The 7 nights of Tantra.

he 7 Nights of TANTRA are the classic techniques of Tantric training for


couples. First, in this new stage of development, through the senses and
inner feelings of your partner, there appears a new, much extended capacity
of perception of your own sexuality, as well as a complex way of sensing the very fine
processes rought aout in yourself y your partner.
T
On the way to the edification of this new capacity
to perceive amplified, you will learn to overcome
false modesty and inhibition you will achieve a
new candour and honesty.
The Nights of the TANTRA become Nights of total
control of the sexual energies. These techniques
not only bring the control itself, but also develop a
deep communication between the an and the
!oman "geared" in the unavoidable amorous play,
when they together try to reach new heights of
ecstasy.
These techniques should be performed, if possible,
on seven consecutive nights. This is however not
essential. They can be performed successfully even
every second or seventh night. The shorter is the
gap the better the results, due to the continuity of
the process. The techniques must e performed
in the order given here.
#f, on a certain Night of TANTRA the control is
lost, and explosive orgasm occurs, the best solution
is to stop the ritual and to observe the one$hour
rule. After one hour, start the whole series all over
again %from the first Night of TANTRA&'
Food
The Tantric boo(s recommend for these Nights a
single meal) light food.

The lighting in the rooms is very important. The
Tantric texts specify "a place with four lanterns lit,
if daylight be absent". The sense of sight is
extremely important. At least two lamps or several
candles must lighten up the room. Remember)
"TANTRA abhors dar(ness"'
The sexual organs.
All tantric texts mention the care of the sexual
organs as being of utmost importance for hygienic
and aesthetic reasons. #t is further more stated that
the purification of the sexual organs increase their
sensitivity, which will be noticed during the practice
of the described techniques.
*or women it is recommended periodically to shave
of the pubic hair in order to increase the sensitivity
and the solar aspect.
The first night of TANTRA

On the first Night the couple should sit beside each
other, but without any touch. A little alcohol$free
wine or any another soft non$alcoholic drin( %best
mil(, or coconut mil(& can be served. The couple is
only allowed to gently (iss, the man staying
absolutely passive. The woman undresses him
beginning with the shoes, soc(s, trousers, sweater,
shirt and underwear. As she removes each item, she
should loo( at, but not touch that part of his body
she has uncovered, while mentally repeating the
awareness mantra. Thus she would be able to
overcome any shyness about using the mantra in
front of her partner.
Once the man is totally na(ed, he removes her
clothes the same way she did his, mentally
repeating the awareness mantra, loo(ing at that
part of her body he has +ust uncovered.
Now the awareness ritual begins. The man rather
than focusing on his own reflection in a mirror will
focus on his partner in front of him. ,e says the
awareness mantra, and extends his fingers and
thumbs to touch her lips, then to touch the nipple
The Tantric Master brought them together, Male and Female,
for the first Night of TANTRA. And the Master spoke: "ou
ha!e made "our commitment to each other b" "our presence.
ou shall know the ecstas" of iva and aktis, as "ou mo!e
upward in search of the perfect union which transcends all and
brings the true enlightenment." And the Tantric Master guided
them, each and both, through the ritual.

of each breast, then the abdomen, and then his
hands slide downward through the pubic hair to
rest on the pubic bone. At each point he repeats the
awareness mantra, and focuses his ga-e and
concentration on the parts being touched. Then the
man drops his arms to his sides and closes his eyes
tightly, forming an image of his partner in his mind
%+ust as he used to form his own mirror$image&. ,e
(eeps his eyes closed while she guides his hands
first to her lips, then to each nipple, then to the
abdomen, then to the mons !eneris. .he pauses at
each point until she has heard %or felt& him say the
awareness mantra and (nows he is ready to
proceed to the next point.
The ritual should proceed slowly, so that each
partner may en+oy touching and being touched. The
man will (eep the image and sensory impression of
each part of her body he touched in his mind, while
his eyes are closed.
Then the woman in the same way starts by loo(ing
at the man/s body as she did with her own mirror
image in the awareness ritual. .he loo(s and
concentrates as she moves her hands %index fingers
and thumbs& to the man0s lips, then to each nipple,
then to his abdomen, then sliding both thumbs and
index fingers downward along the abdomen
through the pubic hair, to encircle his penis +ust at
its base and exert a slight, squee-e. At each point
she stops long enough to say the awareness
mantra. .he stares at the man, then closes her eyes
tightly, to form an image of the man clearly in her
mind. .he then extends her index finger and
thumbs to him. The man, eyes open, ta(es her
hands and directs the thumbs and index fingers to
his lips, then to each nipple1 then to the abdomen,
then downward on the abdomen to the base of
2ingam $ which is encircled and squee-ed as
before. The man holds the woman0s hands at each
point until he has felt her say one awareness
mantra. The !oman (eeps her eyes closed while
(eeping in her mind the yantra$image and sensory
impression of each part of the man/s body she
touched.
Now embrace, then part and sit across the table in
front of each other. .it quietly for a moment, then
+oin hands across the table and say one awareness
mantra. At this point there should be no
conversation.
Now you must separate, each to a different room,
or each in his turn leaving the room.
Once alone in her room, the woman assumes the
Awareness Ritual position, nude, on her bac(, soles
pressed together, and goes through the awareness
rituals, proceeding to the 3ontrol Ritual.
#n another room the man li(ewise performs both
techniques.
#t is compulsory that these rituals should be
performed alone. Try not to be distracted by the
(nowledge that your partner is in the next room
doing the same thing. #t is precisely this increased
sexual stimulation requiring increased control that
is necessary to achieve the Tantric goal.
Once you have finished the channelling ritual,
begin repeating the control mantra again, loudly.
!hen both partners hear the other saying the
control mantra loudly they rise from their position
and meet again. This moment requires great
control. 4oth of you have been stimulated to the
point of orgasm, and you/ll be fighting for control.
Of course you will be obviously aware of your
partner/s arousal1 the penis remains erect, the
nipples may also be flushed and erect, the clitoris
and labia distended.
5our two glasses of mil( %or whatever adequate
drin(&, sit across from each other at the table, +oin
hands and repeat the control mantra. Then sip the
drin(, without conversation.
Repeat, as much and as often as necessary, the
control mantra, in order to (eep absolute control.
The channelling mantra should be used during the
next one hour. #t will be most effective in this
charged air of sexual excitement and energy.
!hen both of you feels the attainment of
complete control and has used the channelling
process you may begin to spea( to each other,
avoiding any physical contact.
#f you feel the control slipping away, repeat the
control mantra, and the all$important control
mantra imagery. The control imagery wor(s best,
whether alone or in the couple situations, when you
say the mantra and at the same time "write" the
words of the mantra in large white letters on the
blac( void of imagery. Thus, the mind doubles its
concentration, and the control is obtained much
easier.
Now you may have some food. 6ou have an entire
hour for intimate verbal communication. Only after
this hour has passed you may ma(e love or you
may do whatever you want.
After ma(ing love, you should (now that though
your body is going through the postcoital period of
satiation called "resolution", there remains within
you a fantastic supply of sexual energy and
concentrative force. This can the best be utili-ed,
as you go to sleep, by using the channelling
mantra and "antra image, to help you achieve
other goals in your life.
"#n this way are you +oined beyond your physical
union, beyond pleasure, beyond time, as one.7
The second night of Tantra.

On the second night, the an undresses the
woman as on the first night repeating the
awareness mantra as he removes each item of
clothing until she is totally na(ed. Then the woman
undresses him, saying the awareness mantra as
each article of clothing is removed, until he is
completely na(ed. Then, the woman and man face
each other, and perform the previous night/s
adaptation of the "mirror" awareness ritual, first
with eyes open, then with eyes closed.
The partners then embrace each other and (iss,
long and probingly $ but with no stimulation other
than the (iss itself and the closeness of the bodies
embracing.
The couple then enter the bathroom. A hot,
steaming tub of water should be drawn. #n case of
absence, a shower may be used. The man seats
himself in a tub of water. The woman on her (nees
in the tub washes his shoulders, bac( and chest.
Then, she washes his genitals, avoiding any
attempt to sexually stimulate the genitals. The
washing action itself with soap and cloth, then
rinsing, will prove stimulating enough. The man
should then step from the tub, and the woman
should dry his body with a warm towel.
