Smart Sheets an Autodesk Revit add-on for sheet management.

The Smart Sheets Revit add-on is a great tool for lining views up
between sheets if you don't already have a system in place to do it.
Smart Sheets
Manage Sheets creates new sheets according user created template.

Before starting to work with the Manage Sheets tool at least one sheet
for a template has to be made:

Data in the dialog can be export to the Excel (Export to Excel) and to drafting view (Draw Table).

The list of all existing sheets with its parameters.

Parameters can be selected with Select Parameters.
These parameters can be used as configurable criterions.
In this case they are displayed like yellow columns
(Sheet Number, Sheet Name, Drawn By).
Elements of selected category are conveniently grouped
together in a tree where the user can filter them by any
configurable criterions. Criterions can be selected with
Configure Grouping.
The sheets can be grouped together in a tree.

If Designed By and Sheet Name are selected in Configure
Grouping then the elements can be expanded, filtered and
quantified by these parameters.

The list of parameters comes from Select Parameters.

Common parameters shows only
common parameters of sheets.
Selected Parameters all selected parameters. Parameters can be added to this list with
Add and Remove.

Changing the order of parameters can be adjusted with Move Up and Move Down.

Create New Sheets
Creates new sheets according to the template. Template is an existing sheet with views.
Press rightclick on the template sheet:
Scale, Crop, Visual Style, Detail Level new added
views will be with the same view properties as in template
view;

Model Origin to Origin views in new sheets will be in the
same place like in the template sheet (saves position of
the views):

Select the views that will added to the new sheets:
Views not in sheets shows views, those arent in existing sheets.

Select where the new views will be located on the new sheets. The rows in the dialog are
new sheets. The columns in the dialog are views from a template sheet.

All new sheets have the same view parameters like the template sheet and are placed
on the same position:

Duplicate Sheet duplicates the selected sheet;
Update Scale writes scale values, even if the sheet has views
with different scales (ex: 1:100, 1:200);
Rename Sheet Name the same as View Name renames
sheet name the same as view name on that sheet;
Change Selected Parameters changes selected parameter
values.

Renames sheet name the

Select Column selects all column values;
Sort sorts the values in accessing order for selected parameters;
Filter by Selected Data filters sheets according to the selected
values;
Distinct Values in Column shows different values of select
columns at a separate convenient dialog where user can apply
the filter by selecting values;
Remove All Filters removes all filters;
Copy to Clipboard copies to clipboard the selected values.
