Well discuss about some of the ideas to stimulate our positive brain and
optimism. Some of them will be right for you and some may not be. This is
because there are no any approved universal techniques and principles for
positive thinking and optimism in any situation, whatever people say. It is just
up to you. Moreover, Think Positive, Act Positive will do nothing. If you truly
wish to change your mind into positivity, if you are truly destined to the positive
world if you are not kidding yourself only then this book will join you hand-in-
hand. This is what I strongly assure you from this book.
We, in this book, will discuss how to deal with stresses and challenges that
strike us frequently in our life that intend us to bend towards frustration,
depression and pessimism. Well discuss the brighter aspects of rejection and
objection in love, job, failure in career and everything else. I, from my side, offer
some of the techniques that I have collected from different magazines, books,
and websites to produce to result that you desire. But I respect your intelligence
more than that just to tell you that these techniques work. And I know youre
the best in your own way. So, I urge you to believe in yourself and assure
nothing will be more convincing than your own techniques. You better create
your own for the positivity however .Be guided by your own philosophy. Master

Before you just go through this book, you first format your brain. Ouch !!! I
dont want to say format all the brain , I just mean to say to format the folder of
brain where you have saved the biasness, negativity, hatred and pessimism .

I dont say this book is collection of only my own ideas and I dont want
to make so as well .This book is ours . I gave my effort to the fullest to
make it ours. For this I collected your suggestions and opinions via my

think is the very first practice of writing book).And some of my friends
suggested the ideas and contents personally and some even during the
chat. This was really the wow moment for me .Because you joined
hand-in-hand in my passion of making a collection of common ideas to
develop positivity; you took part to satiate my passion . For your
precious participation here in my passion , I dont want to thank just
through the words to just complete the trend of thanking formally.
You all mean a lot to me and therefore I want to thank you all from the

more, my inner intension of requesting for your suggestions through

PURPOSE OF THIS BOOK

Almost human with the head and dreams face the frustration phase once in
his life , especially very after the teenage. Lets end the entry of the frustration
phase in our life together with this book and lets enjoy the happiness of positive
environment and our success. Remember !!! This book neither is a roadmap to
voyage to success nor a guidebook to achieve your dreams. This is just the book
of positive thinking and positive action. But, trust me , the positive thinking and
positive action is the ultimate key to success . I especially target this book to
the Youth Group , but, this doesnt mean that non -other than Youths cant
read. I hope this book will be beneficial to all the age group more or less. But
the activation of the positive brain in any situation isnt easy anyway. This is
like the meditation and its achievement is not less than the achievement of
godhood through the penance. Moreover ,the application of this achievement
in the action is more important rather. This is the only way of happiness
,satisfaction and success as well. The concepts in this book simply make you
realize the power of positive thinking and ignite you to act so. The discussion
will ignite you to extract your strength to stretch your positive brain and drive
you to the positive.
SELF-QUESTIONS

What is happiness?? Why is one man satisfied and another man regrets
with his life?? Do the satisfaction always lead us to the success?? How
can we make worthwhile relationship in love, play and, organization
with family ,friends ,and co-workers? Does the failure in any field mean

??............................................................The answer to these and all
similar questions are -your thinking. It completely depends on you. Cuz
there is always a hidden brighter aspects covered with dark shells if
your positive eyes can see well. This is the natural law. Remember!!
Only those who can see the inside protein of walnut can only taste it.

Think and Act
No boundaries can block your ways if you are truly destined to your aim. To
reach to your destiny your thinkings are the road-map and actions are the
action s itself. So, your thinkings and actions are both the crucial components
to the complete personality and to reach to the goal as well. And it is known
that the actions what are observed are made the evaluating factors normally
by the people. So, it is important to act positively for your all positive thinkings.
For this , note the words or sentences of your choice and the try to act
accordingly everyday. Repeat the same action of positivity and finally you judge
differences you found within you in every 21days . If you truly want to change
yourself , I assure this technique will surely work. But , I dont say this is the
best technique because the best will be your own. At last , I would like to say
think positive and act so.

encouraged me to start anything new that my heart wanted to do however it

Introduction To Positive Thinking
Positive thinking in any situation is above the manhood. It is more than the
thoughts that you have. It means focusing on the brighter aspects of anything in
any situation rather than the darks. It is the ingredient that empower you to
extract the best from the best you have and spectacle that enable you to see
the best of others. Positive thinking is about dealing with others keeping the
worthwhile relationship. It means being well to everyone regardless of the
situation ,being aware of everything and every problems , being able to take
required action and feeling good about what you are doing . Positive thinking
enable you to register every problem regardless of the difficulties and visualize
the simplicity in the difficulties. Conclusively , positive thinking means
satisfaction ,happiness , confidence , and optimism rather than the regrets , and
pessimism . Positive thinking is right decision making command of our brain . So
, I personally divided human thinkings into : the positives and negatives ,
however, most people and psychologists divided it into : positive ,negative and
right .