Now, depending on the individual wishes, the
same water or fresh clean water may be used. The
man washes her bac(, shoulders and breasts. Then,
the woman rises to a (neeling position in a tub, and
the man washes her genitals, avoiding any extra
genital stimulation. Then, the man dries her with a
warm towel. The intimacy of the bath will heighten
once more the awareness of each other0s bodies
and will help remove any inhibitions between the
partners.
The Tantric texts carry this "removal of modesty"
a step further by stating that if either of the
partners, desires to urinate prior to getting into the
tub of water, it should be done in front of the other
partner. 8iewing yet another normal function of the
partner/s body will not only heighten intimacy but,
more important it will enable the partners to
overcome shyness allowing others to witness
moments usually regarded as personal and solitary.
Now, as in the first night, you separate, each to a
different room. After the awareness rituals and the
control rituals have been performed you meet
again at the table. There may appear, as in the first
night, difficulties concerning the control but
anyway, you must fight for it, until it has been
attained totally.
The "writing" of the mantra on the "antra
imager" is the (ey of attaining and maintaining the
control. The 3hannelling mantra is repeated as
often as desired in this atmosphere of charged
sexual energy and power. 9rin( some mil( and eat
the repast.
On this night Tantra permits a slight reduction to
the one$ hour rule, for a purpose. !hen forty$five
minutes have passed, you should sit on the bed
opposite each other. The woman should raise her
(nees, then spread her feet and (nees as far apart as
is comfortable for her. The man should sit so that
his legs are across the woman/s thighs, his feet on
either side of the her buttoc(s. This is (nown as
"the Contemplative Position of TANTRA".
6our hands should rest on each other/s (neecaps.
#n this position genitals are open to see, yet the
bodies are slightly separated.
4egin softly to say the awareness mantra. 2oo(
first at each other/s faces, then at the nipples of the
breasts, then at the navel, and finally at the 2ingam
or yoni.
!ithout moving, each should loo( and
concentrate on the genital of the other. The
awareness mantra should be said twice. Then close
your eyes and bring into your minds the imagery of
the other partner/s sex organs. At this point the
"antra imager" should become more vivid and the
imagination should create pictures of the partner.
The man should imagine the woman/s vagina
opening and ta(ing his lingam deep within her.
Once this imagery has been attained, the partners
should begin the control mantra and open their
eyes. This will bring on a resurgence of sexual
stimulation. aintain the position without moving,
through recitations of the control mantra while
The Tantric Master spoke to the Female and Male: "No
secret part of "our ph"sical self shall "ou keep hidden from
one another. ou shall look upon the bod" of the other as
"our own# upon the mind of the other as "our own# upon the
pleasure of the other as "our own. $eek to know e!en the
smallest part of the other, and share the smallest part of
"ourself. Therein lie the pleasures and the powers that can
be "ours."
loo(ing at the other/s genitals. Then close your
eyes and use the channelling mantra and %mager".
Then the partners embrace and ma(e love as they
wish, with total abandon %but not of the 3ontrol
though'& and +oy. :n+oy the heightened arousal this
ritual has brought.
!hen you lie close to sleep, don/t forget, as you
fall asleep, that powerful energy forces are still at
wor( within your subconscious mind.
The third night of TANTRA
Again the food is set on the low table, and you
drin( some mil(.
!hen he has finished the mil(, the man begins to
undress himself, with the woman watching him.
!hile standing in front of her, the man (eeps his
eyes closed. Then begins the awakening ritual,
bringing the fingertips to apply pressure to each
nipple in turn, then resting the fingertips on his
abdomen and sliding them downward to the base
of the penis, which he encircles with the fingers the
usual way. :yes closed, the ale holds the imagery
of his actions in his mind, and says the awareness
mantra as he touches each part of his body.
.he watches each movement intently, paying
attention to the manner in which he applies the
pressure to each part of his body.
Then she undresses, removing each garment
slowly. ,e watches from a seated position. Na(ed
in front of him, she closes her eyes. Now she
begins the awakening ritual, touching with her
fingers first the lips, then the breasts, the nipples,
sliding them down the abdomen to exert awareness
pressure on the yoni.
At each point she pauses long enough to say the
awareness mantra once, and during the ritual she
(eeps the "antra imager" of her actions firmly in
mind. 4oth partners should have used the
awakening ritual often enough to say the mantra
without hesitation. There should be no shyness
about it with the partner watching. #ndeed the
purpose of this exercise is to remove any remnants
of inhibition between the partners, as well as to aid
a new dimension to their awareness.
!hen the woman has finished the awakening
ritual, they embrace and (iss each other1 the
touching of their lips and their bodies is the only
contact between them.
Now, as on the previous night, they proceed to
the bath. The Tantric texts are explicit about the
bathing process as a part of these exercises but the
emphasis is on the bathing of the genitals %hips and
anus included& and the breasts.
*or example the tub may be filled one$third and the
man and the woman alternately (neel in the warm
water, while the other one washes breasts and
genitals with a warm soapy cloth, drying off the
partner when she or he steps from the tub.
Any of these variations of the bath will serve
equally well, provided you wash and dry each
other. The partners should wal( together to the
bedroom, which will be adequately lighted.
Now the man should lie on the bed, assuming the
awareness position, (nees apart, soles of feet
together, hands folded across the abdomen.
The *emale should sit passively at the foot of the
bed, so that she can watch without having to move.
.he should pay quiet, concentrated attention to
each move made by the ale, noting particularly
the precise manner in which he touches himself.
The ale should close his eyes, and begin by
saying the awareness mantra, while fixing in his
mind a vivid image of himself. !hen the image is
firmly fixed, he begins as follows) *irst he holds
his hands over his belly, at the navel, then touches
his lips. 6antra imagery and mantra should stay
fixed in the mind for this and all other movements.
Then your hands return to the abdomen. Next, the
index fingers and thumbs move gently to roll the
nipple of each breast. 6our hands return to the
abdomen, and then move down the abdomen
through the pubic hair. Now return the hands to the
abdomen, say the awareness mantra three times,
and then repeat the ritual. This is a deviation from
The Tantric Master spoke: "Female and Male draw their &o"
from the centres of pleasure each comprehends within the
other. 'ach ser!es the other, gi!es to the other. Then in turn
each is ser!ed and recei!ed. And thus the chain of pleasure is
unbroken# the energ" created, magnified# the power o!er the
uni!erse, attained. %n ritualistic praise to (A)% shall the Male
seek to control his great power for pleasure as he de!otes his
mind and bod" to gi!ing pleasure to the Female. )ikewise, in
ritualistic praise to MA*A(A)A, shall the Female control all
energ" and capacit" for unlimited pleasure within herself and
de!ote her mind and bod" to bringing pleasure to the Male".

is only the imagery of repetition. This time actually
move the fingers and thumbs to the lips, nipples,
abdomen and penis again.
After pressure is applied to the lingam the second
time, relax your hands but (eep them on the
lingam, saying the mantra again, as the index
fingers move downward, following the outline of
the scrotum to its deepest perceptible base, within
the scrotum, exerting +ust enough pressure for
pleasure. Then touch the perineum, exerting
pressure. .lide the fingertips to the rectal muscles,
applying inward pressure. Then return the hands to
the base of the lingam, encircle it and apply
pressure. Return your hands to the abdomen and
relax1 then say three awareness mantras. Then
open your eyes and sit up.
At this point there should be not discussion of the
ritual. 3oncentration on the ritual itself should be
of prime importance.
Now, the woman lies on the bed in the same
position) hands folded across the abdomen, (nees
apart, soles of the feet pressed together. !ith the
eyes closed she repeats the mantra and establishes
the "antra imager" of herself. There should be no
rush. :ach facet of imagery must be attained before
the ritual begins.
,e sits passively, quietly, at the foot of the bed.
Now, she brings her fingers to the lips, then return
to the position on the abdomen.
4ring the fingers to the breasts, touching and
rolling the nipples in a pleasingly, sensual manner,
then return them to the abdomen.
Now, slide the hands slowly down the abdomen
through the pubic hair, across the mons !eneris, to
rest on the entrance to the yoni. The thumbs slowly
part the labia and the fingers exert pressure on the
clitoris. Return the hands to the abdomen and say
three awareness mantra +s.
Then repeat the ritual. The fingers on the lips, to
nipples, then to the abdomen, down across the
mons !eneris to the yoni. The thumbs part the
vaginal labia, fingers exert pressure on the clitoris.
