Associate Professor Sr. Dr. Mastura is a Senior Lecturer
specialising in the areas of Project Management with
Universiti Sains Malaysia, School of Housing, uil!ing an!
Planning.
Previously, she wor"e! as a project manager an! !irector for
contracting firms #efore pursue her PhD. She has ten years
e$perience in managing firms an! various projects in the
construction in!ustry for e$ample infrastructure wor"s,
#uil!ings an! renovation wor"s. She was responsi#le for
project estimation an! costing, managing finance, managing
project, !evelopment proposals an! project evaluation.
Dr. Mastura research contri#utions inclu!e pu#lications of
#oo"s an! articles in international journals as well as at
international conferences. She has presente! her research
papers in international an! local conferences.
Strategic management in construction, housing an! tourism
in!ustry, entrepreneurship project management an!
procurement management are her areas of research interest,
pu#lication an! supervision.