The Power Of Positive Thinking
You can bring into your life the more power ,more wealth ,more health ,
more happiness, more satisfaction and more encouragement by learning to
be positive to any situations which releases your hidden subconscious
power of mind .
You need not acquire this power, you already possess it . You just need to
empower you with this power with your positivity in any situation so that you
can apply it to all departments of your life . You can be inspired by a new light,
and you can generate a new force enabling you to realize your hopes and make
all your dreams come true. Decide now to make your life grander, greater,
richer, and nobler than ever before.[1] Decide now to be positive and
undoubtedly , your positive thinking drive you to the positive actions . The
subconscious depth can be reached by your positive thinking . Within your
subconscious depths there lie an infinite wisdom, infinite power, and infinite
supply of all that is necessary, which is waiting for development and expression.
Begin now to recognize these potentialities of your deeper mind, and they will
take form in the world without* The infinite intelligence within your
subconscious mind can reveal to you everything you need to know at every
moment of time and point of space provided you are open-minded and
receptive. You can receive new thoughts and ideas enabling you to bring forth
new inventions, make new discoveries, or write books and plays. Moreover, the
infinite intelligence in your subconscious can impart to you wonderful kinds of
knowledge of an original nature. It can reveal to you and open the way for
perfect expression and true place in your life.[2] Through positive thinking you c
make your companions of positivity and right business partners so that you will
be financially uplifted. It is your right to discover this inner world of thought,
feeling, and power, of light, love, and beauty.[3] Be positive to any troubles that
come into your life . Free them from the negativity to enter into the world of
happiness , joyous and satisfaction . Reach the power of positive thinking ,feel it
and enjoy it .

Positive Motivation
Positive thinking is the crucial component in positive motivation . Positive
motivation is sole factor for your successful, happy and satisfied life because the
positive motivation is the only source of your encouragement. We are
motivated either positively or negatively . Positive people are motivated
positively and lead their successful life. So, now decide to live your own life
with the story below.
There were two brothers in a city . One was a drug addict , and drunk who
frequently beat up his family . The other was a very successful businessman
who was respected in society and had a wonderful family . How could two
brothers raised by same parents , brought up in the same environment , be so
different .
The first brother was asked , what makes you do what you do ? You are drug
addict , a drunk , ad you beat your family. What motivates you ? He
answered , My father . My father was a drug addict, a drunk and he beat his
family . What do expect me to be? That is what I am .
The second brother was asked , How come you are doing everything right
?What is source of your motivation ? And guess what he said ? My father.
When I was a little boy , I used to see my dad drunk and doing all the wrong
things. I made up my mind that , that is not what I wanted to be .[4]
Both brothers derived their motivation form the same source , but one used it
positively and the other negatively . Negative motivation brings the desire to
take easier way which ends up being the tougher . This way, your thinking has
miraculous power of changing your life either into heaven or hell: positive or
negative : happy or sad.

Love Your Life and Your Belongings
We humans are the most beautiful creatures of this universe. This means , our
life is beautiful and is the most wonderful gift of god, if the god exists and most
developed if evolved. So, we are the luckiest creature of this universe in any
way. But, we humans never be satisfied with our own life . Our mind is filled
with the negative and we cant see the beauty of struggles in our life. We cant
sink into the depth of realism of our life and we even cant identify the purpose
of our life. Our life is precious . We must love our life and our belongings. We
see the appearance of others and compare our life with them and tend to sink
into the sadness. We never try to know the secrets and hardships behind their
success. Everyone has their own hardships, scarce and so forth. The
appearances are virtual .Moreover, they are the illusion . So, dont compare
your real life with the virtual appearance. Stand above the virtual world. Stand
above the sadness. Love your own life rather than others. Praise your own real
life rather than others. You know the reality of your life and dont compare with
the virtual ones. Your life is special. Insight the positive aspects of your life and
find out inborn interest within you . Let the world know that you exist. Let you
know that you are yourself. Love your belongings . Dont compare the facilities
of other Schools, Colleges and Universities with yours and the professor . You
have exactly the same time as others have . The physical facilities dont worth
much to your intelligence. Rejuvenate your mind with encouragement . Be
yourself and love your belongings and feel proud to be who you are and what
you are as Steve Jobs said, Your time is limited, so dont waste it living
someone elses life . Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.

Choices Are Up To You .

Every livings are mentally combined with the feelings , thoughts and beliefs .
The crucial step to head you towards the positive is to identify and distinguish
these elements in life . You must recognize these and act accordingly. You must
be aware and sensitive to these elements . This are the basics indicators of
positivity and negativity. The more aware you are of emotional signals, the more
you will be able to move your feelings from negative to positive . Your
satisfaction level has direct link with your feelings , thoughts and beliefs and so
your actions do .The positive feelings , thoughts and beliefs motivates you to
some extend and energize you to the effective results. The positive belief, I
can be good at sports prompts the thought, I can win, and this motivates and
energizes you into effective action. Your success generates positive
expectations, reinforcing yourself-belief and boosting your abilities.[1] The
choices are always up to you and your choices are the crucial factors to your
satisfaction and the happiness of life .
The positive choices let you extract best of the best you have keeping
worthwhile relation with others. It stimulates your subconscious mind and let
you sink into the depth of potentiality. The right choice making ability also fall
under the positivity.