Now, don/t return your hands to your abdomen,
but allow them to relax on the yoni. Then slide the
index fingers downward until they touch and exert
pressure on the perineum. Then return your hands
on the yoni, open the labia and exert pressure on
the clitoris. *inally return the hands to their crossed
position on the abdomen, and say three awareness
mantra +s.
After the partners have completed the Awareness
techniques, they sit around the table and say the
awareness mantra. Then go to separate rooms and
once again, individually go through the Awareness
ritual.
5roceed then to the ,ontrol Ritual) stimulate
yourself to the verge of orgasm and control the
orgasm to prevent it occurring.
Once control is attained, go through the
,hannelling Ritual.
!hen the ,hannelling Ritual has been
completed, the partners meet at the table, having
the repast. !hen necessary, use the ,ontrol
mantra and ,ontrol "antra imager" to maintain
control. !hen "# minutes have passed, the
partners sit as in the previous night, opposite each
other, feet flat on the bed, legs apart1 the man with
his feet resting on either side of her buttoc(s1 the
hands resting on each others (neecaps. 3oncentrate
now on each other0s genitals, while repeating two
times the awareness mantra.
The woman removes her hands from the man0s
(neecaps and leans forward from the hips, and
cups his genitals. ;eeping her palms up she rests
the index fingers and thumb of each hand on either
side of the base of the lingam and scrotum. .lide
the index fingers downward, until they are under
the base of the scrotum, then close the thumbs
around the top of the lingam, close the palms of
your hands, and cup the lingam and testicles within
your hands. Apply pressure, holding them only
tightly enough to be aware of their presence in
your hands.
The man repeats the awareness mantra as he
contracts the muscles of his groin, in the manner
set forth in the yantra$ic body exercise done alone.
!hile contracting the muscles, he says the
awareness mantra again, and closes his eyes,
forming the imagery of muscular contraction, with
the "tubes7 and "filling" as specified. ,is eyes stay
closed. Then he relaxes the muscles. The
movement of the contraction along with the
imagery should be very noticeable to the woman,
who says, "# feel". The man (eeps his eyes shut.
,e then repeats the muscular tightening, imagery
and mantra, holding the contraction as long it is
comfortable. And a third time he contracts his
muscles, while holding the imagery, his eyes
closed, saying the mantra for the third time. ,e
then relaxes.
The woman then relaxes the index fingers from
beneath the scrotum and slides them upward, so
that the fingers and thumbs are encircling the
lingam at the base. Thus she exerts slightly more
squee-ing pressure and slowly pulls her hands,
along the shaft of the lingam to the top. .he then
returns her hands to the man/s (neecaps.
At this point the man will have an erection. #f he
is aroused to the point of distraction, he should
repeat the ,ontrol mantra aloud, so that the woman
will (now to wait for him retaining control. Only
the specified actions are to be done by the woman.
.he should do no additional fondling, stro(ing, or
massaging and handling of any (ind.
Now the couple both say the ,ontrol mantra
twice, to reinforce their control.
The man then moves his right hand from her
(neecap and leans forward from the hips, while the
woman remains passive, with her eyes closed. ,is
right thumb and index finger part the labia, ma(ing
an effort not to touch or to stimulate the clitoris.
Once the labia are parted, slowly and gently insert
the right index into the yoni, the palm of the hand
up, the thumb and other fingers (ept in a "fist", out
of the way. ,e holds his finger completely still and
concentrates on feeling the "pressure" of the
vaginal muscles.
.he then proceeds with the imagery of this ritual
as when performed alone. Then she relaxes the
muscles. ,e says, "# feel" as he does indeed feel
the vaginal muscles move against his finger.
A second time the muscles are contracted, the
imagery reinforced, the mantra said1 then the
contraction is relaxed, after being held as long as
possible. A third muscular contraction is now done,
held as long as possible, the imagery maintained,
the mantra said.
After she has again relaxed her muscles, the he
pulls out his finger of her, exerting a slight upward
pressure, across the clitoris, too. Then without
hesitation again place your hand on your partner/s
(neecap.
#f, at any point of this ritual, either partner feels
overwhelmingly aroused, she or he should
immediately begin to say the control mantra.
4y performing this ritual in the ,ontemplati!e
-osition, after the solitary ,ontrol Rituals have
been completed, and the One ,our has passed, the
ritual furthers Awareness, the muscular
contractions of the ritual are "shared", and another
aspect of control $ the (ey to Tantra, is achieved.
Then the couple should go to bed, to en+oy each
other and the increased awareness of each other,
without thought of anything but their own pleasure.
And when sleep is upon you, you should ease
into the restoring pleasure of sleep with the
,hannelling mantra and the ,hannelling "antra
%mager", using the great storehouse of energy and
concentration you have gathered.
Though the Tantric aster may not be physically
present during the .even Nights of Tantra, his or
her presence is felt as the rituals are carried out.

The fourth night of Tantra
The couple meets at the table and drin(s some
mil(. !hen the glass of mil( has been drun(, the
man stands and slowly removes his clothes as the
woman watches. Then she undresses as he
watches.
Now stand facing to face, (iss and embrace, then
wal( to the bath washing each other as in the
previous nights. Then again return to the table, and
sit quietly for a few minutes.
After this assume the ,ontemplati!e -osition of
Tantra. !ith your hands on each other/s (neecaps,
say three awareness mantras.
.he leans forward to grasp and cup his genitals
as she did last night. Once his genitals are cupped
within her hands, the she says, "#/m ready".
Then the he is to follow the procedure precisely
as he did last night) three contractions, with her
saying "# feel", as each contraction is relaxed. After
the third contraction, the woman slides her hands
along the shaft of the lingam, to the glans,
squee-ing with index and thumbs. Then she relaxes
her hands on his (neecaps.
After three mantras are repeated, the he leans
forward and insert his right index finger slowly
into her yoni, following the same procedure as
before.
The bond of TANTRA is formed between the woman and the
man through the rituals. As the Tantric Master sa"s: "Ask
not the others understand the &oining of "our bodies in
pleasure, nor "our minds in comprehension, nor "our spirits
in understanding. The" who ha!e not e.perienced cannot
know. $eek not to e.plain, for words will fail "ou. /pen
instead "our bodies, minds, feelings and spirits onl" to those
who ha!e shared the e.perience of the rituals. The" will
understand. And "our sharing of knowledge through
e.change of words with other Tantrics can ser!e to create
further understanding within "ourself."
Once the index finger is in place in her yoni, and
the other fingers are in a fist to prevent their
touching the outer areas of the yoni, she contracts
her muscles three times, relaxing after each
contraction, at which point the he says "# feel".
After the third contraction, he slowly withdraws
his finger, with a slight upward pressure towards
her clitoris and rests his hands on her (nees.
The couple now should return to the table and
remain silent for a minute, directing their attention
to the mantra and remaining parts of this ritual.

The man lies on his bac( on the bed, in the
Awareness ,ontrol -osition, (nees apart, soles of
the feet pressed together. ,e closes his eyes and
establishes the imagery of himself, while saying
the awareness mantra.
The woman sits at the foot of the bed, +ust
beyond his feet. 9uring this ritual she should not
move, and she is not to touch him or herself.
The man now begins the Awareness Ritual, with
some modifications, as follows) ,e brings his
hands from the abdomen to his lips, holds the
yantra image, says the mantra, then return his
hands to his abdomen. ,e brings his hands to his
nipples, says the mantra, rolls the nipples with
pleasing pressure, holds the imagery, repeats the
mantra, then returns his hands to his abdomen. ,e
slides his hands downward, through the pubic hair,
to the base of the penis. ,is fingers and thumbs
surround the base of the penis and squee-e while
he holds the imagery and says the mantra twice.
,is fingers slide along the underside of the base
if the penis, to its ultimate perceptible roots within
the scrotum, where he applies pressure and holds
the imagery and says one mantra. ,e relaxes his
hands on his genitals. ,is fingers slide around
either side of the testicles and the tips rest on the
perineum, pressure is applied, the image held, the
mantra said twice. ,is hands relax on his genitals.
,is fingers slide downward, across the perineum,
to apply pressure on the muscles at the entrance of
the rectum1 the imagery is held, the mantra said
twice. ,is hands relax on his genitals.
,is hands slide upward to the base of the penis,
fingers and thumbs encircle the lingam1 pressure is
applied while two mantras are said and the imagery
is held. At the end of the second mantra the
encircling pressure on the penis is maintained and
the thumbs and fingers encircling the lingam are
drown upward, along the shaft of the lingam, over
the glans, and away.
