thin, fit and proper and in the interest of the Trst%
"7% The Trstees shall be entitled to obtain tenancies and3or ta,e on lease any premises and3or
properties as they may consider proper and in the interest of the trst%
"8% *omplete acconts of the Trst shall be properly ,ept at (city), or at sch other place or
places as the Trstees may from time to time decide and all the acconts, records and docments
of the Trsts shall be maintained at the office of the B Trst% The acconts of the Trst shall be

";8" or Wealth Tax )ct, ";79 or any other )ct !o&ernin! taxation of income or wealth as will
ensre or ma,e the Trst hereby Bestablished and its income as eli!ible for exemption from

reBenactment thereof or modification thereof or nder any sch )ct !o&ernin! taxation of income
or wealth for the time bein! in force in India2 and
b% that the trst hereby established shall be one to which nder the pro&isions of present section

reenactment or modification thereof or sch or similar enactmentEs for the time bein! in force in

Trst Estate and may at their discretion at any time and from time to time apply also Trst Estate

pblic charitable prposes aforesaid )nd withot pre0dice to !enerality of their powers and
sb0ect to the limitations or conditions contained abo&e, in or towards any one or more of the
followin! and in sch proportion and manner as the Trstees in their absolte discretion may

impartin! edcation and trainin! of stdents2
b% Establishment and spport of <rofesshorships, /ectreships, 1ellowships, Scholarships and
pri4es and establishment of endowments at any schools, colle!es, ni&ersities or other
instittions for promotion of edcation and ,nowled!e2
c% Establishment and maintenance of 'ostels and3or Boardin! hoses and ?rants of 1ree
Boardin! /od!in! to stdents or scholars pon sch terms and for sch period in sch case as the
Trstees may deem fit2
d% ?rant of monetary assistance from time to time to any Schools, *olle!es,
5ni&ersities,=idyapiths and other instittions which impart or pro&ide edcation in any branch of
,nowled!e and for sch period and pon sch terms in each case as the Trstees may deem fit2
e% )ward of Scholarships, 1ellowships and ?rant by way of loans and otherwise and on sch
terms and conditions as the Trstees may thin, fit for prpose of nderta,in! persection and
encora!in! research in any branch of ,nowled!e2
f% ?rant of monetary assistance incldin! scholarships and3or loan to stdents or scholars whom
the B Trstees may deem to be deser&in! thereof to enable them to recei&e sch edcation
trainin! and Aalification as the Trstees may appro&e incldin! academic, professional,
&ocational, technical and pon schBterms and for sch period in each case as the Trstees may
deem fit2
!% Spply of boo,s, food and clothes and fees to stdents or scholars or !rant of monetary

assistance to them for sch prposes as aforesaid2
h% Establishment, maintenance and spport of libraries msems, readin! rooms and other
facilities means for ad&ancement of edcation and ,nowled!e2
i% <romotion of edcation and learnin! in all branches of ,nowled!e%
#% )ffordin! medical relief in !eneral and 'omeopathy medicine in particlar in sch manner as
the Trstees may thin, fit and incldin!D
a% Establishment, maintenance and spport of dispensaries and hospitals with or withot medical
schools or colle!es and nrsin! instittions for treatment of patients sfferin! form diseases of
any ,ind and accident2
b% Establishment acAisition and maintenance and spport to hospitals, dispensaries, maternity
homes, sanatorims, stdy centres, medical schools, or colle!es or instittions impartin! medical
,nowled!e2
c% ?rant sbscription and donations to hospitals, dispensaries B con&alescent homes, asylms,
nrsin! homes and other pblic instittions for administerin! medical relief pon sch terms and
conditions and for sch period as the Trstees may thin, fit2
d% ?rant of medical help drin! epidemic, famine, flood, or earthAa,e or any B nforseen
occrrence or an act of ?od or war li,e operations, riots, ci&ilBcommotion and sch and similar B
occrrences2
$% (elief to the poor and needy in any manner as the Trstees may thin, fitD It is a!ain expressly

";% The Trstees may !i&e or consent to !i&e for ad&ancement of any ob0ect of the Trst any
loans to deser&in! and needy persons and shall ha&e power in their discretion to char!e or fore!o
interest and3or to allow the repayment of the loans by sch installment and3or in sch manner and
pon sch terms and conditions as the Trstees may in their discretion thin, fit and3or remit
fore!o or omit to reco&er the whole or any part of sch loan, interest thereof and to ta,e or not to
ta,e any secrity and3or for sch loans%
#@% IT IS INTEN+E+ )N+ +I(E*TE+ that if at anytime hereafter it is held that any of the B
ob0ects or prposes to which the said income or any part thereof or corps or any part thereof is
directed to be applied or expended is not a pblic charitable ob0ect or prpose reco!ni4ed for

exemptions and relief nder the pro&isions of the taxation laws referred to abo&e or other laws
then and in that case, the Trstees shall apply and expend the said income or corps towards the
exection and carryin! ot of sch pblic charitable prposes as may be reco!ni4ed nder the
Taxation /aws of India as abo&e stated as The Trstees may thin, fit sb0ect ne&er the less to the

credited to an accont to be called "Sur"#us Account" and the Trstees shall ha&e power in any
sbseAent year or years to expend and employ the same in the same manner and to the same
extent as if sch accmlations or parts thereof had been part of the income of the year in which
the same are or is so!ht to be expended and employed as aforesaid sb0ect to the pro&isions of
IncomeBTax /aws or any other laws that may be in force from time to time%
