Nutritional Status files, Consolidation reports, Age profiles, and data charts even without

This application is based on Deped Memorandum 165 and 241 s. 2010
"Adoption of the 2007 World Health Organization-child Growth Standards".

Select what unit of measurement you will use for height. Default is cm.

Edit Header
Set specific header to be used in exporting excel file.

This panel shows all raw records that you made.
COMPLETED RECORDS
This panel shows all completed records that you made.
The Context Menu Strips

Export to
Export selected to NS file.

Edit
Opens the selected file for editing.
3.
Open
Opens the selected file folder.
4.
Print
Print the selected file via Print Wizard.
5.
Delete
Delete the selected file. All deleted files will be moved to the recycle bin.

Cut
Move the selected file to desired folder.
7.
Copy
Copy the selected file to desired folder.
8.
Help
Opens Help File.

A pop-up message will show.

A blank raw record will show. Fill up the blank record. Do not leave blank rows.

When you're done save the record and close it.

At the bottom right corner of your screen there should be a dialog

Click TOOLS in menu strip then click CONSOLIDATE.

Select the sections within the same level in records panel (left side).

Click the ADD button at the bottom right corner.

Open control panel.
In Windows 7
Click the start button and at the right side click Control Panel.
In Windows 8
Right click the bottom left corner then click Control Panel.

Click View devices and printers

List of devices and printers will show. Look for your printer and right click it. Select
default printer.

This happens when an error was thrown while processing something. To correct this,
close and save all open documents then restart the application.
Restarting the NS App

Click FILE then click RESTART.