Then, immediately the fingers and thumbs return
to the base of the lingam, encircle it again, squee-e
and slide along the shaft to the tip and away.
This action is repeated until a full, firm erection
is attained. Then he begins masturbating, as he
does alone in the 3ontrol Ritual.
,e will of course be aware of the woman
watching him. That is all the more reason he must
maintain his imagery and attempt to masturbate, as
he would do normally, if she were not there. ,e
must maintain his position on the bed, eyes closed
using the imagery and mantra.
The woman without moving should observe
closely the movements of the man as he
masturbates. ,e should not be distracted by her
presence. ,e should be neither shy nor out of
control because she is there. The purpose of the
exercise is to remove yet another remnant of self$
conscious inhibition and further establish the
power of control.
,e continues to masturbate until he feels orgasm
Approaching. At this point he should immediately
cease, return his hands to the abdomen, and repeat
the ,ontrol mantra, with the control "antra
imager" of the "written words", until he has
attained control.
,e will strongly desire to reach out for her and
ma(e love and the ritual may have the same effect
on the woman, who will wish to satisfy herself and
him because of the stimulation that has aroused
them both.
$ut control is the %ey&
,e must call upon the ,ontrol mantra and "antra
%mager" with all his power of concentration.
As soon as control is felt, the man should switch
from the ,ontrol mantra to the ,hannelling
mantra and "antra imager", and ma(e full use of
this supercharged power to channel the energy to
other concerns.
,e may also intersperse the ,hannelling mantra
and imager" with the ,ontrol mantra and imager",
to help himself maintain control.

!hen he steps away from the bed, she slowly
stands up and lies down in the prescribed position
for her Awareness Ritual. .he closes her eyes and
brings to mind the same "antra imager" as when
she performs the ritual alone. .he must use great
concentration to fix and sustain the imagery1 to
avoid being distracted by the man0s presence.
Though he has control of himself, he has
developed a powerful energy, built up by carrying
himself to the verge of orgasm. *or this reason the
observation of the woman during this ritual will be
extremely stimulating, and while watching he may
have to close his eyes on occasion and bring forth
the ,ontrol "antra imagery, and say the ,ontrol
mantra %to himself&. ,e must under no
circumstances, touch her or himself during the
course of the ritual.
The woman fixes the "antra image strongly in her
mind, says the Awareness mantra, then proceeds
with the Awareness Ritual and then the ,ontrol
Ritual with modifications as follows)
.he brings her hands from her abdomen to her lips,
touches them lightly, says the mantra once, holds
the yantra and returns her hands to the abdomen.
.he next brings her hands to her breasts1 her
fingers slide over each breast, to grasp the nipples
and roll them gently, feeling the warm sensation
while saying the mantra twice and holding the
yantra. .he returns her hands to her abdomen.
Then her hands slide slowly down the abdomen,
through the pubic hair, across the mons veneris, to
rest on each side of the yoni opening. ,er thumbs
open the labia of the yoni and the index finger
press on the clitoris while two mantras are said.
Then she relaxes her hands. .he moves her hands
downward until the fingertips rest on the perineum.
,er fingers press on the perineum as she says the
mantra twice.
Again her hands relax on the yoni. The hands
move downward, across the perineum, to the
muscles at the entrance of the rectum. ,er fingers
apply inward pressure on the rectal opening. The
mantra is said twice.
.he returns her hands to the yoni, and her thumbs
open the labia as far as possible while her fingers
press on the clitoris. !ith fingers and thumbs, she
begins masturbating, as she does when she
practices the ,ontrol Ritual alone.
.he will be aware that he is watching her, and
she must attempt to masturbate as she would
normally. .he must maintain the position on the
bed, eyes closed, using the imagery and the mantra.
The ale, without moving, should observe
closely the movements of the *emale. ,e need
concern himself only with the way she touches and
massages herself, to bring her closer and closer to
orgasm.
The *emale should be neither self$conscious nor
out of control because the ale is present. .he
should continue to masturbate until she feels
orgasm approaching. Then she should immediately
cease masturbating, and switch from the yantra of
masturbation and the Awareness mantra, to the
imagery of 3ontrol, saying and writing the ,ontrol
mantra on the blac( void of her yantra.
,er hands should immediately return to the
abdomen.
.he may now have a very strong desire to reach
out for the man, draw him close and ma(e love.
And he may be feeling the same desire.
Remember: Control is the key!
And control must be attained and maintained by
the woman now, as it was by the man earlier. .he
must pull herself away from the impending
orgasm, using all the power of concentration of the
yantra and mantra to bring about the control.
Once she has attained control, she should switch
from the ,ontrol "antra and mantra to the "antra
and mantra for ,hannelling, ma(ing use of the
great power that she has generated. .he may
alternate between the control mantra and "antra
image, and the channelling mantra and "antra
image, using each in turn, maintaining control and
utili-ing that control and energy to the fullest.
Once the woman feels she has a complete control
and she has finished her 3hannelling, she may
open her eyes.
!hen she and the man loo( at each other in this
highly charged state, they must continue to
exercise their controls, to avoid any desire to touch
or to stimulate. *or this reason it is recommended
that they should not tal(.
<se the "antra and mantra of ,ontrol and the
"antra and mantra of ,hannelling as needed and
desired.
The One$,our Rule, in full, is to be observed this
night.
Once each of you is sure that 3ontrol was
attained, tal(s may begin and the repast may be
ta(en. :xchange fran( and honest ideas and
feelings on what you have +ust witnessed and felt.
#f you feel the resurgence of stimulation and desire,
use the ,ontrol mantra and "antra imager". !hen
one of you sees the other suddenly close his or her
eyes, you should be aware that control is being
called forth1 and silence should prevail as long as
either partner is see(ing control. The recognition of
the closed eyes as a signal is a part of the Tantric
bond between you.
The purposes of this ritual are obvious)
=. To remove shyness. The act of masturbating is
usually a solitary one. 4y allowing your partner to
witness this very private practice, you have
removed another vestige of modesty and self$
consciousness.
>. Removal of inhibition. #t may have proven
difficult to go through the process of masturbation
while being watched, particularly if your partner
has never observed you before. 4y going through
the act, to the verge of orgasm, you have removed
an inhibiting influence within you. That is why
there must never be any fa(ing of impending
orgasm. #t must be carried out "for real", or you
miss the Tantric purpose.
?. 3ontrol. 3ontrol on the part of both partners,
3ontrol through concentrative "antra imager",
though your partner is present and watching1
3ontrol of orgasm under this difficult
circumstances1 3ontrol to prevent either of you
from engaging the other in sexual relations, even
under the highly stimulating conditions.
@. Awareness. A different Awareness) An
Awareness of how your partner, in the private
moments of masturbation, prefers to be stimulated1
how he or she handles and fondles and massages
and stimulates himself or himself. !ith this
(nowledge, you are able to be a better love and sex
partner to each other.
6ou should openly discuss these four aspects of
the ritual. ,onesty will lead to a greater mental and
emotional awareness of what you (now physically.
This is the doorway through which Tantric
lovema(ing will ta(e all couples $ opening the way
to communication about all facets of lovema(ing1
leading the way to communication about he
accompanying emotions, guiding the way to
greater mental and spiritual understanding between
the partners, even to coordination of the
3hannelling efforts. 6our sexual relations will
reach new levels of ecstasy and union. The bond
created by Tantra is a special bond. #t is hardly
expected to be understood by those who have
never experienced the openness of the ways of
Tantra, or the 3ontrol.
At the end of their hour, the couple may go to bed
to ma(e love. 3all forth the ,hannelling "antra
and mantra as you relax your bodies and minds
and drift into sleep. 3hannelling can ma(e
awa(ening each morning as brightly stimulating as
the lovema(ing of the night before.
The fifth night of Tantra.
The climb becomes more precipitous with this
ritual. The setting is the same. Once again the
couple should drin( a little mil( at the table, after
which the woman slowly removes her clothes,
being watched by the man. Then she sits and he
removes his clothes. Totally na(ed you (iss and
embrace, then wal( to the bath. The now regular
procedure of the bath is to be followed.
Then you sit in the 3ontemplative 5osition, your
hands on each other/s (nees.
6ou say three awareness mantras.
Then the woman leans forward to cup the man/s
lingam and testicles as in previous practice of this
ritual. ,e then proceeds with the muscular
contractions. After the third contraction she slides
her hands along the lingam0s shaft, returning her
hands to his (nees.