Positive Attitude
What we have inside us counts for the peace, happiness, success and everything
in our life. The thing inside us is called attitude. This is controlled by our heart
and mind as well. People think and act so. Some think positively and get the
work effectively and some by other way. Your thinks shapes your future. So,
your attitudes counts much in the success of any person and by similar any
organizations. So, I want to present here the data in this regard A study
attributed to Harvard University found that when a person gets a job, 85% of
the time it is because of their attitude, and only 15% of the time because of
how smart they are and how many facts and figures they know. Surprisingly,
almost 100% of education dollars go to teach facts and figures which account
for only 15% of success in work! Attitude is the most important word in the
English language. It applies to every sphere of life, including one's personal and
professional life. Can an executive be a good executive without a good attitude?
Can a student be a good student without a good attitude? Can a parent,
teacher, salesman, employer, employee be good in their roles without a good
attitude? The foundation of success regardless of your chosen field, is attitude.
If attitude is such a critical factor in success, shouldn't you examine your
attitude toward life and ask how your attitude will affect your goals?
Our attitude determines how we look at a setback. To a positive thinker, it can
be a stepping stone to success. To a negative thinker, it can be a stumbling
block. Great organizations are not measured by wages and working conditions,
they are measured by feelings, attitudes and relationships. When employees
say, "I can't do it," there are two possible meanings. Are they saying they don't
know how to or they don't want to? If they don't know how to, that is a training
issue. If they are saying they don't want to, it may be an attitude issue (they
don't care) or a values issue (they believe they should not do it).
To develop the positive attitude , we must be surrounded by the people with
the positive thinking and create positive environment. One must extract positive
aspects from the negative environment as well. And , we must read inspiring
stories , books and autobiographies and earn positivity and so positive attitude

will be developed. Moreover, movies and many other seminars also help you In
developing positive attitude.
However, the absence of negative attitude doesnt alone make the positive.
People with positive attitudes have certain personality traits that are easy to
recognize. They are caring, confident, patient, and humble. They have high
expectations of themselves and others. They anticipate positive outcomes. A
person with a positive attitude is like a fruit of all seasons. He is always
welcome. Positive attitude has certain benefits like :-
Develop a good relation anywhere at home, organization, with friends.
Increase the productivity
Assist in creating a good teamwork
Solves problems
Creates the positive environment
Improves the quality
Will be liked and respected in society
Stress free
Creates the good health
Creates happy family
Love other and love by others
And so on


On the other hand , we ourselves add biggest obstacle in the course of
life by growing negative attitude which have lots of defects in our life.
People with a negative attitude have a hard time keeping friendships,
jobs, marriage and relationships. They create a negative environment at
home and work and become a liability to society.
They also pass on their negative behavior to others around them and to
future generations.

Enlightenment of Buddha
I dont find myself a reliable person to talk about the Buddhism. Im neither a
Buddhist but Im impressed with the Buddhism, Hindu and other religions. But , I
develop some words to say about Buddhism. So, I cant let aside to talk about
Buddha in this regard. Moreover, I agree with some people that Buddhism is not
a religion but a path of positivity. Buddhism doesnt include the idea of
worshipping a creator god. The basic tenets of Buddhist teaching are
straightforward and practical; nothing is permanent; actions have
consequences; change is possible. So, Buddhism addresses itself to all people
irrespective of race, nationality, caste, sexuality, or gender. It teaches practical
methods which enable people to realize and use its teachings in order to
transform their experiences, to be fully responsible for their lives.[10]
My concern here is to share how my eyes and mind see the relation of
Buddhahood or enlightenment with positivity. Buddhahood ,in fact , is the
activation of subconscious mind with the positive stimulations. So, the ultimate
point of positivity is the enlightenment and only Buddha achieved it . So, he is
above the manhood and is respected as the God, to me too, he is. Buddhism
enables us to be aware of our sufferings in life and how to tackle with them with
our positive mind. Peace is the ultimate goal of Buddhism which is also the
concept of positivity. Buddha was enlightened with positivity. He thought
positively and walked on his own laws with zero diversion which others didnt.
Extraction of maximum positivity is simply the Buddhahood and hence the
peace of mind. There is a big , somewhat like a political, debate where Buddha
was born . I undoubtedly say Buddha Was Born in Nepal. There is a saying
that the history are of winners. But , the Birth of Buddha is the history to all the
living creatures existing in this world regardless of winners and losers. So, we all
must be proud that Buddha was born in this world and he first stepped in
country called Nepal which is also a part of our world. The world is ours and
Buddha guides us to walk the positive life. This is more important rather than
where he was born. Buddhism doesnt encourage people to tell any lies and to
create enemies. So, I finally say Buddha was Born in Nepal , Buddha was
born in this Earth, and Buddhism guides us to lead a positive and happy life

