PROFILE

As you are aware, we are one of the pioneer Institutions offering three year Diploma programs
in Engineering and Technology. Ours is the leading Government Aided Polytechnic, approved by
AICTE, functioning under Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai, run by P.A.C.RAMASAMY
RAJA EDUCATIONAL CHARITY TRUST of RAMCO GROUP OF INDUSTRIES and established
in the year 1963.

We are the first Institution in Tamilnadu to start the Diploma in Mechanical (Refrigeration &
Air-conditioning) discipline in the year 1982. Most of our alumni are working in Gulf countries and
leading HVAC Industries in India. We have conducted many batches of 2yr/1yr HVAC Foremen
training programs and 4 months HVAC supervisor training programs for M/s. ETA ASCON Ltd,
Dubai. We have also conducted a MEP Supervisor Training Program and HVAC AutoCAD draftsman
training program for M/S VOLTAS IOBG LTD. Similar programs are undergoing now. We are
maintaining a good academic record by revising our syllabus & curriculum on par with industry
standards. The photos and the scheme of examination are enclosed herewith for your perusal.

The placement opportunities, offered by your esteemed organisation will be very much helpful
for our students. You can come for campus selection during the month of JANUARY or FEBRUARY.
We will be very much happy to make all necessary arrangements.