Three awareness mantras are said and he
removes his right hand from her (nee, leans
forward and inserts his index finger into her yoni.
.he proceeds with her muscular contractions as
in the previous nights. After the third contraction
he removes his finger from her yoni, tracing it
slightly across the clitoris, then bac( to her (nee.
.he lies on her bac( in the Awareness -osition,
(nees apart, the foot soles touching, hands folded
across the abdomen. ,e sits on the bed esides her,
with his buttoc(s alongside her stomach, avoiding
any contact between them. ,e sits facing the head
of the bed, loo(ing down at her breasts, and his
hands in his lap.
The woman closes her eyes, says three
awareness mantras, and then fixes all her
concentration on the yantra image of Awareness.
'n this ritual you are to do only as directed.
The man ga-es down at the woman, her eyes
closed tightly. ,e says the awareness mantra
twice. ,e then slowly lifts his hands and places the
index fingers of both hands on her lips, running
The %nitiates asked of the Tantric Master: " %s not the goal
"ou set for us be"ond our grasp0 And the Tantric Master
replied: "As "ou became aware of "our Tantric being
through "ou ha!e performed alone, so "ou can become
aware of the being of the Tantric who shares "our pleasure.
And as "ou ha!e sought to master "our bod"1s pleasure
through the rituals, "ou now become the instrument b" which
the Tantric who shares "our awareness and pleasure shall
increase pleasure and master it. 2here the goal easil"
grasped, it would be of no !alue. %t is the master" of pleasure
that shall multipl" "our pleasure. %t is the multipl"ing of
pleasure, and the master" of its new heights, that shall mark
each step along the climb upward to total master" of life and
the uni!erse."

At this point the man quietly swings around in
the bed, facing the foot of the bed, loo(ing down at
the woman/s legs, yoni and abdomen.
.he maintains her position without moving. .he
says the awareness mantra as he touches each part
of her body, and she holds the image of herself on
the bed, each part of her body in turn being
touched by him.
,e now places his hands on top of her hands,
which are resting on her abdomen. Then he slides
his hands downward through her pubic hair, across
the mons veneris, to rest on either side of the yoni,
as he saw her do in her awareness and ,ontrol
Rituals.
Then with his thumbs he parts the labia of her
yoni, and his index fingers press on the clitoris,
stro(ing it gently as he says two awareness
mantras. Then he lets his hands lie on the top of
the yoni. ,e says two awareness mantras. Then he
slides his fingers slightly along the labia,
downward to the perineum, where he presses with
the tips of his index fingers while saying two
awareness mantras. Once again he allows his
hands to relax.
After saying two awareness mantras he uses his
thumbs to part the labia. ,is fingers again press on
the clitoris.
!hen he presses the clitoris, the woman will tell
him that. #f his fingers are not exactly where she
wishes them to be on the clitoris, she should ad+ust
his fingers to the precise spot where she desires his
fingers to press on the clitoris. ,e should note, by
feeling and by loo(ing closely, %mostly by feeling&
precisely where the pressure is desired. This is
important.
Then he should remove his fingers from the
clitoris, allow the labia to close and rest his hands
on the yoni.
,e says two awareness mantras.
Then he slides his hands again downward along
the labia, across the perineum, until his fingertips
touch the muscles of the rectal opening, where he
presses and says three awareness mantras.
Once again he relaxes his hands atop the yoni,
while he says the awareness mantras twice.
Then he uses his thumbs to open the labia, and
presses with the fingertips on the clitoris. ,e says
the awareness mantras twice, slides the index
finger of his left hand into the yoni a short
distance, while his right index finger and thumb
begin to massage the clitoris and he begins to
stimulate her, trying to duplicate, as closely as
possible, the actions he has saw when she was
masturbating.
The man must not enter into any other action
except the act of stimulating her. No part of his
body should touch hers, except the hands he is
using to stimulate her. The woman must hold onto
the imagery she has of herself being stimulated by
the man. .he says the awareness mantras over and
over as her stimulation intensifies.
.he must not move her hands from the abdomen
until she feels the approach of her orgasm. !hen
the orgasm is impending, she grasps his arm or
shoulder, and begins to use the control mantra
along with the ,ontrol "antra image. .he should
reach for him with force, pressing her fingers into
his flesh, to signal to him that she is switching to
the control mantra and yantra image. ,e should
remove his hands from her yoni immediately.
This signal will be used in many other areas of
Tantra and it must be obeyed by the recipient.
,e is not to add even one additional stro(e, touch
or movement. ,e ceases touching her completely.
And since he has been touching her yoni and
watching the stimulation of the woman, he will
also find himself in a very sexually stimulated
condition. ,e too should start saying the control
mantra and using the control "antra image.
This is one of the most difficult points of 3ontrol
in Tantric exercises. They are both in the throes of
intense sexual stimulation, and there may be an
almost overpowering desire to deviate from the
exercise and engage in sexual intercourse.
This must not occur.
#t is the control that will eventually bring a
hundred times the pleasure. 4ut the control must be
attained and maintained. !ithout the control there
is no Tantra. The other goals are worthless if the
control is not learned and made a part of the ritual.
#t may ta(e time to master the 3ontrol. #n fact,
you may even loose control in this highly
stimulated atmosphere of the rituals. #f so, cease
the ritual and try it again after a few hours, or
repeat it the following night.
The woman, using her control mantra and "antra
image, will bring herself in complete control, and
then alternate between the control mantra and
"antra image and the channelling mantra and
"antra, which will help her reinforce the control
and at the same time put the powerful energy
forces of her state of stimulation to use in other
areas.
!hen the woman starts with the control mantra
and "antra, the man should rise and stand several
feet from the bed, in order to watch her attain
control, and at the same time achieve his own
control, to prevent him touching or otherwise
stimulating her or himself.
Once she has attained control and maintained it
while using the ,hannelling "antra and mantra,
she should try to relax on the bed. Then she opens
her eyes and rises from the bed. .he must avoid
touching the man.
Now it is the man/s turn to lie on the bed, on his
bac(, (nees apart, soles of feet touching, eyes
closed. ,e says the Awareness mantra three times
and establishes the image of himself on the bed,
the woman seated next to him.
.he holds her hands folded on her lap, facing the
head of the bed, loo(ing down at his face and
chest. No part of her body may touch his.
4ecause he has been stimulated masturbating her,
his control may be under great pressure at this
time. Once he has established his image, he says,
"#/m ready".
.he then raises her hands and touches his lips
with her fingertips, running them along the outline
of the lips, and saying two mantras.
Next her hands move to his breasts, resting palm
down on them. Then the thumb and index finger of
each hand hold and roll the nipples gently while
saying two mantras. Then her hands return to the
relaxed position on her lap.
The woman now swerves her body around, so
that she is facing the foot of the bed, loo(ing
towards his legs, abdomen and genitals. .he places
her hands, palms down, on top of his hands folded
across the abdomen. Then she slides her hands
downward through his pubic hair, and encircles his
lingam with forefingers and thumbs, applying
squee-ing pressure saying three mantras.
3ontinuing to hold the lingam at its base she slides
her fingers up the shaft of the lingam to the glans.
#f he has a firm erection, she ta(es the tip of the
lingam between thumbs and forefingers and slowly
squee-es it, watching as it actually diminishes in
si-e. This will diminish the sensitivity of the glans,
ma(ing control easier for him. Then she releases
the lingam allowing her hands to relax on either
side of his sexual organs, saying two mantras.
,er fingers slide downward to the lingam to its
perceptible "base" within the scrotum. .he
maintains the pressure there through two mantras,
she then lets her hands relax on either side of the
lingam and testicles. Then her fingers slide
downward, around the testicles, under them, to
press on the perineum. The pressure is maintained
through two mantras, after this the hands relax, but
stay where they are during two more mantras.
.he again slides her hands downward, until her
fingertips touch the muscles at the rectal opening.
The fingers press inward on the rectal muscles,
while three mantras are said. Then the hands slide
bac( up to relax on either side of the lingam.
Three mantras are now said.
Then the thumbs and index fingers encircle the
lingam and slide upward along its shaft. At this
point the woman begins stimulating the man,
emulating as closely as possible the motions she
saw when he was masturbating. .he should not
become alarmed if she notices a bead of lubrication
liquid forming at the opening of the head of the
lingam. This is normal for men in a high state of
sexual excitement, and does not mean that he is
about to have an orgasm and e+aculate. This bead
of liquid is in fact used as a sort of natural lubricant
in masturbation. 4ecause he entered into this
exercise already in a highly stimulated condition, it
may not ta(e long for him to get close to orgasm.