Believe In Yourself
A bird sitting on a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking,
because her trust is not on the branch but on its own wings . Always believe
in Yourself .
Believe in you. This is what that energizes you to move into the work. This
empowers you and energizes you to move ahead. If you think that you can do
then your soul and mind believes in you that you can do and they stimulates. If
you dont believe in yourself, you are telling your soul and mind that you are too
feeble to achieve what you want in life. And the tragedy is that your soul and
mind believe it .Your system believes that it is not capable of doing the work.
You cant stimulate your subconscious mind and soul and you start sinking into
frustration and happiness cant kiss you .
Believing in yourself directly means that you can do which means you are
positive in your in ability. If you believe that you can top the class then your
brain believes it and your brain will be stimulated . Your brain start driving you
to work hard and your heart starts filing with satisfaction. Ultimately , you can
reach nearer to the 1

position even if you cant be on the top. And next time
you might get the 1

position . But , if you think you are crazy even to think that
you can be 1

than you never can. There lies your downfall. If you are athlete
you quit your race at the same moment when you think you cant complete. If
you are student, you dont work enough to the extend you are capable. So , be
positive towards yourself , believe in yourself. Convince your entire system and
stimulate your system extract the best from the best you have. Stephen
Hawking , smartest person of the present world, believed himself and he made
possible to be alive till ,which even surprises the medical world. Moreover, he
made his life glorious as well. This is the miraculous power that lies beyond your
positive thinking.
So , boost up your positive thinking. Believe in yourself. Tell yourself that you
are worthy of what you want and make your system to convince on you. If you
tell you are worthless , there will be bunch of people to keep telling you that
you are worthless. Your brain and soul will be always there making you

remember your worthlessness. You start staying passive . Finally, you prove
yourself worthless.
Now, begin to believe in yourself. Try to know your potentials. Positive thinking
is good beginning to your destination and so your ending will.
A good beginning always have a good ending.
Start making your life worthy. At least worthy to yourself, to your heart.
You can do it. I believe positive thinking is most powerful weapon existing in the
universe and in you. Use it. Use it day by day and sharpen this weapon. When
you truly believe that you deserve success, your mind will automatically
generate ways to achieve it. So value yourself. There exists a magical power in
your positive belief. Now, Lets together try it and lets together rise above the
negativity .

Look At the Positive Aspects
Every bad situation will have something positive. Even a dead clock
Shows correct time twice a day. Stay positive in life.
God knows what is best for you.

Each coin is two sided. Likewise, every bad situation also will have something
positive. Look at the positive aspects of any situation. Get benefited from the
bad as well. Learn something from the bad situation. They are the lessons to
your life. They teach you to live your life and enjoy your life with the problems
in coming days. They strengthen you to cope up with more difficulties of life.
Someone sees the glass half-filled and some others see the same glass half-
empty. Those with positive mind look at the positive aspects but with the
negative at the other. If you are rejected by some people that doesnt always
mean you dont deserve them but this might be the reason that they think they
dont deserve you. Or you have someone better to come in your life. But , at the
same time you have to work hard. Nature has provided the food for the birds
but nature doesnt deliver it to their nests. They have to work hard for their
food. So, you need to work hard to get anything you deserve as well. Same way
, if your friend cheated you than you cant be cheated in the future in bigger
issues. This might be a great lesson for your life.

You cheat me once, shame on you. You cheat me twice, shame on me.

But , to be cheated next time is up to you. Thats your fault. If you can see the
positive aspects of anything, you can learn many things in life to drive you
towards satisfaction and you can realize the beauty of life.

Now you need to become seeker of good rather than bad. Focus on the positive
aspects of life. Start looking for what is right in a person or situation instead of

looking for what is wrong. Due to our negative eyes sometime we even fail to
the see oceans of positive picture within in a person. Focus on positive than you
will find good .If you are looking for what is wrong with the people, you will find
faults. We will find what we are looking for. Even in paradise, fault finders will
find. Focus on positive things in everything and apply in similar situation in the
future. Desire to be positive. Life is not for once. Friend is not for once and
everything is not for once so utilize the chance of learning and visualize the
positivity even in any negative situation.
The Chinese word for problem also means opportunity. The lesson here is to
challenge negative thoughts by looking for the opportunity that lies within a
problem. Maybe you learned a lesson, gained motivation, avoided a problem?
Train yourself to look for a silver lining, even in small difficulties.[7]
When you are given feedback, or exam results, for example, focus on the
successful element rather than the negative aspect -Positive thinker.

Finally , Count your blessings , not your troubles , as a bonus recipe for your
positivity that strike my mind at this moment which I read many times on
different sources.

