Passport to Awareness
Spend time traveling through our areas of awareness. You
will have a large number of opportunities to gain
information as you visit our venders and special programs.
At each location, have your passport stamped and collect
your ticket.
This ticket indicates your visit to one of our passport
locations. At the end of your journey deposit your ticket
into one of our prize boxes, located in the cafeteria.
Drawings will be made throughout the day for a host of
gifts.
You do not have to be present to win so make sure your
name and phone number are on the ticket.

Vendor Representatives: Twenty-Five different vendors


are here to provide information and describe their
programs.
Music: Kevin Sullivan and Val Dobson will be playing their
recovery music live in the auditorium.
The Anonymous People documentary: A documentary
speaking of issues regarding the 22 million people in
recovery and the 100 million family members.

Tributes to Loved Ones: An opportunity to write a


message on puzzle pieces to a loved one. We will connect
the pieces showing our unity in this battle with addiction.

Young People in Recover Discussion Group: Meet some


of our group members who are in recovery. They will
share their stories and answer your questions.

Narcan Education: Learn how Narcan can help save lives


when administered to those in an overdose situation.

Naloxone Training: Brandywine counseling will present


training in the use of Naloxone, which is a medication that
is an anti-opiate antagonist. (1-2pm)

Crisis Room: This area is only for people who feel that
they are at a turning point or a crisis in their life, and are
ready to receive help. This would also include family
members.
GRASP: (Grief Recovery after a Substance Passing)Founder of this organization, Liz Perkins, will be available
to talk with families. Note her banners with pictures of
those who are no longer with us.

Delaware Health and Social Services: Representatives will


be on hand to speak about the states initiative, and the
progress that has been made to atTAcK addiction.

to the addiction epidemic in our community,
remove the stigma, assist those in recovery and
