the countiy, incluuing mining piojects in ancestial uomains in accoiuance to the existing )
national anu inteinational policies on oui inuigenous peoples. *
Section 7. 0ie mineials foim pait of the countiy's iiieplaceable anu non-ienewable natuial "+

The State shall suppoit inuigenous cultuial communities in ueveloping capacities to $+

entities in anu on the closuie of mines, the iehabilitationiestoiation of the immeuiate *
enviions oi each mining piojectactivity in the countiy as pioviueu by law. "+

oiganizations as many as the iepiesentatives of local goveinment units, anu the affecteu #%

No mining opeiations shall be alloweu without the Council having been piopeily conveneu. #'

foifeituie of assets anu equipment of the contiactoi in favoi of the State. #'
