Challenge: What challenge/goal/question will drive your work? What is a healthy life? Is it physically or is it mentally? Or is it both? Try to explain to people what steps they should take to be a healthy productive human being. Learning: What do you expect to learn? How will you be challenged? How will this stretch you? I expect to learn how I can improve my wellbeing and mindset even more as well as benefit those around me as well. Ill be challeneged if someone ever asks me a difficult question or proves me wrong. It will expand my mind to reach out and discover the real answers. Materials: List your materials/resources and who will be providing them. If they need to be purchased, include the price.