Beauty Beyond The Obstacles
People say obstacles are curse to your life but I say obstacles add
beauty to your life -Ulaaz
To write such book at this age seems absurd to some people so again I want to
paste the line If at first an idea doesnt sound absurd ,then there is no hope for
it , a well said by -ALBERT EINSTEIN, that ignites us to start a new.
Moreover, the purpose of my writing is to begin to change myself to the positive
which I mentioned at the very beginning of the book. I just want to join you in
this project of my life and make it as our common project.
The beauty of life is life itself and obstacles add more beauty to it. No matter
how hard the circumstances might seem to be, how difficult life becomes or
how numerous threats have been proposed in life or by life, life is always gift.
Its blessing.[5] Obstacles provide aroma to your life. They are the ornaments to
life. Nothing worthwhile in life comes without a struggle. People who have
overcome obstacles are more secure than those who never faced them. They
can realize the value of life. They can see the positive aspects of obstacles. They
can see the beauty of obstacles in life. Everyone faces obstacles and sometimes
feel discouraged. Everyone faces disappointments. But, the positive minded
people visualize the destination just after it and energize themselves to the
work. A bus must stop, move back for many times to reach to the destination.
Likewise , everyone need to do so. We cant run away from our problems. Only
losers quit and give up. A smooth sea never made a skillful mariner. This way,
life would be more beautiful with obstacles as everything is difficult before it
becomes easy .
Life can be hard at times, accept it. Appreciate it. Take the patience to
overcome the obstacles. The more we take the time to appreciate the life ,the
more we realize what an incredible journey we are on.

God has introduced us with the pains of failure to make us

Failure is a highway to success. Failure makes you realize the importance of
success. A student who always top the class doesnt give much value when he
again top the class. But, the one who top his class for the first time has its
greater value to him. He even might not sleep for 2,3 nights. He will realize its
importance and work hard for the again and again to continue his toppism.
Actually, failure is booster to success and adds beauty in your success. Tom
Watson Sr. of IBM, said, If you want to succeed, double your failure rate.
The stories of great and successful people are also the stories of great failures.
But people dont see the failures. They only see the final result and judge them
as the lucky. They want to kiss the success. They want to feel the success once in
life to hide their failure. And they made it as well. Adison failed thousands of
time on making electric bulb but we dont see his failure and we only praise his
success and he should be respected as well. If you fail that means you are going
to be stronger for the next attempt. Motivate you with positivity. Utilize it as a
practice to be skillful. You learn and move forward. Learn from your mistakes
and keep going. All success stories are stories of great failures. The only
difference is they bounce back and keep moving but the failures keep hands on
their head and pray for the success.

business at the age of 21; was defeated in a legislative race at the age of 22;
failed again in business at the age of 24; had his sweetheart die when he was
age 26; had a nervous breakdown at age 27; lost a congressional race at the
age 34; lost the senatorial race at the age 45; failed in an effort to become
vice-president at the 47; lost a senatorial race at the age 49; and was elected
president of the United States at the age 52. This man was Abraham Lincoln.

didnt. He take them as lesson they struggled with the failure and now he is
supposed to be one of the successful person in the history of world.
So, failure doesnt always induce the sadness in life. If you look at the positive ,
it trains you to be skillful. It adds fuel to your burning desire to kiss the success.
And finally adds value on your success as well.

The creator gave the man the prerogative of power over his own mind. We are
sent in this world with great potential, but we must know our potential and
design our own mind to fabricate our life- then you will find and enjoy that
mighty potential. Become acquainted with you inner self and we can win what
we want within a time limit of our own choosing. Certain special techniques
help us win the goals of our dearest dreams, and everyone of these techniques
is easily within our power. There is not any difficult path to find out this
potential, you must design it by yourself. Design it with your own power of
positivity to live your life of satisfaction. Know thyself. Never believe you dont
have , think you will certainly have it. Life is full of obstacles but when you come
to know it , there is no more obstacles in life because you accepted it and will
act so. The more you travel the voyage of life to the peace of mind, you will find
more smoother and straighter. Take the life as our own. Dont let others to
shape your mind if they discourage you. Probably you are reading under an
electric light. You know that Thomas A. Edison gave the first practical electric
light to the world. But did you know that Edison was thrown out of schooling
the early grades after his teacher decided he had an "addled "mind and could
not take schooling? This then was the impact of another person's opinion upon
Thomas Edison-to let him know with the voice of authority that he didn't have
what it takes to absorb even a primary education! Where would he have been
if he had allowed this directive to take charge of his thinking? Fortunately for
him for the world, Edison decided to live his own life. Through early
adversity, Edison discovered something he might never have learned through
formal schooling. He learned, first, that he had a mind he could control and
direct toward any desired end .Then he learned he could use the technical
training of other men and successfully direct scientific research even though he
himself never had been schooled in any of the sciences. When he took full
possession of that "addled" mind it produced not only the incandescent lamp
but also one great discovery after another.[10]
Dont give the ownership of your life to the others, dont let others to end your
dream. Dream your own way, design your mind and shape your life. Great
artists also live their own lives, or they could not be great.

