SKILL AND PERSONAL MOTIVATION
1. What are your 3 main strengths and weaknesses? How do you
overcome your weaknesses?
My 3 main strengths: Like to study new things, a quick and detailed learner, can do
a good work either in group or personal.
My 3 main weaknesses: Lack of organization experiences, need longer time do a job
than other person, dont have a good communication skill.
My effort to overcome my weaknesses is to join an organization that can give me a
lot of experiences and friends that can help me finish a work better and faster.
2. How do you see yourself as a person, a teammate, and a leader?
As a person, Im a great learner and like to learn a new thing.
As a teammate, I would love to help my other teammates and share my knowledge
to them.
As a leader, I want to be a leader who dare to make decisions and take the options,
become responsible to his personnel, and lead without getting any dispute with my
personnel.
3. What is your biggest achievement in life?
Become a student in one of the best university in Indonesia, University of Indonesia.
4. From your point of view, what do you know about SPE UI SC?
A club in the chemical engineering department that help students in Faculty of
Engineering to learn all about oil and gas and give experiences to them about it.
5. Describe what you expect and what will you get as member of SPE UI SC?
To study and gain a lot of new knowledge about oil and gas industry and increase
my experiences so that I can have a good job in this industry.
6. What is your ambition for the next 3-5 years ahead and what is SPEs
role/contribution in it?
My ambition is to have a good career in oil and gas industries after I graduate.
Joining SPE will give a huge contribution for me to achieve it, because with SPE I can
learn, have experiences, and gain more knowledge about oil and gas industries so
that Ill be ready when I want to join them.

7. Are you willing to be an active member in any SPE activities? Describe in 20-40
words
Yes, I want to be an active member in SPE UISC because if I become an active
member I will get many advantages and knowledge that I want to have. These
things can help me to reach one of my ambition, which is to have a good career in
oil and gas industries.
8. Do you have any suggestion for SPE UI SC?
I think it will be better if the open recruitment of member is held in the beginning of
the year (In January or February).