As soon as he feels the first approach of the
orgasm he should reach for her, grasping her
shoulder with sufficient force for her to be aware
that this is the signal. As she receives this signal,
she should remove her hands completely from him.
,ere it must be emphasi-ed again that the man
must pull for complete control, including
overcoming any desire to have the woman bringing
him to orgasm. Otherwise the entire purpose of
these Tantric exercises will be lost.
!hen he senses the approach of orgasm, as when
he stimulates himself, he must immediately signal
to her, and allow her to move away from him. ,e
must at once start using the control "antra image
and the control mantra, to bring about the needed
control. The woman should rise from the bed to
wait silently and to watch as he attains control.
,e will alternate between the ,ontrol and
,hannelling, until his aim is reached. Only then
can he open his eyes and get up from the bed.
,e must avoid touching her, and she him.
Now you may have your repast. 6ou use the
control "antra and mantra as needed, respecting
the other/s control and being silent during the
ritual. 6ou should now tal( about the ritual and
exchange thoughts and feelings, as you eat.
At the end of the hour, you have accomplished
one of the more difficult exercises of Tantra. 6ou
may now enter into lovema(ing anyway you wish.
The extremely charged stimulation of masturbating
will bring incredibly heightened pleasure to your
lovema(ing.
6ou will be more aware then ever of your own
sexual sensitivity, and that of your partner. The
control you have exercised will result in Tantric
orgasms of greater power and duration than any
you have ever (nown.
Once your sexual wishes have been satisfied,
Tantra reminds you that every night, for the rest of
your life, you should fall asleep utili-ing the
,hannelling mantra and "antra image, to help
your life become more what you want it to be,
through the use of the same energy source that has
brought you the pleasure of this night.
The sixth night of Tantra.
As in the previous nights the couple shall drin( a
little mil(, or soft drin(.
Then the man removes his clothes. The ritual
goes on as in the previous nights.
After the bath$ritual repeat the Awareness mantra.
The couple sits facing each other in the
3ontemplative 5osition of Tantra. Now the rituals
using the muscular contractions are followed
completely as they have been in the previous
nights.
Then the woman lies in the Awareness -osition.
The man sits besides her, to her right, without
touching her, loo(ing down at her head and breasts.
.he closes her eyes, calls forth the "antra image of
herself, and says three awareness mantras.
!ith his eyes open he says the awareness mantra
twice in his mind, raises his hands and traces with
his index fingers the outline of her lips. Then he
cups her face in the palm of his hand, and trying
not to touch any other part of he body, he leans
over and touches her lips gently to her lips and
(isses her while saying three awareness mantras to
himself.
Then he sits, hands in his lap. .he is not to
respond to the (iss, except to part her lips. .he is to
concentrate only on the feel of his lips and tongue.
,e says the awareness mantra twice, then he
places his hands on her breasts, palms down, then
he ta(es each nipple between index finger and
thumb and rolls the nipples gently. Then he
removes his left hand from her right breast. ,e
(eeps his right hand on her left breast, and
massages it gently as he leans over and ta(es the
nipples into his mouth, gently suc(ing it while he
runs the tip of his tongue around the nipple while
saying three mantras. After this he sits up.
,e also removes his right hand from her left
breast, and places his left hand over her right
breast, massaging it gently and leaning forward to
ta(e the right nipple in his mouth, suc(ing gently
and running the tip of his tongue around the nipple
saying three mantras. Then he sits upright.
Now the man swings around to loo( down on the
woman0s legs, genitals and abdomen. ,e places his
hands atop the woman/s hands on her abdomen,
then slides them across the mons veneris, allowing
them to lie on either side of the yoni opening.
,e opens the labia with his thumbs and presses
on the clitoris while saying the mantra three times.
Then he slides his hands downward until his
fingertips press on the perineum as he says the
mantra three times. Then he relaxes his hands on
the yoni. ,e slides his hands downward so that the
fingertips move across the perineum and touch the
rectal muscles, exerting inward pressure and saying
the mantra three times.
,is thumbs open the labia and his fingertips exert
pressure on the clitoris, while he repeats the
mantra three times. Then he allows the labia to
close, his hands staying on the yoni.
,e leans forward and brings his head to the
vaginal area. ,is lips touch and (iss the inside of
the thighs, first left, then right, his tongue tracing a
path from inside the tight downward to the side of
the yoni. ,is lips touch and pull into his mouth the
labia of one side of the yoni, the tongue moving
bac( and forth on the labia as the suction is
maintained. Then he releases that labia, and repeats
the action with the labia on the other side of
opening of the yoni. Then his tongue traces the
outline of the vaginal orifice and than enters the
yoni opening, he will then slide his tongue bac(
upward toward the clitoris, which he will stimulate
slowly with his tongue. Then his lips encircling the
clitoris, he will create a slight suction and draw the
clitoris between his lips and begin to stimulate it
with the tongue.
At this point she may move her hips and body in
response to him though she should maintain the
basic position (nees apart, feet together.
The couple stood before the Tantric Master, who spoke to
them: "ou ha!e tra!elled far on the climb upward. our
initiation nears its end. et 3uestions remain. 4uestions, which
"ou shall answer "oursel!es, through gi!ing to each other. As
"ou embark this night, "ou shall each e.plore the other in still
another wa", to gain Tantric knowledge each of the other. ou
shall not refrain or withdraw. The ritual will bring new
delights. And in its pleasures "ou shall know greater master"
o!er self and others. "our bod" is as the instrument of the
master musician. %t is to be pla"ed in all possible
combinations. /nl" in this wa" will "ou e.plore the gatewa"s
towards the creati!e master"."
,e should remain totally aware of her responses
and when the response is strong repeat the
stimulation, which created that response. ,e may
insert his right thumb into her yoni, without
moving it to create additional stimulation. ,e
continues oral stimulation, suc(ing, probing,
(issing, and lic(ing $ to bring her towards orgasm.
,e must not touch any other part of her body,
and she must (eep her hands crossed on the
abdomen. .he must not touch his body.
!hen she feels orgasm approaching she signals
to him by grasping his arm. !hen he feels her
grasp he immediately removes his mouth and
hands from her yoni and sits up. ,e then moves
away from the bed.
.he will switch to the ,ontrol mantra and "antra
imagery then to the 3hannelling mantra and
"antra. .he will return her hands to her abdomen,
retain the position and pull for the 3ontrol that is
so vital, while hi is watching silently.
4oth partners must attain and maintain complete
3ontrol. Only through such 3ontrol can the whole
concept of Tantra be learned and put to wor( for
you.
4y now the couple has already learned that the
preceding exercises have begun to ma(e a
difference in their sexual and emotional
relationship, and that the 3hannelling has begun to
ma(e a difference in their life. !ith each new
conquest of 3ontrol the subsequent values of that
3ontrol become more and more evident.
.he should then rise from the bed and stand up.
The couple must neither touch nor tal(. They will
continue to reinforce the 3ontrol they have
attained.
,e should lie down on the bed in the Awareness
-osition. After he has attained a relaxed 3ontrol
she should sit on his right side. !ithout touching
him, she loo(s down at his face and chest. ,e
(eeps his eyes closed. .he raises her hands,
running the index fingers and thumbs along the
outline of his lips while saying three times the
Awareness mantra.
Then her hands cup his face and she leans
forward, to place her lips gently against his. .lowly
she runs the tip of her tongue along his lips, while
saying three mantras in her mind.
9uring this (iss he should remain passive,
concentrating on the imagery of what is being done
and the feelings created. .he then pulls her mouth
away from him and sits up. .he says the
Awareness mantra three times. Then she places her
hands, palm down, on each of his breasts. .he
slides her hands to grasp the nipple of each breast
between a thumb and index finger and rolls them
gently. Then while her right hand remains on his
left breast, she removes her left hand from his right
breast. !ith her right hand she massages the left
breast, then leans over and suc( the nipple into her
mouth, running her tongue bac( and forth over the
nipple while saying three mantras to herself.
Then she removes her right hand and her mouth
from his left breast and sits up.
.he now places her left hand on his right breast,
leans forward and suc( the nipple into her mouth
and runs her tongue bac( and forth over the nipple
while saying three mantras.