After I passed my +2 science, I tried to join UK army. To be honest I didnt have
much interest on that but so as to continue my something like hierarchical
profession I decided to try for the army due to pressure s from my relatives and
joined training and gain interest slowly. But, when I was on my tuition for the
Education I did the best in the class test and our instructor awarded me with the
book which himself had written. On the way to return my home, I thought of
only that scenario. That distracted me from the training and honestly I added
my laziness more. Although , I still was good enough for the army and I went to
measure my chest and finally I couldnt be recruited. Still Im happy now with
what Im. If others could shape us then I should have been in UK army at this
time. But, I now is an University student,. On the other way ,if others could
shape my life then after disqualification I must have been disqualified in my life
and I couldnt have enjoy my life. But , Im more happy these days than I were . I
am happy that I learned to accept the rejection and disqualification. I have my
own dreams , I have my own mind to accept negativity with positive. I have my
own vision to see the positive within everything. Im trying to widen my horizon
in this regard. This book , in fact, is for me and for us. Because I was more
frustrated and dissatisfied to my life.
The authority to your mind is yourself. Cultivate it with positivity , grow it with
patience day by day and live your own peace of life. And finally be able to take
the authority/ownership of your life by yourself.

Dont just advocate

It is easy to just advocate but not so easy to act so. Your words dont value
much if you truly doesnt change your thinking. But, to change your mind , you
first need a strong commitment and hence patience. You can be a positive
thinker but still it is hard to be a real positive thinker in any condition because
by nature we human are sensitive. But , with our patience we can be a positive
to the level that is enough for our healthy life and healthy relation with all the
people. I say the optimum achievement of the positive thinker is the is called
Buddhahood which is above the manhood.
Honestly , speaking when one of my friend used my laptop and he saw my draft.
He appreciated the work but he said there must be some separate and clear
points on developing the positivity and I took some time for this section as well.
To improve your life you must ensure every aspect of your behavior positive.
Examine and, if necessary, change your thoughts, your beliefs, and your view of
yourself.
In the first section too, the approach is the same. There were the ideas on
developing positivity with their benefits in the first section. But in this section I
am trying to collect some clear ideas on developing positivity. At first , dont just
advocate the words of positivity, make your brain filled with positivity day by
day and one by one.

Play with the positive words and things
Positivity is not gained by a one day work. This takes years of patience. But ,still
we can t be positive in all situations completely. But , to add some positivity on
our mind we have to play the game with positive words and lines. For this, Daily
note at least a positive line and word either by yourself or from any other
resources. Stay away from the words and lines that encourage the negativity
and distract your mind. Before you start your day , read the positive lines and
words you have noted and take it seriously. This energize you for the whole day.
Even you can read those lines and words whenever possible. Make your mind
filled with positivity like I can do and I can complete. Before you go to
bed, again read the your daily notes. This will help us to develop positive
aspects of life.
Environment :
If you desire to be positive then you must be surrounded with the positive
environment and the circumstances. It will be easier to form the positive during
our formative age however, there is no age block in this regard. The positive
people will let you to see hopes in any bad situation and encourages you but the
negative people always try to make you think down. Try to stay away from the
negative people. But, if you have to stay then also take the chance to learn
positive aspects either analyzing the defects of the negative behaviors in our life
or in any way. Seek inspiration from the mentors.
Education
Both the formal and informal education play a role of great value in developing
your positivity. Get continuously visited to the educational seminars and
motivation programs. This will help you in developing the positivity.

Experiences:
Learn from the mistakes. This means ,learn from the experiences. But, this will
be best to say, learn from your own mistakes and others. We dont have enough
time to make many mistakes to learn them. It be better if we learn from others
mistakes. But, it is not possible for us to not to make any mistakes in our life
time. We must accept them positively and apply this experience for the future.
Books and movies
This days people and children learn more from books , television programs and
movies than from their parents . We can find books of any kind. So, must select
good books to motivate and build our positive beliefs. We must select books
that encourage us to live our life. We must read the books on positive thinking,
motivational books, encouraging stories etc. It will be beneficial if we study
autobiographies of great people whose name are remembered for their good
deed s and encouraging life. They will inspire us to walk the path without
distraction even if we are troubled to maximum. We must be away from the
discouraging books .
In present days, people spend all most time in front of TV regardless of age.
There also variety of TV programs and movies . We must selective in this regard
to. We must stay away from salacious and filthy TV programs. It is good to
watch the movies that let us to visualize the rays of hopes of life at our worst
condition. Movies are the effective means to create positivity in any sense.

