is the unit of Spandex. The common denier for spandex is ,&+" -&+ . /&+. Fiber
thic*ness of ,&+ is thin then -&+. 0nd /&+ is thic*er then -&+. 1ycra is a brand
name of Spandex.
In single #ersey spandex fabric it is very di2cult to *eep the 'S( lower. If you

section" at )rst we slit the fabric with slitting machine.
,nd Step4 Then we heat set the stilted fabric with stenter machine for avoiding the
creased mar*. 0nd also for the +ia . 'rey 'S( )xing.
+yeing the fabric :inside the winch;-
<ption 0; If the dyeing factory has high pressure dyeing machine :winch; then we
should dye the fabric in open width.
<ption =; If the dyeing factory has normal dyeing winch then we should bac*
sewing the open fabric to ma*e it tube again.
>rd Step4 Scouring :detergent wash; the fabric in the dyeing winch and released the
water for perform the next process.
-th Step4 1abeling the fabric by labeling agent which increased the 8? of fabric.
th Step4 Soda 3 Salt wash.
%th Step4 (ixing the speci)c color :reagent; for dye the fabric. <r if fabric color is
white then we used brightener chemical in this step. 0nd step &% is not require for
white color fabric.
/th Step4 0cid wash :after released color mixing water;

Finishing process of the fabric :0fter dyeing; -

9th Step4 Stentering :heat setting; for ad#ust the +ia. For doing this re- stentering
we called it double heat settings.