Then she removes her lips and left hand from his
right breast. .he turns quietly to loo( down on the
ale/s abdomen, genitals and legs. .he says the
mantra twice.
.he places the palms of her hand on his
abdomen, then slides them down to the pubic hair
to the base of the lingam, which she encircles with
her thumbs and index fingers. .he squee-es while
saying three mantras, then slides her index fingers
and thumbs, still squee-ing the lingam, from the
base upward away from his body, along the shaft
of the penis to the glans, holding the glans between
fingers and thumbs, then pulling her hands away
from the penis, to rest on either side of the genitals.
.he says two mantras.
,er fingers trace the underside of the lingam
down into the scrotum, where she applies pressure
while saying three mantras.
The fingers now trace downward again, around
the testicles to touch the perineum, the fingertips
applying pressure on the muscles at the rectal
entrance. .he repeats three mantras and relaxes her
hands.
Now she returns her hands to rest on the sides of
the genitals. ,er index fingers and thumbs encircle
the base of the lingam and squee-e as she leans
forward until her head reaches the lingam. At this
point she cups the testicles with her left hand. ,er
index finger and thumb continue to encircle the
base of the lingam in a tight grip.
.he now uses her right index finger and thumb to
press the erect lingam "upward" until the glans
touches his abdomen. .he then places her lips
against the outline of the tube$li(e urethral outline
on the underside of the lingam, at the base and
slides her lips slowly along the outline, toward the
glans. !hen her lips reach the glans, she lifts her
mouth away and using her right hand holds the
lingam in an erect, natural angle, perpendicular to
the man0s body.
Then slowly she allows the entire lingam to slide
into her mouth, ta(ing as much of it as she
comfortably can. !hile suc(ing, she slides her
head away from the base, towards the glans1 then
downward again toward the base. ,er right hand
should not leave its grip encircling the base of the
lingam.
Now her movements will be guided by the man0s
response. !hen he reacts strongly to a given
action, she should repeat the action and bring him
closer and closer to orgasm.
,e is to lie passively. ,e is not to touch her in
any way. Nor is he to allow 3ontrol to get away
from him. ,e must, at first sign of impending
orgasm, signal to her by grasping her arm or
shoulder. .he should immediately sit up and get up
from the bed. ,e must give the signal in time to
prevent the orgasm. ,e should have mastered this
in previous exercises, and that mastery will now
prove its worth as he struggles for 3ontrol under
these difficult circumstances.
Once having given the signal, he should
immediately switch to control mantra and "antra
image, until he feels that 3ontrol was achieved and
it can be maintained. Then he uses the channelling
mantra and "antra image, to direct the great store
of concentrative energy that have been amassed.
After he has attained 3ontrol and finished the
3hannelling, he should stand.
The 3ouple should now silently sit at the table.
!hile eating, enter freely into a discussion of the
ritual with the understanding that you will respect
each other/s need for 3ontrol. And each of you will
use the "antra and mantra for ,ontrol as often as
necessary, for the One$,our rule is in effect.
The Tantric use of cunnilingus and fellatio serves
a dual purpose, which should be clear.
The intimacy of such acts bring about a more
total understanding of the partner, and the acts
themselves provide a basis for further removal of
all inhibitions between the partners.
#f fellatio and cunnilingus have been a part of
your sexual relationship before, then the intimacy,
stimulation and desire to please are reinforced
through the deliberate ritualistic approach provided
in this Tantric ritual.
#f you have not been engaged in oral sex before,
then an entire new area of intimacy without
inhibition and shyness is entered.
Through these rituals you will learn the extent
not only of your own 3ontrol, but also the 3ontrol
your partner is capable of maintaining. This
sharing of each other/s 3ontrol capabilities brings
about a deeper feeling of trust.
After having the repast, you may retire to see(
whatever pleasures you will. #f oral lovema(ing
has not been a part of the foreplay or satisfaction in
your relationship before, it now will be. #f it has
been a part before, the Tantric approach should
heighten its meaning and pleasure.
!hether there has been lovema(ing or not the
channelling mantra and "antra should by now be
as much a part of the process as closing your eyes1
a natural, easy prelude to sleep. And one that will
ma(e each day of TANTRA and of the rest of your
life better then the one before.
The seventh night of Tantra.
The instructions for this ritual should be read in
connection with the "3ontinuation" paragraph,
which immediately follows.
The table is laid out with food and mil(, the
couple is seated, drin(ing a glass of mil( or soft$
drin(s together. Then they wal( to the bathroom.
After the 4ath$Ritual is performed, the couple
assume the ,ontemplati!e -osition and begins the
ritual. !hen the muscular contractions are
completed, they stand and wal( to the bedroom.
The woman lies on her bac( in the bed in the
Awareness -osition, (nees apart, soles of feet
pressed together. The man sits on the bed besides
her. .he (eeps her eyes open.
Now he goes through the ritual, as directed. As
he proceeds, she must tell him honestly and openly
the feelings of stimulation and arousal that each of
his action is creating within her. ,e will not only
become more familiar visually with each area of
her body, but will also have a more definite
(nowledge of which of his actions is most pleasant
and stimulating.
,e touches her lips and she tells him her feelings.
,e (isses her lips and she tells him what her
feelings were.
The Tantric Master spoke: "The &o"s of $hakti and $hi!a are
"ours. ou share the pleasures. ou speak of the pleasures.
ou each know "our pleasure and the pleasure of the other.
"Mo!e together, "et separatel" into this night and all nights
of "our life. 5raw e!en new pleasure. 6i!e e!er+increasing
pleasure. ,reate greater energ" to master. ,reate the Tantric
)ife from "our own being.
They each now say the Awareness mantra twice.
,e touches and massages her breast, then rolls
the nipples between index fingers and thumbs, then
(isses the breasts. .he describes her sensations,
telling him how she feels.
,e now turns on the bed, facing the feet. ,e runs
his fingertips and thumbs along the abdomen to the
yoni1 opening the labia1 applying pressure to the
clitoris. Then he relaxes and she describes her
feelings. Now he runs the fingertips to the
perineum, presses, and then relaxes. .he describes
the sensation to him.
Then he moves his hands bac( to the yoni, parts
the labia and begins a slow prelude to
masturbation, pausing as he stimulates each area,
or alters his action, and she relates her reaction to
each movement and point of stimulation.
,e now bends forward and begins to orally
stimulate the yoni area, the labia, the vagina, and
the clitoris. As he (isses each area, the *emale
describes her sensations.
#t is not the purpose to stimulate her to the point
of orgasm, but to give him a deeper understanding
of the woman0s body and a deeper Awareness of
her responses. .he is to concentrate on each action
done by him and attempt to verbali-e as accurately
as possible what she is feeling1 whether one action
is more or less stimulating then another, etc.
Then the partners change their position.
,e assumes the Awareness 5osition as she sits
beside him, facing the face of the bed.
,e lies passively and, as she performs the
prescribed actions, he describes the sensations he is
feeling.
.he touches his lips, and then she (isses his lips.
.he then relaxes. .he leans over and massages his
breasts, then rolls the nipples between index
fingers and thumbs, then (isses the breasts. The
ale tells to her how this feels to him.
.he now turns around to face the foot of the bed.
.he slides her hands down the abdomen and
encircles the base of the lingam, squee-ing. ,e
describes his feelings, in detail.
As she does each of the following, she will pause
afterward, relax her hands and wait for his
description of his sensations.
.he draws her encircling fingers along the shaft
of the lingam, still maintaining the squee-ing
pressure, and pauses at the glans. .he squee-es the
glans itself, and then relaxes her hands on either
side of the lingam.
,er fingers trace the underside of the lingam
downwards to its base within the scrotum. Then
relax. ,er fingers then slide downwards to the
perineum, exert pressure and relax.
,er fingers slide downward further to the rectal
muscles, exert pressure and relax.
After he has described the sensations at each
point of pressure, she allows her hands to relax for
a few moments before proceeding to the next.
,er right index finger and thumb now encircle
and squee-e the base of the lingam1 her left hand
"cups" the testicles. .he leans forward and begins
orally to stimulate him. ,e describes the sensation
of each movement.
Once .he has gone through each of the phases of
oral stimulation, she removes her hands and mouth
from his genitals and sits up, away from him.
They must understand that this is a ritual based
on increasing Awareness and communication. #t is
not intended to create stimulation, though the
actions of the ritual itself are stimulating.