Focus on the Positive

To integrate positive-thinking strategies fully into your life, you must learn to
apply them in all circumstances, at all times. Only when they are second nature
will you really reap the benefits. Start the day by mentally listing the things that
are going well at work. Pick a time of dayperhaps first thing in the morning or
after workwhere for just a few minutes you sit quietly and focus on the good
things in your life. Make a habit of doing this daily to maintain a positive
attitude. We need to focus on the positive in life. We need to be good finder.
Under stressed condition you may find your positivity starts slip. If this happens
distract your mind from your circumstances causing the slip. Focus and start to
repeat on the affirmation. Smile to create good mental psychology or you can
give yourself letting you fully negative for just ten minutes. And if you find
yourself being gloomy in order to get sympathy, find other, more cheerful ways
of getting attention. Aim to increase the high spots of your life and decrease the
low. This will help you to focus on the positivity in what you do. Practice the
positive thinking strategies until you are using them easily and without effort.
The more positive you are, the more positive you learn to be. Expand the
positive-thinking opportunities in your life. During the day, pick a task, an
interaction, or a journey where you focus on thinking and being positive. Catch
yourself every time you slip into negativity and consciously replace that with a
positive thought. Once you start to succeed, designate areas of your life as
negative-free zones, where you only feel, think, and act positively. Start with the
most stress-free areas of your life and gradually expand your positivity
throughout all areas of your life.[11]
Let's start looking for what is right in a person or situation instead of looking for
what is wrong. Because of our conditioning, we are so attuned to finding fault
and looking for what is wrong that we forget to see the positive picture. Even in
paradise, fault finders will find faults. Most people find what they are looking
for. If they are looking for friendship, happiness and the positive, that is what
they get. If they are looking for fights or indifference, then that is what they get.
Caution looking for the positive does not mean overlooking faults.[12]

Accept the Criticism
If you are man the man with head , the positive compliments will just be the
accelerator but the negative criticism must be the booster to your life
Some people has passion of criticizing others. They criticize as if they will win
the award in a contest. They criticize for everything and every matter to conduct
negative environment .They will find fault in every person in any situation.
Robert Fulton invented the steamboat. On the banks of the Hudson River he
was displaying his new invention. The pessimists and the skeptics were
gathered around to observe. They commented that it would never start. Lo
and behold, it did. As it made its way down the river, the pessimists who said
it would never go, started shouting that it would never stop. What an
attitude![13]
This way they enjoy the negativity and discourage your way to ahead. But , the
criticizes are the must to our life. Criticisms are like the rein to horse. They bond
us within the discipline. They be accepted. Criticisms reveal our weak points.
This opportunity to know about ourselves should be accepted seriously and
boost our life. This can help us remove our weak points and strengthen us.
Critics are always find the fault of others but all the critics doesnt have the
same purpose. Some criticize you to discourage to move ahead however some
criticize you to let you know your mistakes. But , we must make both the
criticisms to boost our life. We must apply them to extract best within us.

Physical health for positivity
It is widely accepted that there is a link between physical health and mental
well-being. To maintain a positive way of living, you need to support your
mental approach with the right diet, exercise, and stress-reduction program. A
varied and well-balanced diet plays a significant role in maintaining balanced
emotion. You are what you eat. And there is increasing evidence that poor diet
can send your body into a downward spiral of negative emotions. If you eat
foods that make your blood-sugar level soar, that produce an adrenalin rush, or
that trigger food intolerance, you are likely to spend your days on a roller
coaster of emotion. Choose a diet that avoids refined carbohydrates and refined
sugars, and where possible eat unprocessed foods with no additives in order to
avoid bad reactions to artificial colorings and flavorings. Your brain naturally
produces certain neurotransmitters one of whose functions is to help you feel
good. In particular, serotonin keeps you calm, focused, and optimistic, while
dopamine and norepinephrine keep you alert and active. Choose a diet that is
designed to support their long-term production: for serotonin, eat foods rich in
unrefined carbohydrates, such as cereals, pasta, rice, starchy vegetables; for
dopamine and norepinephrine, eat foods rich in amino acids, such as chicken,
fish, beef, nuts, and pulses. If you need to lose weight, follow a balanced diet
and exercise more, rather than eating less. Avoid eating too many of the key
foods that may trigger intolerance, such as wheat and milk products.
Balance weight
It is important to keep our weight balanced in order to keep our physical and
mental health positive. There must be scientific proportioning of weight to
height ratio. The healthy proportion of weight to height is 1kg: 1inch. So , it is
important to maintain our balanced weight condition in any way by applying
healthy methods to create positive mental and physical condition.

Sound sleep
If you are not sleeping properly, you will have difficulty in thinking positively;
lack of sleep creates mental confusion, stress, and depression. Experiment to
find the right amount of sleep for you. If you have difficulty in sleeping, this is
most likely to be due to stress during your day, or a lack of preparation for
sleep. Avoid evening activities that leave you overstimulated, such as watching
scary movies or listening to loud music. Instead, set up a relaxed pre-bed
routine, doing the same things, at the same time. Stick to the same waking and
sleeping hours, if possible. To make sound sleep , you better have make same
time of sleep. You can also wash your hand ,legs and faces before you go the
bed. You also should in the complete darkness and keep your mobiles switched
off.

Getting exercises
If you want to lift your mood, keep moving. Exercise builds healthand a
healthy body is conducive to a happy mind. Exercise helps counteract stress,
and increases the production of feel-good brain chemicals. Create an exercise
regimen that you enjoy and can maintain 20 minutes three times a week is a
good basic minimum. It should leave you feeling relaxed and good about
yourself. To keep heart, lungs, and nerves and hence mind daily exercises are to
be done. Daily bathing, swimming, laughing fall under the exercise. Choose a
form of exercise that you likeand do not overdo it. If you are competitive,
play team games. If you like company, find a gym buddy. If you love the
outdoors, go running.

