Salutations!

ICAlettes, the official school publication of the Immaculate Conception Academy (ICA), will be producing
the annual school planner for 2015. This highly anticipated date-tracker, diary-type notebook, is a display of the
creativity, hard work and talents of the students of the school as it is made solely by the ICAns. It will be
launched in the major school functions including the annual ICA School fair and the Alumnae Homecoming.
The selling period will start on the 18
th
of October and will extend until supplies last.
In this light, our organization would like to invite your company, to be a sponsor of this years ICA planner.
Since proceeds of the event will go to the schools outreach activities, your participation will likewise serve as a
benevolent contribution towards improving the lives of the less fortunate. The benefactors of this event, The
SASS organization who caters to the educational needs of the public school students from Barangay Batis and
San Perfecto, will immensely appreciate your generous donation. In addition, this will certainly be a very good
marketing vehicle for your establishment to promote its brand name, products, and/or services from within and
beyond the ICA community.
Various sponsorship packages are available. Each package has been designed to suit your contribution and
your needs, and we are certain that you will find one that is appropriate for purpose. If there is none at present,
please contact us right away so we can customize a package for you! Your contribution may either be in cash or
as gift coupons.