3alling for control through the control mantra
and "antra image should not be necessary because
the actions should be only cursory and not proceed
sufficiently to bring about the approach of orgasm.
,owever they should now both utilise the
control mantra and "antra as they sit apart for a
few minutes. !hile using their 3ontrol, they
should not tal(.
The use of 3ontrol, now, before the next phase, is
vital. 4oth partners must be in control for the
remainder of the ritual.
,e now lies on the bed in the Awareness
-osition. ,e closes his eyes tightly and says three
control mantras, and brings forth the control
"antra image, "writing" the words of the mantra on
the void of his mind.
.he stands up and waits.
!hen he is sure within himself that he is in
control, she sits next to him and encircles the base
of the lingam with the index finger and thumb of
her right hand. aintaining squee-ing pressure,
she slides her fingers upward along the base of the
lingam, to the glans, across the glans, and releases
the lingam.
#f the lingam is stiffly erect, this act is done by the
woman only once. .hould the lingam not be
completely erect, she returns to encircle the base a
second time, and repeat the action. This action, it
must be reminded, is only from the base to the
glans, over the glans, then releasing.
!hen the lingam becomes erect, she ceases the
action. Then she straddles his pelvis, facing his
head. ,er straddling position should be "on her
(nees" with her torso erect.
.he now reaches down and again encircles the
lingam with her right index finger and thumb. ,er
left hand is on her tight or wherever it is
comfortable and helps her maintain balance.
.he raises herself over the lingam and guides it
into her yoni, then lowers herself over it, until the
lingam is comfortably in her yoni as deep as
possible.
.he sits very still and he remains still.
.he places her hands on top of the his hands,
which are folded across the abdomen. .he closes
her eyes tightly.
,e now focuses his imagery on the muscular
contractions. ,e concentrates on the muscles and
"tubes" within his lingam, envisioning them filling
as he contracts the penile, groin, and abdominal
muscles. ,e holds the contraction for as long as he
can, then relaxes it.
.he will feel the contraction$movement within
her yoni, and when it is relaxed she says, "# feel".
,e now repeats the contraction and relaxes again.
After a moment of concentration, he does the
contraction a third time, holding it as long as
possible, then relaxing.
They both sit silently, +oined in this position for a
few moments.
.he, with eyes still tightly closed, now focuses
her imagery on the vaginal muscles.
Once the imagery and concentration are at the
desired level, she contracts the vaginal muscles as
tightly as possible, holding the contraction as long
as she can, then relaxing.
,e will feel the vaginal muscles contracting
around the lingam. !hen she relaxes the
contraction, he will say, "# feel". A second
contraction is to be done by her, after which she
relaxes again.
Then she does a third contraction, and holds it as
strongly and for as long as she possibly can,
before relaxing.
The couple stays in this position quietly,
exercising control while calling forth the control
mantra and "antra %mage to help them maintain
the control.
,e now relaxes his legs and she begins to move
her hips in whatever manner is pleasing to her and
him. They start ma(ing love in the A!oman on top
position7. They may pursue their pleasure in this
position by whatever movement of their bodies,
touching and stimulating they desire $ but they
must maintain (ontrol.
6ou must always stay aware that you both are
see(ing to (eep control intact. !henever one of
you feels orgasm approaching, you must signal the
other by grasping her or his arm. At this point the
action must stop, while control is attained.
The couple must remain in this position of
intercourse, until each has reached a point, at least
once, of having to stop the action to attain control.
The control mantra and "antra %mage combination
should be brought into use by oth partners,
whenever either one signals for a cessation of
movement to attain control.
4y doing this, lovema(ing can continue almost
indefinitely $ with the control of both partners.
After each has attained control at least once in
this position, she should remove the lingam from
her yoni, and lie down beside him.
They should now begin to pursue their sexual
pleasure in whatever way they wish. The Tantric
asters recommend that alternating the active and
passive roles of sexual relations ma(es the
maintenance of control somewhat easier, and
prolongs the pleasure even further.

The couple disengages from the !oman on top
position. ,e (isses, stimulates, fondles,
masturbates, and performs cunnilingus on her,
pausing each time she see(s to maintain control.
,e may then turn his body over to her, as she in
turn may concentrate on (issing, fondling,
masturbating, and oral stimulation of him,
remembering to respect his desire for control, and
stopping her actions at whatever point he signals
her that he needs to attain control.
The same signalling and cessation of movement
while control is sought applies to whatever position
of lovema(ing you use, be it the man above or on
your side, or rear entry, or seated in a chair or
literally whatever your imagination can conceive.
All that is important is that (ontrol e
maintained .
And, by practising control in every lovema(ing
situation, control becomes easier to attain and
maintain.
Add sexual foreplay and intercourse itself can be
prolonged as long as you wish. Then you can also
indicate when you are reaching forms of Tantric
orgasm.
ore of the nuances of this control in Tantra are
discussed in the paragraph following this, and
elsewhere in this course.
After you both have been sexually satisfied, lying
entwined, bring your ,hannelling "antra and
mantra into focus.
Then you may ta(e your repast, and tal( honestly
about your love and lovema(ing.
6ou have now completed the .eventh Night of
Tantra. 4ut this is the beginning point, not the end.

The .even Nights of the TANTRA, and the
Rituals for !omen and men individually have
provided the basic concepts of Tantric lovema(ing,
leading to greater enhancement of your sexuality,
greater awareness of yourself and the partner,
3ontrol of the vital energy of sex, and the ability to
channel those energies into all areas of life.
:ach day, the basic yantra image of all the
exercises should be brought to mind and focused
upon. Time should be set aside for the yantra as a
form of Tantric concentration. *or with the yantra,
you maintain the control and the ability to 3hannel.
The rituals themselves should be a scheduled part
of every day. #f at all possible the basic elements of
the 3ouple rituals should be practised.
On any given night that the couple is apart, or
there is no opportunity for practising the ritual as a
couple, the solitary rituals should be carried out,
including the control ritual.
!hen you ma(e love, you should adhere to the
basic awareness that your relationship is now a
Tantric one and should include repetition of
3ontrols and 3hannelling, within your lovema(ing,
not only to reinforce the controls, and to use
constantly the Awareness and 3hannelling, but
because each reinforcement of control brings more
control and heightens sexual ecstasy even further.
One of the next parts of this course deals with
other special techniques and notes on Tantric
concepts. !hen these are studied, it will be made
even clearer the myriads of ways in which the
ale, *emale and 3ouples/ rituals may be carried
even further, for the enrichment of sexual pleasure.
Now you are in control of yourself, and your
sexuality and your future. #f at any time you feel
that control is slipping, go bac( to the basic
exercises and intensify your use of them, use the
"antra imager" and mantras every day.
,aving control over all aspects of your sexuality,
you will find yourself more in control of all areas
of your life.
As you pursue the practice of the rituals, each
day will bring new pleasures and greater awareness
of the calm confidence within you $ calmness and
confidence created by your (nowledge of self and
powers you have achieved as a Tantric.
And the Tantric Master sent forth the new Tantrics with these
words: "ou walk the earth beneath "our feet in a new wa".
The 'ssence of "our being is now known onto "ou. Through
that 'ssence, "ou know great pleasure and power, which "ou
now master. Now "ou are at the beginning# newl" born in the
wa"s of Tantric life. From "our 'ssence "ou shall create and
master each new step "ou take, for the pathwa" is now
trodden down, it is e!er new. our arri!al at the summit of
enlightenment shall be b" "our own pathwa", unguided b"
another. The rituals "ou know shall take on new power and
energ" as "ou continue to practice them. 'ach da" of Tantric
)ife shall bring greater knowledge of "ourself and of other,
greater capacit" to know pleasure and bring pleasure#
greater energ" and master" of it# greater control o!er "our
life# "our being, and all that "ou disco!er within this
uni!erse. For "ou shall be one with "ourself, one with the
earth, one with all others, one with the 7ni!erse, one with
the essence of all being. And "our essence shall grow and
open the wa" to the touching of all immortal essences, which
e.ist on planes where e.istence shall be made known to "ou.
Take each step with assurance that it shall be pleasant
be"ond an" pleasures other mortals know. For "ou e.ist as
an essence of pleasure, "our bod" + the (e" to all creati!e
forces. ou are separate, "et now "ou are a part of the union
of all essences that ha!e e!er e.isted or e!er shall.
The power, the pleasure, the master" of all shall be
re!ealed to "ou."