Control your stress
You will find it difficult to be positive when you are under stress, not only
because your body and mind are on the alert, looking for problems, but also
because you are likely to feel fragile. Be aware of stressat work, in
relationships, or from family mattersand take immediate action to reduce it.
Say no to unrealistic demands. Try to sort out the problems in your life. Take
timea daily half-hour, a weekly half-dayto do off-task things and unwind. Be
aware when stress comes from being underused or bored, and make sure you
are stretching yourself just the right amount in your life. Get support: talk
through problems with someone who can listen and support you. The higher the
number of checks, the more stressed you are. Take action to reduce the stress
in your life so that you are better able to cope with it. The best way to reduce
our stress may be the YOGA. So , get daily involved yoga , sometimes stay with
your family, gather with your friends and go for the visiting new places.
Stay away from smoking and drinking:
One reason that I don't drink is that I want to know when I am having a good

Drinking and smoking destroy our health condition and degrade our positive
thinking ability. According to data , more people die from smoking and drinking
than from wars ,accident and natural catastrophes. So , avoid uncontrolled
smoking and drinking to create your positive life. This will also help you to keep
sound relation with people and create sound status on the society which fills
your mind with positivity.
Avoid anger
The most terrible health disease is the anger. This checks your mind to move to
positivity. This is the cause of war and creates bad relation with other. It also
increases blood pressure and cause the health problem to mind and the body.
So, avoid anger. Stay away from the things that induce your anger. Drink a glass
of water. Dont remember the events or things that cause anger in your mind.

Be positive to people

Positive thinking means being positive with other people as well as with
yourself. Dealing well with others creates good relationships, and the more
good relationships you have in your life, the more emotionally resilient you are
likely to be. The more connected you feel to other people, the more meaningful
your life seems. All successful relationships are based on mutual respect. So
open up and tell others if they impress you. They will appreciate it more if you
give them details about what you like and if you express your feelings as well as
just your thoughts. Beware of qualificationdo not praise a good performance,
only to compare it with an earlier failure. And remember that regular, drip-fed
compliments is much better than a downpour followed by a drought.
Even if you feel bad about what someone does, avoid heavy criticism. Work off
any critical emotion by writing your feelings out in a letter that you never send
or by imagining a conversation. If you still feel you need to give the person
feedback, begin by pointing out what they have done right, to help them feel
confident. Then, specify what you need them to do, in positives rather than
negatives. Lastly, look for improvement in behavior and reinforce it by praising
as soon as you can.
If someone criticizes you, stay calm. Let your critic say their piece so that they
feel they are being heard. But take on board only what feels right; offset any
hurt by recalling times when you have done well. If you sense the criticism is
correct, particularly if you have had similar feedback from others, ask your critic
to coach you in improving. This will not only mean you are supported to learn; it
will also get him or her on your side, building a relationship out of a potentially
tense interaction.

When something has gone wrong and you cannot immediately find
forgivenessfor yourself or another personlook back carefully at what has
happened, and you may see the situation in a different light. Perhaps there

were valid reasons why you or the other person did what they did, or maybe it
was a difficult time or situation. It could be that what happened actually caused
no harm, or that it is outweighed by good things you or the other person have
done. Perhaps that was the only or best choice of action under the
circumstances at the time.[14]
Most couples disagree with each other sometimes, however content they are;
the happiest couples are those that learn to manage those disagreements and
find winwin solutions wherever possible. The key is to maintain a good mood;
stay calm yourself, and help your partner to stay calm, too, by reassuring him or
her that you still care. Negotiate to resolve the conflict. Find places where your
needs overlap, and reach a compromise.
Once your relationship is under way, be optimistic. Particularly if past
relationships have gone wrong, you may be wary and guarded, constantly
looking for problems. However, this approach is guaranteed to lay the
foundations for a tense, sad partnership. Instead, think the best of your
partner; not only will you bring out the best in them, you will also help them to
feel good about themselves. And be optimistic about your love relationship; you
will then create the energy needed to make it a happy one. Put the emphasis on
enjoyment, having fun together, and making each other feel good.
Being genuinely positive about other people is immensely seductive. If you like
someone, let it show. Pose questions, then listen carefully to the answers. Make
it clear you are interested. Talkwithout taking over the conversationabout
your own thoughts and feelings, to show you trust the other person. Once you
have established that there is some rapport, do not hold back. Instead, be up-

be with, confident in their own abilities, able to give and take. The end result of

and a magical glow will be seen at your face.
To gain love, begin with a strong, positive image of yourself. The more you
believe you are attractive, the more others will believe it, too. Remember that
while appearance is important, most people do not need a partner who is
perfectly good looking or has a stunning figure; confidence and personality are
very much more compelling. Be proud of your appearance and characterand
above all, believe you deserve love.
Let your eyes be straight to face with any problem. If you are confident you can
express what you really want to say. Confident means how positive you are
about you and how much you believe in yourself. Be confident an let your
feelings and words express fluently so that you can create sound relation with
people and make them to believe in your words.
