From contemporary to casual, elegant to enchanting, you’ll find a great meal that fits your
style and schedule. This brochure outlines the details of what is included and how to use the
Disney Dining Plan.
Number of Meals During Your Package Stay
The Disney Dining Plan includes one (1) Quick Service Meal, one (1) Snack, and one (1) Table
Service Meal per person, per night of your package stay for everyone in the party ages 3 and over.
Example – Number of Meals/Snacks for one Guest ages 10 and over and one
Guest between the ages of 3-9 staying five nights:

Disney e Your Disney Dining Plan is available at over 100 selected Quick Service and Table Service

restaurants, including our legendary Disney Character Dining.
e You can also find selected Snack locations throughout the Walt Disney World ® Resort.
Most Quick Service locations, outdoor food carts and merchandise locations selling frozen
ice-cream novelties, popcorn or Coca-Cola® products accept your Disney Dining Plan.
Redeeming Your Meals
e The Disney Dining Plan must be redeemed at the time a meal or snack is purchased. To
save time at checkout, present your Key to the World card to your server or cashier prior to
plaN ordering and specify the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Guests ages 10+
on your Disney Dining Plan and the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Guests
ages 3-9 on your Disney Dining Plan. Tell the server or cashier to charge those meals or
snacks to your Disney Dining Plan. You may not use your Key to the World card to redeem
meals or snacks for Guests who are not on your Disney Dining Plan.
Disney Dining Plan meals and snacks may not be redeemed for
cash in whole or in part, sold separately, transferred or refunded. e The following items are not included in the Disney Dining Plan:

e Your meal usage will be tracked electronically to your package reservation. Each time
you redeem meals or snacks from your Disney Dining Plan, your server or cashier will
provide you with a receipt showing your remaining balance for that portion of your
Disney Dining Plan.
For example, if your party with 2 Guests ages 10+ and 2 Guests ages 3-9 started with a
total of 20 Quick Service meals (10 for Guests ages 10+ and 10 for Guests ages 3-9) and
everyone in your party used 1 Quick Service meal, your paid receipt from the cashier would
indicate a balance of 16 Quick Service meals (8 for Guests ages 10+ and 8 for Guests ages
3-9) for the remainder of your package stay.
e Contact your hotel concierge at any time for your meal plan balance. All unused meals and
snacks expire at midnight on your package reservation check-out date.

Quick Service Meals

You may redeem your snacks at most Quick Service restaurants, outdoor food carts and merchandise locations selling frozen
ice-cream novelties, popcorn or Coca-Cola® products throughout the Walt Disney World® Resort. Look for this symbol to identify
Quick Service restaurants, outdoor food carts and select merchandise locations that accept your Disney Dining Plan and to iden-
tify eligible snack options.
Character Dining
The Disney Dining Plan can be used for Character Dining experiences. One (1) Table Service meal for each person participating in the
Character Dining experience will be redeemed from your meal plan balance, unless otherwise noted. Gratuities are not included.
Please Note: Two ❷ Table Service meals for each person dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table will be redeemed from your meal plan
balance. Gratuities are included.
Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Merchandise or photo imaging products that may be offered at Character Dining experi-
ences are not included, except at Cinderella’s Royal Table. The Disney Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they
may share from an adult plate at no charge or purchase a meal from the menu. Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu where
available.
Signature Restaurants
Disney Signature Restaurants provide unparalleled cuisine served Your Signature Restaurant Meal includes one (1) single serving:

Advance reservations are strongly recommended. Gratuities are not included. Dress Code for Signature Restaurants is Business Casual. Not
permitted in dining room: Tank tops, swimsuits or swimsuit cover-ups, hats for gentlemen, cut-offs, or torn clothing of any kind. The Disney Dining
Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge or purchase a meal from the menu.
Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu where available.
Dinner Shows
The Disney Dining Plan can be used for Category 2 or Category 3 seating at all Dinner Shows (subject to availability) and Category 1 seating
at the 9:30pm Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue (subject to availabilty). Dinner Show experiences include: Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, Mickey’s
Backyard BBQ (seasonal), both located at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, or Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Show at Disney’s
Polynesian Resort. Dinner Shows offer family-style dining with live entertainment show performances throughout the meal, themed to the
Private In-room Dining
Resort setting.
Show tickets can be acquired through Concierge. All Dinner Shows require Advance Reservations. Gratuities are included.
Two ❷ Table Service meals for each person dining at a Dinner Show will be redeemed from your meal plan balance.
If you have eight or more in your party, you can join other Grand Gathering parties in select exclusive Disney experiences. Each experience is operated on
select days of the week. At least eight persons in your party must attend the same experience.
• International Dinner and IllumiNations Dessert Reception – Epcot ® Two Table Service meals
for each person participating in the Grand Gathering Experience will be redeemed from their meal
plan balance.
• S afari Celebration Dinner – Disney’s Animal Kingdom ® Theme Park Two Table Service meals
for each person participating in the Grand Gathering Experience will be redeemed from their meal
* plan balance.
• G ood Morning Character Breakfast – Magic Kingdom ® Park One ❶ Table Service meal for each
person participating in the Grand Gathering Experience will be redeemed from their meal plan
balance.
Gratuities are included. *Experiences are subject to change and cancellation. Experience may be cancelled by Guests up to 6 days prior to experience
date without charge for the experience. Reservations required and may be made up to 180 days in advance but no later than 3 days prior to the experience
date. Valid theme park ticket required.
Disney Dining Plan locations are subject to change without notice. Theme Park admission is required for some dining locations. Operational hours may vary.

dining availability may be limited or not available without advance reservations.
Please call 407-WDW-DINE to make reservations up to 180 days prior to your visit. Reservations are accepted at most Walt Disney World ® Table Service Restaurants, Signature
Restaurants, and Character Dining locations. Advance reservations are required for Dinner Shows and Grand Gathering Experiences. An accepted major credit card guarantee is
required for reservations at certain locations. Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours (6 days for Grand Gathering Experiences) before the scheduled seating time or
a cancellation charge may be incurred (charge varies by location). Please indicate any food allergies or other health-related dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We are
happy to discuss with you and attempt to accommodate your special dietary requests.

Q. Can Guests ages 3-9 order anything off the menu?
A. N o, Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu, where available. Many
children’s menus offer healthy options in addition to kid favorites. The Disney Dining
Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult
plate at no charge or purchase a meal from the menu.
Q. Can Guests ages 10+ use Guests ages 3-9 meal entitlements?
A. S orry, meal entitlements can not be shared between Guests ages 10+ and Guests ages
3-9.
Q. Must I use exactly 1 Table Service, 1 Quick Service and 1 Snack each night of my
package stay?
A. No, for maximum flexibility, meal entitlements can be used whenever you like during
your package stay. For example, one night you may wish to hold off using a Table Service
meal and then the following night use 2 Table Service meals to dine at a Signature
Restaurant or Dinner Show.
Q. Are gratuities included?
A. N o, gratuities are not included unless otherwise indicated. An 18% gratuity will be

Q. How will I be able to keep track of the number of meals used?
A. After you dine, your party’s remaining meals for that meal type (Table Service, Quick
Service or Snack) will print on the receipt. You can also stop by the Concierge of your
hotel for a complete printout of meals used/available.
Q. Do any restaurants have a dress code?
