Participants: Participants in the project will belong to 6 different countries from: Serbia, Hungary,
Greece, Portugal, Croatia and Slovakia (optional Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Poland, Ireland)

Theme of the Youth Exchange:
During the project the groups of young people involved will share their experiences and knowledge on
the issue of youth unemployment in their countries. In addition, participants will reflect on what they
can do to combat it and what business opportunities there are for young people in their contexts. We
will have activities to give reasons, present situation, solutions and our wishes about unemployment.

The overall aim of the Youth Exchange:
With our Project, we aim to give what can be done for young peoples main problem unemployment
and poverty. Our project aims to examine the problems of young people from 6 participating countries
to find common points and in this way find solutions together and learn from each other. In our project,
we generally planned activities for unemployment and employment situations.

Objectives of the Youth Exchange:

- To define situation of unemployed communities in participation countries;
- To clarify the differences and common points in a life of unemployed young people and in this way
find solutions together and learn from each other ;
- To share experiences and knowledge on the issue of youth unemployment in participating countries ;
- To reflect on what we can do to combat it and what business opportunities there are for young
people in their context ;
- To promote young peoples active citizenship in general and their European citizenship in particular;
- To to foster the personal and collective diversity and develop the competencies ;
- To Include of young people with fewer opportunities and Fight against poverty;
- To promote Gender equality.

The methodology of the Youth Exchange:

Planned activities will help young people to develop themselves, and behave more planned
and together with other friends. Besides, our project will cause them to be more sensitive on
democracy, human rights, and equality points. Thanks to project activities, our participants will develop
themselves on being respectful to other societies, nations, and cultures to promote international
dimension in order to build Europe. They will realize that the differences are richness of the world. Our
project will help individual, social, and emotional development of our participants. The most important
one is to give them approach to use their backgrounds, experiences to help themselves and their
environment. They will earn positive developments to reach their aims, future and lives. We will guide
the unemployed young what they can do till they get proper jobs.
The Youth Exchange is based on non formal education. The planned methods will
encourage participants for active participation, provide space and opportunities for sharing
experiences, making self reflections, gaining new knowledge on the themes, putting their new
experiences into their realities. Experienced trainers team will prepare creative and participatory
methods, some examples: working individually, in pairs, in national and mixed small groups, drawings,
jumping, painting, using clays, creating montages/collages, debating, role plays, thought shower,
informative presentation, case study, p, etc. The Youth Exchange is centered and it will require
active involvement and commitment from all participants.

Who can participate in the Youth Exchange?
- Unemployed young people between 18 and 25 year;
- Underprivileged yung people and youngs with fewer oportunities between 18 and and 25 year;
- Ready to take part in the whole Exchange;
- Be able to communicate in English.
Eligible countries: Hungary, Serbia, Greece, Slovakia, Portugal, Croatia (optional Spain, Italy,
Poland, Cyprus, Ireland)

Number of participants: 5 from each country (between 18 and 25 year + 1 group leader (no age
limit). It is desired that the number male and female gender is similar.
