This document provides instructions for installing the Maxi Mount universal swivel bracket on different wall types using optional mounting hardware packs. It describes how to separate the bracket into two sections, mark screw holes, and mount the base section to the wall using self-tapping screws or toggle bolts depending on the wall material. It also explains how to attach the swivel ball and mounting plate to the rear of the speaker, adjust the angle, lock the speaker onto the base, and include an optional security screw. Diagrams show the bracket components and proper installation.

Mount the base to the wall in one of the following ways taking into account the following: 1) Ensure the base is mounted the correct way up. (see Figure 1) 2) Ensure the two mounting screws do not protrude above the screw recesses where they will foul the slide-in ball assembly. Final Assembly Mount the swivel ball assembly with the mounting plate to the rear of the speaker and firmly tighten the lock nut. (see Figure 3) Adjust the angle of the ball to the desired position then evenly tighten the allen head socket screws with the allen key supplied. Carefully lift the speaker to the mounting bracket and locate the mounting posts into the key hole slots in the base. Slide the speaker with swivel ball assembly downward until it locks into position. If minor adjustment is required, partially loosen the 3 allen head screws and move the speaker to the angle required. Re-tighten the allen head screws. (see Figure 2) For security, insert a 8g x 3/4" self tapper screw into the hole provided. To remove speaker from the wall, remove security screw if fitted then press the locking tab and push the speaker upwards.
