ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Ready to Lean In? Learn how you can increase your effectiveness as a women leader Unlocking the Full Potential of
Women.

Stacey Murphy, SVP and Director of Talent Management at Associated Bank is an expert in organizational and leadership
development and is eager to share with our group some of the ways women tend to unknowingly sabotage their
success. Stacey will share wonderful, practical tips on how women can increase their effectiveness and enjoy success in
whatever they choose. Come and network with other women and team up to increase your effectiveness in 2014.

You do not want to miss this presentation! It is guaranteed you will be thinking about it for weeks to come. After the
presentation, we will create strategies to implement the tips from the presentation through an interactive workshop
experience designed to bring the full potential of women to the workplace.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Stacey is currently the Senior Vice President, Director of Talent Management at Associated Bank, where she oversees
the talent management center of excellence enterprise-wide. Stacey and her team focus on colleague performance and
development including Associated University curriculum and delivery. As well as, ongoing definition and development
of leadership capabilities for leaders at all levels, succession planning and career management for executive to mid-level
roles.

Previous to Associated Bank, Stacey was the Vice President of BMO Harris Employee Integration Experience and Talent
Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to the BMO acquisition, she was the Director of Talent Development for M&I Bank,
where she developed a strategic plan for leading and managing talent development, talent management and succession
planning.

Stacey began her career in banking and has ten years of banking experience in Business Banking and Private Banking
prior to her work in Talent Strategies; with organizations such as Bank of America, NationsBank, Boatmens Bank and
Bank IV. Stacey earned her MBA from the University of Wisconsin Madison and holds a bachelors degree in
Accounting and Business Administration from Lakeland College.
